Book six in the fascinating PNR Phoenix Agency series by Desiree Holt is just as hard-hitting as all the previous stories and has engaging characters and a ton of action and intrigue too!
J.L and Cole have always had instant chemistry and find a little too much excitement in their lives when they reconnect. I never get tired of these wonderful stories and look forward to more.

This is book 6 in the Phoenix Agency series ......
After a bad emotional experience J. L. Mitchell, microbiologist, returns to Texas where she throws herself into the development of a new, drought-resistant grain.
She reconnects with Cole Martin , newly appointed partner in the Phoenix Agency ........the spark between them shocking them both with its intensity .
J.L. receives unwanted offers from various interested parties who want her new formula for themselves - NOT for it to made available to all who need it .
Attempts are made to steal the formula and when that fails J.L. herself is kidnapped ............... Cole must bring all the resources of the Phoenix Agency into play - for it is not only the formula at risk but J.L.'s life as well .
This was a fast paced romantic suspense novel bringing together two unlikely souls .

4.5 Stars Formula for Danger is book 6 in the Phoenix Agency series. I enjoyed this story from its action and suspense to the great character dynamics and chemistry. This book and series is definitely a keeper. I will be recommending this to readers

Desiree Holt has done it again. Action, suspense, sizzling romance scenes, and strong main characters that mesh together perfectly and form a very strong unit. The Phoenix Agency is showing there amazing talents once again, this time the case takes them into the world of farming/agriculture./science and psychic abilities. J.L .and Cole come together in an explosive match that once again sets the pages on fire. Thank you NetGalley and Desiree Holt for allowing me to read and review this book.

The suspense was killing me. We knew what was going to happen from the beginning, but who and when? Starting a new division of the Phoenix Agency leaves a lot of room for future novels.
