All the stories are Halloween themed and are sweet, sexy, scary, and short stories. All the stories with in the anthology are part of a series by each author. Although I enjoyed all of the stories, I think they would have been better had I known the characters from the related books.

My favorite story was Getting Down by Helena Hunting. I have not read a book by her before ... but it won't be my last. I plan on reading the rest of this series.

I received an ARC copy courtesy of St. Martin's Press through NetGalley in exchange for a honest review.

What a fun Halloween read! These stories really put me in the mood for cooler weather, pumpkin everything, costume parties, and scary movie marathons. I loved the variety we got with each author, no stories were completely alike. Some had my heart racing and my mind trying to process all the possible outcomes. Others were sweet and fun. while others were laugh out loud funny! I enjoyed each book whether it was from an author I was familiar with or someone that was new to me.

The length of each story was perfect, giving you just enough to get hooked and eagerly researching to see where you can find more from the characters. This was a great collection of authors coming together to give us all a touch of Halloween in September.

The beginning was slow and a bit boring, but once this story picked up it had my heart racing. Don’t read this one for the sexy, read it for the pulse pounding excitement and suspense.

So Much More
J. Daniels
4 stars
This was a series of short stories highlighting a different couple from this author’s previous books. They were each so darn cute and I absolutely loved how over the top each hero was.

Getting Down
Helena Hunting
2 stars
POV from two different heroines. One has lots of sex with her boyfriend and the other doesn’t get much from her fiancé. This seems to be setting us up for the story of the engaged heroine possibly getting together with another man. I skimmed a lot of this story.

Unsafe Haven
Bella Jewel
5 stars
Dang, Bella Jewel rocks even a Halloween novella! It’s official, this is definitely my favorite of the book! Sexy, broody hero. Shy, quiet heroine. Mystery, suspense. I loved it!

The Pumpkin was Stuffed
Tara Sivec

Another fun addition to Tara Sivec’s The Holidays series. This one obviously Halloween. I don’t know why this crazy functional dysfunctional family make me laugh, but they do. It’s my guilty secret because I’m pretty outspoken about not liking immature humor. This time Noel is pregnant and Sam is hiding a secret from her and the family. It’s chaos and mayhem at its finest with a touch of romance and steam to bring it all together.

I pretty much enjoyed everyone of the stories in this anthology. I'm rating this as a 4.5 and rounding it up to 5 because someone gave me some chocolate to eat while I read this. Happy Halloween to me!

Now, I have to preface this by stating, the only author whose world I was familiar with was J. Daniels. But, I LOOOOOOOOOOVED these stories! For the authors whom I had never read (Helena Hunting and Bella Jewel), I plan on reading soon! I do own Pucked, just haven't had a chance to read it yet. Even though the other stories I wasn't familiar with the set of characters I have read other books by these authors, their stories were easy to get caught up in and I didn't feel lost as to who the characters were. They were enjoyable, Halloween reads! They ranged from scary to fun and flirty. A little something for everyone! And I now want to read these other series.

J. Daniels' Alabama Summer series is one I'm VERY familiar with! I love me some Bama boys! I really enjoyed how this book was written from Ben, Reed, Luke, CJ and Nolan's perspectives. I enjoyed seeing what each couple was up to and how they were getting ready for Halloween this year :) I felt like this story was aptly named, So Much More. It wasn't long but I was completely sucked into their lives. I didn't want the book to be over. J. Daniels pulled at my heartstrings, made me laugh out loud and made my little bookworm heart happy! I highly recommend this read!

Yea! I love Halloween and I love (most) of these authors, so it was the perfect combo for me. For me the stand out was the final story, by Tara Sivec. It was the perfect mix of funny and awkward I expect of the Holiday family.

This collection of Halloween themed stories was a good read and had me laughing at times! Of the authors in this collection the only one that I had previously read was Helena Hunting but now that I have read others from the collection I will be exploring their works as well. This was a fun read and kept me interested. I liked that all of the stories had characters from previous works so that one could do a little catch up with them. This was a good read that I would recommend to others.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy via NetGalley.

Eye Candy is a collection of short stories featuring characters from the novels of Tijan, J. Daniels, Helena Hunting, Bella Jewel and Tara Sivec. They all have a Halloween theme just in time for the holiday. Eye Candy is best enjoyed after your read the previous novels from which these characters are featured. A sweet treat for the Halloween season.

Since this is an anthology I figured I would leave mini reviews for each book.
This anthology is where authors took their favorite book and made a Halloween scene about it. I have never read any of the actual series and the authors made it so they were standalones for the most part but you really get intrigued to pick up the actual stories

Fallen Crest Nightmare by Tijan
This is the first book and omg it was actually terrifying!!! like I had all the heebie jeebies!!!!

So Much More by J. Daniels – didn’t really leave me any stand out scenes. Probably a 3 star read. It dealt with more serious issues such as pregnancy, inability to become pregnant and it was a nice read but it didn't fit into this anthology as much as I hoped.

