Worry Less, Live More gives Robert J Morgan's prescription to help deal with the stress of daily life from a biblical perspective. He has a lot of great suggestions and backs all of them up with scripture. I really found this to be an informative, easy read and I'm glad that I took the time to read it. It will not be my last book by Morgan.

Living with Anxiety and depression this book was okay. Though my LEAST favorite saying in the Christian family is "give it to God. Yes I know.. and I get that we should let God help us... But we have to be willing to help God help us!

I didn't find this book particularly interesting because I'm not into the Bible. Sorry that I didn't realize tie biblical emphasis or I would not have requested it. It has some general usefulness so I rate it as 3 stars.

One of the things I enjoyed about this book is that it is practical and has scripture reference. I love books that I can read again and again and learn something new based on the season that I am in. We all want to worry, but having a toolkit (in addition to the Bible of course) is so helpful. This book will become a staple of mine.

Thank you to Thomas Nelson publishing for the free review copy of this novel. All reviews are my own.

This book by Morgan focuses on Philippians 4:4-9. He takes these verses and expands on them. I found it to be a wonderful breakdown of these verses. They are extremely popular, and useful in anyone’s walk with the Lord. These verses focus on anxiety, which I think is very prevalent in today’s society.

He takes this topic and shows how to follow God’s words to try to live with less anxiety and trust in what God has said in His word. He not only digs deep into the verses, he also connects these verses with other places in the Bible. He does a wonderful job of showing how all of God’s word is connected. He takes passages from the Old and New Testament and shows how God is the same God with the same promises from the beginning until now. Over and over the promises of God are reiterated, which is great.

I really enjoyed this book. It is a wonderful book for anyone who struggles with anxiety or worrying. I would suggest anyone pick it up when it comes out on November 7.

I didn't get much from this book. It reiterated in any number of different ways that we should, as my mother says, "give it to God.' That was about the whole message of the book summed up in four words. If you need more encouragement and boosting, then go ahead and read the rest of it.
