This just doesn't do it for me. There seems to be some good advice in here but it is buried beneath all the big academic words and psychoanalytic vocabulary. I did fine through the early chapters, but it seemed to get repetitive as the book went on. This is probably better for those more enthused by scholastic writings.
I voluntarily read an advanced review copy provided by the publisher via Netgalley and I offer my honest opinion in response.

Sorry, not a lot of examining to be found here. I found the book difficult to read, not engaging, and definitely not thought provoking.