Getting Down by Helena Hunting
this book is filthy.. and I love it! This series automatically goes in my TBR hands down. I am so interested in Helena Huntings characters. This book comes from her shacking up and hooking up books. This is about a hot bachelor auction and there is so much story fit in this little segment I need more!!!

That’s it babe, that’s what I want, you squeezing my cock, looking at me like I’m your fucking God.

for me this book didn't work. it was spooky and a who dun it.. but the male characters voice in the book was borderline gross to me. I live in TEXAS so I will probably be shot for this but I guy ending sentences with Darlin' instead of periods is just bleehhhh

The pumpkin was Stuffed - Tara Sivec
this book is laugh out loud funny I believe Aunt Bobbie who used to be Uncle Robert is single handedly the reason this book is such a success. Aunt Bobbie is like a train wreck you cant stop looking at and should not be allowed without supervision she spent an hour hiding drugs, anal beads and pot brownies in tricker treat bags and I thought it was hilarious!
Sweet Jesus she looks like a clown that just got woken up after a gang bang

What an enjoyable compilation of Halloween stories. We get stories from Tijan, J. Daniels, Helen Hunting, Bella Jewel and Tara Sivec. Who could want more?

The Fallen Crest crew start off the book. Sam finds herself getting ready for Halloween and having to comfort Heather in her misery from not being in a relationship at the moment. Sam and the girl crew plan a night out to take Heather's mind off of things and wind up with more than they bargain for. It flowed well, had the usual cast of characters and was a good continuation to that series. I did like how Mason and Sam still interacted with each other.

J. Daniels brings her Alabama series crew into her Halloween story. We get a glimpse at all of the major couples and see what their lives are like. It was interesting to see the different POV's and how all of the couples are doing.

Helen Hunting continues on with the story she began in Shacking Up. An unexpected Halloween gala gets thrust upon the Shacking Up crew and they are deal with it. Armstrong was still tough to get to like. Lex was great and really stepped up for his family. Overall a good, quick read.

Bella Jewel shows how Jade and Oliver finally get over their shyness when a spooky Halloween get together causes them to finally open up. There was mystery, suspense and even some romance in this story. It was well told and had the characters tell some of their own ghost stories in it. I liked seeing Marlie making her dream come true.

Tara Sivec gives another hilarious holiday featuring the Holiday family. Nothing ever goes smoothly when they all gather for a holiday and this one is no different. Sam continues to fit right into that crazy family and it was nice to see him still going above and beyond. Noel is feeling overly sensitive due to her pregnancy and often contemplates either maiming, murdering or inflicting some other bodily harm to those around her. The whole crew is still as crazy as ever in this tale and it was just as funny as the other books in this series.

This book was a great treat for me to read and I was really grateful to receive an ARC from NetGalley for my honest opinion.

What a fun way to celebrate Halloween and get caught up with some of our most favorite characters! I really enjoyed all the stories in Eye Candy but two I absolutely loved!

J. Daniel’s catches us up with all of the Alabama Summer characters in So Much More. And when I say all of the characters, I mean all of them. Ben and Mia celebrate Halloween with Nolan and Chase. Reed and Beth take a crack at the celebration with a party at McGill’s. Luke and Tessa celebrate in a typicalLuke and Tessa field trip. And we catch up with CJ and Riley too.

And Helena Hunting continues to lure us into her Shacking Up world. I loved catching up with Ruby and Bane and getting a glimpse into Amie’s engagement to Armstrong as well as more of Bane’s brother, Lex. Ruby and Bane are up to their usual shenanigans. Amie’s just trying to survive wedding planning and Lex, well, Lex is just Lex.

What? Did you think I’d really give you anything resembling a spoiler? Nope. Seriously. Why would I spoil the fun? Don’t hesitate to pick up Eye Candy. There are so many fun updates from your favorite romances—you’ll be sad to miss them!

My favorite holiday is Halloween, so when I saw that there was an anthology out with several Halloween stories, I knew I'd HAVE to read it. I have only read stories by one of the authors (J. Daniels), so I only read hers so I wouldn't have any spoilers for when I do get the chance to read the other author's books that these stories tie in with.

***So Much More*** By J. Daniels
This is a great, entertaining, well-written, and sexy read. I loved catching up with all of the couples and seeing where things have gone since the last time we saw them. Most were happy stories. One made my heart hurt, but it was still wonderful. And the last story?! OMG! Too freaking cute! I sure hope she goes and actually writes a story with Nolan!

Eye Candy is an entertaining Halloween themed anthology. This review covers So Much More by J. Daniels, Getting Down by Helena Hunting, and The Pumpkin Was Stuffed by Tara Sivec.

So Much More by J. Daniels

It’s been awhile since I’ve read most of the books in the Alabama Summer series, so it was nice to be reminded of how much I love those Bama Boys. The novella takes place on Halloween, and each chapter is about a different couple and written from the man’s point of view.

