Back in Nugget, small town in California.
Emily McCreedy had very happy and fulfilling life in Nugget. She married Clay, two gorgeous step sons and new born girl. She were living in darkness until she met Clay and she still struggles with leaving her new born ever since she lost her child 7 years ago. Her life shattered when she lost her only daughter Hope and finally she found her happiness with Clay and rest of the gang, she gets a call about her lost daughter Hope.
This book is about finding Emily's lost daughter Hope. It really deals about how family struggles with after finding a child and their strained relationship. Hope a.k.a. Harper and Emily will need to relearn each other again and new family dynamic.
This was emotional yet fulfilling story of mother and daughter. I didn't read the first one about Emily and Clay. This could be standalone but i think it will help with Emily and Clay's relationship.
Thanks to Netgalley and Lyrical press for ARC in exchange for honest review.

I have been waiting for this book since I read my first Nugget romance and I have to say that it did not disappoint! I cried happy tears reading this story and loved every word!

This was an ARC from Netgalley, and my first by Finz. It was a decent read but if you haven’t read any in the series, this is NOT the book to start with. No explanation to who each character is and their role, I was lost from the first page. May read more by the author

Another great story that makes the reader cheer for the couple to wake up, and get together already.

Emily McCreedy always wished that Christmastime would bring her a miracle, but when she receives a strange note alluding to her daughter's abduction seven years ago, Emily knows she shouldn't get her hopes up. However, when Emily starts receiving more communications about the daughter she's never forgotten, will she finally find that Christmas is a time of miracles or will she be left disappointed for another year?

What an utterly engaging read Ms. Finz has penned in this book that tugged at my heartstrings because of the heroine's back story and everything she goes through because someone is stirring up painful memories due to her daughter being abducted years ago. Will Emily get her daughter back? The way this story started had me smiling, as Emily is a wonderful mother and has found happiness again. Happiness that is much deserved after all that she went through when her daughter was abducted. However, it was from the moment that Emily receives some news that she doesn't know whether to take seriously or not that had me reading this story quickly, determined to discover whether the news will pan out or not. Will Emily be given a miracle?

As for the dialogue, it was powerful, emotional and I loved every moment the hero and heroine converse, because Emily needs the support her new husband gives her, as she becomes more and more invested in the investigation into her daughter's abduction. Will Emily get her daughter back or will she be left disappointed again? Moreover, the heroine is resilient and courageous in dealing with what's happening as they get closer and closer to discovering what happened to Emily's daughter years ago. I also liked that she continued to reassure Clay that he's the man she loves and that he shouldn't be threatened by her ex-husband being back in their lives.

Overall, Ms. Finz has delivered a fantastic read in this book where the chemistry between Clay and Emily is so strong that nothing can break them apart and the ending of this book shows that Christmas is a joyous time and one where miracles do happen. I would recommend Hope for Christmas by Stacy Finz, if you enjoy a story about hope, acceptance, finding forgiveness and Christmas miracles; or books by authors Marina Adair, Jill Shalvis, Darcy Burke and Donna Alward.

What a wonderful completion to the series, I loved this series and will miss the residents of Nugget. Since her new series is in a town not too far from Nugget; hopefully we'll have an occasional appearance of a Nugget resident in Glory Junction. I received this book from NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Although I’ve read this entire series (though I still need to get all the reviews up) I don’t think you have to know the entire series to enjoy the story of this novella. I do strongly suggest that you pick up the second book of the series Finding Hope, for that story and this one are closely intertwined.

I’m not going to say much about the actual story but the emotions involved. To those new to this series, there is a mystery involving Hope and her abduction years previously. Secrets, tensions, hopes raised and dashed over time have put a strain on marriages, some floundered and ended while new ones began. Time has moved on… but the need to find Hope and bring her home has never died. Now one strange note will change everything. Hoax or reality? That’s the huge question.

I think if I’m frank with myself I was looking for bows and ribbons, confetti and happy faces all around. What I got was real life like emotions, events and stumbling blocks along the way. Emily has never given up on finding her daughter… yet, life goes on. Now she has to deal with a far different reaction from her daughter than she anticipated… and on some levels that reaction hurts. I think I can best say it as – there is great joy in this story, there is also sadness for what might have been if life had been different. At times this story has a raw feel to it. At others it’s as tender as a kiss. For this story my emotions were all over the place, and yet I believe it was realistically presented to us. The ending I thought I wanted wasn’t realistic. This was real. One name change would have meant the world, but nonetheless, it was real.

