Fans are sure to delight in this final chapter of the Blood Brothers series. Author, Rebecca Zanetti, spins a gripping tale of danger, intrigue, and romance in Twisted Truths as, Denver, the last of the Blood Brothers get's his second chance at love and redemption.

Opening the pages, I was excited to finally find out what had happened with Denver and Noni in Alaska! Since the start of this series, the author has alluded to a woman that Denver left behind, but he is the quiet brother and doesn't say much so readers never got the full story... until now! I enjoyed both of these characters, even though Denver tended to be a little too self-sacrificing at times. I admired his love for his brothers and his determination to do what he thought was right, despite the cost to himself. Noni was fun, her perseverance was commendable and she never gave up on finding her niece, or on Denver. Because of their past, their is quite a bit of unresolved feelings between the pair which makes for some sizzling tension and delicious angst. The chemistry between Noni and Denver was off the charts and I loved how Noni was the one person that could get Denver to finally open up.

The entire series arc has led to this moment. Dr. Madison's reign of terror is finally coming to it's conclusion, but not without a few depravities first. In the end though, I found her demise to be anti-climatic, after all of the twists and turns that it took to get there. However, the ending of the Blood Brothers was heart warming, Sin Brothers fans will especially appreciate it, and I enjoyed the story nonetheless! I do recommend that you read the series in order though, and even better if you read the Sin Brothers beforehand.

4.25 Hearts Denver! Finally Denver’s story. Through the last two books we have known that Denver has only loved one woman and walked away from her. Even though he thought it was for the right reasons it broke his heart as much as hers.

But now Noni is back and Denver will do what he needs to do to protect her. Her life is in peril and he will do anything he can to protect her and maybe even win her back.

Man I loved this story. Zanetti has a way of bringing a character to life and since the beginning we have waited to hear Denver’s story. And now that it is finally here it is bittersweet. Why? Because we have heard all the stories of these Blood Brothers which means the end of the series.

You can never go wrong with reading Zanetti’s books but this is one of my favorite series by any author. Not to be missed.

I congratulate Rebecca Zanetti for concluding the last story in the Blood Brothers series with brilliant writing and maximum suspense that went above and beyond. Twisted Truths is an action-packed thriller that kept me on the edge of my seat and reading long into the night. She created an over arcing story line over the three books that had 3 men on the run and knew that soon they would have to confront their dangerous enemies and make a stand. And what a stand it was.

Denver Jones knew that Cobb and Madison had to die and would do all in his powers to see it done but not before he got the baby back. Noni is looking for him and needs his help in returning the baby Talia. Once they team up they just couldn’t catch a break and there was nonstop destruction and mayhem. It wasn’t easy keeping one step ahead of danger but they managed to reignite their passion for one another and outwit the people that were after them. Even with all that is going around them, Denver and Noni were able to carve out time for them to express their love while they still could, and go into the future with all their cards on the table. Denver knew what was at stake and finally understands what family and love is after all this time.

Twist Truths stayed true to its title and had many twists and turns that kept this fast paced story on overdrive. The story itself was unique and captured my interest and knew that it was going to be a page turner and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I loved this story! This one in companion with the other 2 in the Blood Brothers series, along with the Sin Brothers series, just proves that Rebecca Zanetti is a master at romantic suspense.

Twisted Truths is the final installment in the Blood Brothers series. While this is Denver's story, I HIGHLY recommend reading these books in order because there is an underlying plot that continues throughout the three books.

In Twisted Truths Denver comes to find that he needs to help out a former "flame" in finding her niece. Noni has been entrusted with raising her niece when the girl's donor dad kidnaps her. And the only person she can truly trust to help her is Denver. But she enlists his help in ways that put him in danger too.

For those who have not read any of the previous books, Denver and his two brothers were raised in a home and a crazy "scientist," Dr. Madison genetically enhanced them. They escaped many, many years ago and have stayed behind the scenes tracking down this nutjob and the crooked Sheriff. And since Noni blasted Denver's pic all over social media, the lime light is once again on the brothers.

