Very well presented with stunning photography. I lived & worked in Barcelona for a year and the guide is full of really useful 'insider' tips, especially on great places to eat and interesting music venues. Also places you'd never find otherwise as they'd be lost in the crowds that are always in the city. Good history of Catalonia which really helps to explain its distinctive culture within Spain. Really helpful itineraries and day trips around the area too..

It's a great. Ok to get to know barcelona. I'm from there, but was interested, I'm always interested in learning new things about my city and with this book I discovered some new and exciting places to see.

Love this travel. guide! The title, Time out, is on point. The photos used to let you get a glimpse of Barcelona are beautiful. The guide is very informative and practical. I like how it features a lot of categories based on one's purpose of travel to Barcelona. From food trips, to shopping districts to festivals to watch out and the experiences to look out for. (It's just a bit of a lengthy travel guide for my taste though)

I liked the food categories since I'm a foodie myself. Made me excited to hop on a plane and visit Barcelona to get a first hand experience on the restaurants and cuisines that were featured. I liked how you included price ranges on the said restaurants, makes the guide useful for all would-be travelers to Barcelona.

Another that I liked was the feature on suggested itineraries. Makes it easier for the reader to plan out their trip as well as get an idea on the local foods to try in the particular area of visit.

Another that I liked are the feature on the art and architectural places. The information on these sights were sufficient for a beginner like me to be excited to visit Barcelona and see it for myself and learn of its history and meaning.