If you have followed the Nugget series, then this is a must read story. If you haven’t, then it’s a compelling, rich story that you should experience. I won’t apologize for being vague, for to get the most of this story you need to read it first hand. I think you’ll cry, I know you’ll feel. And isn’t that part of the enjoyment of reading?

*I received an e-ARC of this novel from the publisher via NetGalley. That does not change what I think of this story. It is my choice to leave a review giving my personal opinion about this book.*

A Nugget Christmas story, book 10, more like novella. If you know the series, and you know the second book Finding Hope you can probably glean from the title what this one is about and you would be right. My big take away from the story was, YAY Clay wasn't a complete ass in this one. He was very sweet and understanding of the whole situation.
Emily has lived with the fact that her daughter is gone for the last seven years. She has started over remarried with a new baby and two step sons who adore her and a devoted (although kind of an ass sometimes) husband. As they get ready for the babies first Christmas Emily receives a disturbing letter about her daughter, and a couple days later a disturbing phone call. Clay is pissed and just like everyone else convinced it's just a sick joke, but Emily has hope, she's never going to give up on her daughter.
Overall, a very emotional story and so sweet. I absolutely love this series and this is a nice conclusion to Emily's story.

What a heartwarming addition to the Nugget series just in time for Christmas. This sweet novella is the sequel to book #2 in the series FINDING HOPE. Emily is remarried, finding love with Clay and his two sons as well as giving birth to their daughter and creating a family. She has gone on with her life as much as anyone can after losing a child to abduction. Seven years later, her daughter is found and returned to the family and it not as easy as you would hope. Hope was well taken care of by the couple that took her, so she is having a hard time connecting with her real family. The book is thoughtfully written because happy endings don't always come easy.

Emily McCreedy is checking off her list for a perfect holiday with a new baby on her hip, two adorable stepsons hunting for presents, and her husband’s love shoring up the life she rebuilt after the unbelievable tragedy of losing her young daughter to abduction seven years ago.
This is the first time I read this author. It was a pretty quick read. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. It was pretty busy and I felt like I missed something big by not reading another book first. For being only a novella, the author seemed to cram in everything from a previous book.

I feel like such a scrooge. While I'm happy about the outcome of this book, it felt like a bow on a gift - fluffy and pretty, but no real substance. There was no real conflict or anything to keep me reading.

This may be one of my favorite Nugget books to date, but possibly because of the answer to a heartbreaking mystery. Since reading Finding Hope, Emily and Clay's story, I have been wanting an answer to the question of what happened to Hope. The folks of Nugget are as real to me as my neighbors, and my heart was saddened by the big unknown for Emily.

This book deals with the emotions felt by all in a very realistic way. Can't wait to read more from Nugget and watch how Harper adapts.

Hope for Christmas by Stacy Finz is directly tied to Finding Hope, book two in the Nugget Series. This novella takes place a few years after Emily and Clay meet. While Ms. Finz did an excellent job of providing background on the sorrow consuming Emily when she first arrived in Nugget, along with Emily and Clay’s romance, their whole story is so wonderful so I recommend Finding Hope to be read. In fact, Hope for Christmas is more what I consider women’s fiction than romance but still a marvelous tear jerker story.

Not wanting to give any spoilers since it is a book worth reading any time of the year, I will say that I never saw what happened coming to be after reading Finding Hope. The author had an amazing way of showing all the different sides of this story, even those that were inexcusably appalling. However, the conclusion is the happily ever after, with a few realistic bumps that go with it, that every family should have.

Fans of the Nugget series this is one book you don't want to miss! Even if you haven't read the other books in the series, this story will give you that heartwarming feeling that is perfect for the season.

After seven long agonizing years Emily McCreedy finally has a lead that could lead to finding out what happen to her daughter. Hope went missing when she was six years old but Emily has never given up hope. Is this a true Christmas miracle or just another hoax??

Don't miss this one! I highly recommend it.

I love the Nugget series! This book is a great continuation of the story begun in Finding Hope, book 2 in the series. I would definitely recommend reading at least that book before rewarding Hope for Christmas as the back story will make this one much more meaningful. From the tone I read Finding Hope over two years ago, I've been hoping to be able to read this book. Great return to Nugget, reading about the various characters who have become friends as I've read the series, and a great continuation of the story. I highly recommend it.