Rebecca does a great job of weaving the two stories together. There are a lot of twists and turns and action-packed plot. It was very difficult to put this book down. My only gripe was that a few parts seemed to be reminiscent of previous books (outing the brothers) but it did not take away from the overall story line.

If you enjoy a great plot line, with a lot of twists and great action blended with some romance, then this series is for you. Again, I urge you to read the books in order to get the full affect of everything.

Great ending to an amazing series.

I've really enjoyed this series (and I've sadly missed a few books - -must catch up)

while each book stands alone, and is easily read, it is helpful to have the background of the other books. The characters are awesome...flawed, real, strong and brave. I love them :)

What’s it About? The only reason Noni would ever be in the same room with Denver Jones is if it was an unavoidable, life or death situation. Which it is. Her infant niece has been kidnapped and her prior attempts to find her have failed. Which is why she needs his help. Never mind that he crushed her heart when he walked away without a word the year before, she needs his eerie skill set to track her niece down. Denver would never say no to helping Noni, even if it means facing the feelings he still has for her, as well as her anger at him for abandoning her. When her enemies and his start coming for them though, they’ll both have to push their feelings aside if they want to survive.

Overall reaction to the story? Denver’s book answers a lot of questions and FINALLY puts the last big bad where she belongs. Twisted Truths is all about the high stakes situations, nail biting suspense, and red hot passion. And while the third book in the Blood Brothers series was all about Ryker, Heath, and Denver finishing the fight that began when they were boys, it also brings back some familiar (and much loved) faces to help the Jones brothers. It was interesting to see where Rebecca Zanetti took these three men and how they tied in with the original series. Overall, I was very satisfied with how she wrapped things up and reminded readers why they fell in love with this series and also with the Sin Brothers series.

Describe the hero in five words: Deadly. Monosyllabic. Loyal. Vulnerable. Intelligent.
Did you like him? Yes.
Why? Denver was easily the most vulnerable out of the three Jones brothers but that didn’t make him any less dangerous. His love and loyalty to his brothers cannot be measured and there was nothing he wouldn’t do to protect them. Like his brothers though, Denver had zero experience with the positive sides of life like laughter, tenderness, and romance. In a way he was like a child still learning how to be an adult. I had a soft spot for him because he seemed to long for those gentler emotions and he had so many unanswered questions that left him open to being hurt. In a man that dangerous that was a total shocker but at the same time it made Denver less of a machine and I liked that, it influenced his decisions and gave Twisted Truths more of a “Lost Boy” feel to it. Denver wasn’t just trying to help find a baby, he was trying to find himself as well.

Describe the heroine in five words: Daring. Scared. Clever. Caring. Loyal.
Did you like her? Most of the time.
Why? Let me just point out the one thing about Noni that I didn’t care for, that woman asked too many dang questions at the wrong freaking times! I mean, she did hire Denver for his skills at finding people so obviously he knew what he was doing while she definitely did not. Noni’s persistence in asking questions while they were say, running for their lives was something that annoyed me. I just wanted to yell: “Girl STFU and RUN! You can ask questions AFTER you’re not being shot at!” It got tiring and I wondered how she managed to not get killed. Noni wasn’t all bad though, she had a strong drive to find her niece at all costs and that was something I could admire. She didn’t sit like a useless female on the sidelines either and while she didn’t have Denver’s skills she did contribute to the team with ideas and provided a bit of softness at times where Denver seemed to be losing the bit of humanity he had. I’m glad Noni pulled her weight in the situations she and Denver were in, I can’t stand a useless damsel.

Let’s talk about the romance: Denver and Noni had a past that was laced with deception and heartbreak so that added to the already tense atmosphere between them. With the major conflicts of Denver’s past and Noni’s quest in the mix, I’m glad that the author opted to keep their relationship free of additional lies. Denver and Noni had to face facts: They had a past relationship built on omissions, false identities, and red hot chemistry that abruptly ended when Denver walked away from Noni. Now they still had the red hot chemistry but Noni was less trusting with her emotions and it felt like they had to start over again while in the middle of a war with their enemies. I loved the angst and the longing between these two, especially Denver. They were so obviously still in love and I wanted things to work out for them from the very moment they were reunited.