There seems to be a common theme: each man realizing he hasn’t shown his woman the depth of his love. There are many tender moments, but a heck of a lot of laughs as well. It’s difficult to pick which story is my favorite, but the gathering of all the characters at the big Halloween party is a hilarious highlight. This was a joy to read.

Getting Down by Helena Hunting

You don’t need to have read Helena Hunting’s Shacking Up to sit back and enjoy this short story, but it certainly appeased my appetite for more Ruby and Bane. Their relationship may be a bit too oversexed for me here, but they are the complete opposite of Amalie and her uptight fiancé, Armstrong.

Amalie is Ruby’s best friend, and the story follows them planning a Halloween ball for the rich and snooty. I love their friendship. Ruby is quirkier than ever, even as she deals with small cracks in Bane’s armor of self-assurance. Meanwhile, Amalie tries to suppress her bad girl nature to meet Armstrong’s boring expectations.

There’s humor galore in each chapter, and I get the feeling we’ve only touched the surface of Amie and Armstrong’s screwed up relationship. She really does deserve her own story. Lucky for us, she’s getting one! My pump is well primed for more of Amie’s adventures in Hooking Up.

The Pumpkin Was Stuffed by Tara Sivec

Jump aboard the crazy train for a one-way trip to visit Noel’s certifiably insane family. Noel’s dad is obsessed with winning the yearly Halloween house decorating contest at any cost. Noel’s mom can’t stop talking about her sex life. Noel’s best friend is a bridezilla planning a Holloween-themed wedding. Flamboyant Aunt Bobbie is full of pill-popping, booze-induced antics. Meanwhile, Noel and Sam are expecting their first child.

The humor is way over the top, but as long as you’re prepared for that and are simply looking for a fun read, this novella will fit the bill.

Eye Candy is a Halloween anthology from some of my favorite authors. Four of the five stories are part of series from the authors while Bella Jewel's story seems to be a stand alone. The anthology as a whole is great. Whenever you get a compilation like this, you always run that risk that you don't like a story or two but I loved all of them. Individually, there was one story in particular that I think is going to steal everyone's heart and is actually a story within a story. J. Daniels "So Much More" had a tiny heartthrob named Nolan who stole the show. Absolutely adorable. I haven't read the Alabama Summer series and after reading this story, I rushed to check them out and grab the first book. Honestly, I think everyone will e really happy each of the stories. Just enough heat, trick or treat fun without actually being paranormal and lots of laugh out loud moments. Highly recommend.

These stories are a good mix of funny, sexy, and scary! It was a good mix of authors, a couple I have read before and they were like revisiting old characters, and a couple I haven't read yet so I got a glimpse into their world. I liked it, fun collection for Halloween. Who doesn't love a holiday themed book?

Eye Candy Halloween 👻 fun
By: Tikal (Author), J. Daniels (Author), Helena Hunting (Author), Bella Jewel (Author), Tara Sivec (Author)

👻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👻

Fools And Goblins

Let me start by saying this multi author Halloween book will longer Novellas is awesome and so much fun. Already being a fan of each author and the books they accompany was awesome. Getting to visit books I've previously read and the characters I loved. HOWEVER, each and every story brings you yes a brand new NEVER published before book but the author is absolutely true to they're form of story telling. You'll of course get amazing, Steamy and intense sex we've come to expect and in promise you won't be disappointed. I gave myself a personal goal to read each story as well to see if I felt each story can be a standalone or does it need to be read with its companion story. Several of the stories will be better if you know the back story as you will be already invested in the characters but the author did a terrific job writing a complete story from beginning to end. Each story was sexy and I'm so grateful to have been able to read and review.

Thanks Netgally for letting me read and review!!!

Five Halloween novellas in one book featuring some of my favourite authors. All standalones with no cliffhangers.
Tijan’s Fallen Crest gang are hosting a Halloween party to remember, with a fun plot line and lots of twists and turns this story was tense and creepy all at the same time.
J Daniella’s Alabama Summer tells all the boys’ stories with some sweet funny sexy as all hell moments, I loved this story.
Helena Hunting’s Shacking Up spin off has Bancroft and Ruby in some hilarious and extremely sexy moments, I did not want this novel to end.
Bella Jewel’s Unsafe Haven was probably the sweetest and scariest read, I was on tenderhooks and I was second guessing the sincerity of all the characters during the Halloween party, there were definitely some tense moments towards the end of this story.
Tara Sevec’s story was funny, cringeworthy and sweet all at the same time. With some pretty ‘out there’ characters that had me laughing out loud. A true Halloween family drama.
Overall a thoroughly enjoyable read. Out of the five author's there were two that were new to me, even though I didn't know the characters from the two books in question it did not impede my enjoyment of the stories.
I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Unsafe Haven by Bella Jewel: I am not sure if these characters already have a book but it was sweet and a little spooky! Jade, along with her coworkers and crush Oliver are having a Halloween party where spooky things happen to them!
