I enjoyed this book and would love to read more like it. This is the first book I’ve read by this author.

This wasn't my favorite of the series, but enjoyed the cat and mouse between Pandora and Royce. And I loved that this was a second generation story.

This was an okay story but I don't feel like Alexa Riley did a good job of pulling in the reader. I didn't really connect with the either hero or the heroine.

I enjoy the characters immensely. I felt like the story is well balanced because of their respective personalities of the characters.

I liked that Alexa Riley does not shy away from real topics. She takes the issues head on and brings them to life for the reader.

This is an emotional novel with a lot going on. You will find yourself right in the rollercoaster of emotions with the characters.

I am such an Alexa Riley fan! I LOVED their For Her series. I desperately wanted to love the For You series as I know it is a spin-off of the For Her series. I hate the For You series!! Hate is such a strong word. I am so sorry. The truth is that I couldn’t even finish this book. It completely fell short for me.

Don’t worry, I will continue to be a fan. But I know that I will have to be pickier for my next Alexa Riley read.

I had a hard time connecting with Pandora and Royce so I didn't enjoy Hold Tight as much as I did Stay Close, but it's Alexa Riley so I rolled with it. This was more of a slow burn than what we usually get from AR and while I'm okay with that, with the amount of time that it took for the characters to get together it would have been nice to see more interaction between them. And we really didn't get a whole lot of character development. But whatevs, it was fun and hot (but not smutty) and quick. 3 out of 5 wine glasses.

I enjoyed this one more than the first book.It was fast paced and super hot.

Pandora is a hard working woman who is now the head of security of her fathers company. All Pandora seems to do is work and be serious. But when Royce who is a consultant starts working there too...she having a hard time with her feelings. When he sees Pandora and then shakes her hands he wondered if she felt what he felt. His attraction to her makes him want to get close with her and he hasn't felt the need for that closeness ever.

I love pretty much anything Alexa Riley writes and Hold Tight is no different. This duo knows how to write witty and dirty banter, strong and smart characters, and tasteful sex scenes. No matter the length: novellas and full length novels, I love them all. Like me, they are not fans of cheating (although they do like to tease), and I know that I can always trust them for a safe read.

This fell short for me, especially when compared the previous book in the series.

Alexa Riley's books never disappointing. There is such humor mixed in with the sexiness. They are over-the-top, insta-love, cheesetastic romances that I know will give me the HEA I crave every time. This series has been fun and I love getting to follow family storylines and see other couples return in other books. I can't wait to see what the author writes in the future. I'd love the see them tackle a menage romance someday.

Though Royce comes from money due to his family name, he was determined to make his own way, and with his two best friends, Donovan and Ezra, he did. Their consultancy firm was a success, and when he met Henry Osborne, he just knew his life would change, however, he had no idea that would mean personally as well because that's the day he met her.

Pandora may be Penelope's (see Stay Close for her and Ivan's story) identical twin, but their lives couldn't be more different. At twenty-eight, she's now head of the security department, having been voted in to replace her dad upon his retirement, and works very long hours every week. As for Penelope, she's been married ten years and pregnant with baby number three.

Royce is hired by Henry, now head of Osborne Corp., to help straighten out any issues he finds within the company, and as recent wrong changes within the security department are driving Henry's cousin, Pandora, ever closer to the edge, that's one of the areas Henry knows needs help.

Royce definitely wants to learn everything he can from Pandora...about herself. As for Pandora, she's certainly intrigued by Royce, though she tries to hide it, but she also knows she's missing something in regards to him, and when she and a friend stumble upon him participating in a fight club, she figures it out. *Crap, I just broke the first rule and talked about it. LOL*

That night Royce and Pandora's explosive chemistry is undeniable, but Royce isn't sure Pandora is ready for all he wants from her, and with her. But Pandora is done running from what he makes her feel, she's ready to accept it.

There's no questions to ask. This is an Alexa Riley book, which means Royce and Pandora get their HEA because nothing and no one could stop it from happening. Though I do wonder if Donovan and Ezra will get their own stories. *fingers crossed*

Adored it!!!!! Been waiting and dying for this story because this entire generation is the product of one of the best couples. And then it's typical Alexa Riley AHHHHHHH

They’re short, sexy, and so much fun – the perfect little pick me up to read between longer and heavier novels. Royce is unexpected. He’s a buttoned-up suit by day and something so much more rugged at night. What a shocker! I didn’t see it coming.
What I did see coming was him claiming Pandora in true caveman fashion and locking her down tight so everyone would know.

In true Alexa Riley fashion, this book is HOT HOT HOT! Quick read with hotness! Loved this book! You can't go wrong with Alexa's books!

This was a great quick 1 hour read. If you want a man talker and with a hea then this is for you. Im excited for Henry's story.

There is nothing sweeter than when Alexa Riley releases a new book. I just have to read everything she writes. I am always guaranteed an over the top alpha male being protective of the woman he wants and the women to be sweet, sexy and knows her worth. This book was another shinning example of how awesome this author is. Royce had heard great things about Pandora but he could not imagine how she was going to make his heart race and his blood heat up after meeting her. Pandora is not some shrinking violet. She is head of her dad's security team and works long hours with little time for romance but her priorities change when she meets Royce and gets a glimpse at his tattoos and muscles. Work is the last thing on her mind. These two were sexy from the start and I loved the little games they played while trying to avoid falling in love.

I always get giddy about reading one of AR's stories, especially when it's related to characters from a previous story. Pandora is the daughter of two characters that make a sweet appearance here. And she's got a twin sister, Penelope, whom I loved seeing her too, all sparkly about her tough sister getting a boyfriend for herself.

The last scene with both couples and their families is just hilarious and downright adorable.

I fell in love with this novella. Pandora lives for her job, but her primal reaction to a fascinated security expert with a quirky smile is hard to ignore. She tries, though, afraid he'll abandon her with a broken heart. When he never relents and shows her how committed he is, it's all fireworks , pleasure, moans, exciting dialogues and hard abs. Enough to melt for!

Perfect for me. I hope this family keeps giving readers new couples and new stories. And babies. Lots of babies too :-D

Pandora Justice takes pride that’s she’s tough and good at her job, as head of Osborne Security she must be, but that hasn’t left much time for a personal life. Royce has been takes one look at Pandora and knows he has to have her. He feels the heat between them so even though she keeps pushing him away, he’s determined to claim her. Yes, claim , lol. This is a complete alpha-hero here, but it’s fun, fantasy fiction so I’m totally okay with that! Royce and Pandora are completely unable to resist the powerful pull between them and steam up the pages all the way to a HEA!

You can always count on a smoking hot, good time when picking up Alexa Riley’s romances, and Hold Tight lives up to their reputation. Novellas are always a fast-favorite way to satisfy my romance addiction! You might say that I do enjoy a hot quickie, lol! Now I need to go back and read the first book in the series, Penelope (Pandora’s twin sister) and Ivan’s romance in Stay Close, because they are super cute together as side characters!

Hold Tight is the second installment in the For You series by Alexa Riley. I have not read the first book in this series, but I have read other books by the author and found that each book can be enjoyed on its own, but reading them in order does give a better sense of the main characters and how they interact.

A hotshot consultant hired to streamline Osbourne Corp. meets his match in Pandora Justice—the more she plays hard to get, the more he wants her. Pandora Justice took over as head of security at Osbourne Corp. after her father's retirement. Eighty-hour workweeks are normal; being brushed up against by hot consultants with ridiculous names is not. And she doesn't like it. Not even one bit. The first time Pandora sees Royce in the ring—all tattoos and sinew, covered in sweat—he looks at her like he's just won more than the fight. Like he won her. Royce's cocky grin with deep dimples makes Pandora melt. Once she wanted to smack that look off his face—now all she wants to do is kiss it. For the rest of her life.

Hold Tight is a quick, contemporary romance. I like that I had read a previous book where Pandora's parents meet so I already knew about the family, their personalities, and long standing family dynamics- however newcomers will not suffer for the loss of information. I liked that Pandora is a strong, hard working woman and an alpha in her own right. I like her work effort and transparency as to what she wants from the world. I also like her hidden vulnerabilities, her fear of getting hurt and how she tries to protect herself, even on an unconscious level. I also like that while Royce is a strong, confident man he give her the space that she needs to figure out what she wants. Even though he might want to push the issue, and occasionally veers into the stalker zone, he never pushes her so far that she feels the pressure. I did find the physical attraction and parts of the relationship to be a little over the top, but it was still a fast, fun read that gave me almost exactly what I expected from the author.

Hold Tight is a short, quick read. Fans of Riley will recognize and enjoy the writing style, and get more of what they are looking for. I found Royce to be less of the stalker, domineering male than her other books- which I counted as a good thing- but this is still very much about an alpha male falling for a strong woman.