How about that supporting cast? Call me crazy but it was the supporting characters that brought a lot of the emotion to Twisted Truths. Ryker and Heath of course would never let Denver face any enemy alone and that devotion was so pure and in a way innocent. I loved the brothers separately but when they were together? Cue the borderline waterworks. There is also a big treat for fans of the Sin Brothers series (ME!) with the appearance of Matt, Nate, Jory, and Shane. Of course, Rebecca Zanetti had one more bomb to drop on us readers in this book but hey, I’ve come to expect and enjoy those little surprises in this series.

Click It or Skip It? Click It. Twisted Truths closes out the Jones brothers’ stories and gives a final salute to the Dean brothers’ stories as well. Don’t pass this one up.

Twisted Truths will bring the Blood Brothers series to a finale, and I admit that I’m going to miss these characters. Although this series is a spin-off from the Sin Brothers series, you really don’t have to have read that series to follow this one – but I would recommend it for it’s an intense series. I will always say that series should be read in order for the best experience, and I’ll repeat that for the Blood Brothers series – to get the entire overall story of this series some events do flow through from one book to the next so I would highly recommend to start this one from the first book. Besides, these are some amazing couples facing intense situations so you’ll find great stories along the way as well.

Noni and Denver have a history, much of which happens off screen yet we learn of their relationship through the two earlier books in some ways. Now Noni has unknowingly put not only Denver and his brothers families in danger by her actions, she’s put a target on her own back as well. One that Denver was trying to keep her safe from by disappearing from her life. In trying to locate Denver in the only way she could think of to help her to rescue her niece she may have simply delivered them all to his enemies. This couple has a past, one that they will now have to face. They’ll also have to find and rescue a kidnapped baby and evade Denver’s enemies who have far more resources to locate and eliminate everyone that Denver cares about. They’re between a rock and a very hard place with only each other to depend on.

Twisted Truths is intense, action packed, fast paced and one damned good story. I was easily caught up in Noni and Denver’s journey back to each other as they dealt with multiple troubles surrounding them I don’t want to say much about the actual story for this is one you should experience for yourself. Threads that have been woven through the series are wrapped up and give me the satisfying closure that I need at the end of a series. While there is always room to bring characters back or expand on any series… this one was completed for me. And although I’ll miss these couples, I certainly can see them with a good, happy future ahead of them. And that is why I’m addicted to series, for that level of satisfaction in an overarching story. If you love fast paced, intense Romantic Suspense then I’d recommend this story and this series to you. You’ll get lost in this world, care about the characters and wish for more.

*I received an e-ARC of this novel from the publisher via NetGalley. That does not change what I think of this story. It is my choice to leave a review giving my personal opinion about this book.*

I have really enjoyed this series! Denver, genetically enhanced, and his blood brothers who were also experiments, are searching for the evil doctor and sadistic sheriff who made their childhoods intolerable. Denver knows that he can't have a romantic relationship with anyone because it isn't safe for them. But he can't forget Noni, the woman he had a brief affair with a year ago. When she comes back into his life, she is in danger and Denver is the only one who can help her. Lots of suspense and the best kind of steamy romance!

Received an ARC for my honest opinion review for NetGalley. The final book in the Blood Brothers Trilogy.

Submerge yourself and get ready for an adventure!!

TWISTED TRUTH is mind-blowing with the twists and turns given to us by author Rebecca Zanetti. The brothers, Ryker, Heath and Denver have been on the run since they were kids with Sheriff Cobb and the nutcase Dr. Madison on their heels. This is their finale and, though it is sad to see the end of the Blood Brothers, they deserved this book. I adored all these guys and had wondered about Noni as she was mentioned frequently in the previous books. She is the perfect match for Denver who has been holding a lot of blame on his shoulders, but his heart is definitely in the right place. It's with her and with the brothers of his heart. One of the things I love about Ms. Zanetti's books is that though her characters are often enhanced in one way or another they also have normal wants, desires, fears, and guilt, they just want to belong and live "normal" lives. Or as close to normal as they can possibly get.

Some of the things they must do to protect themselves, the little baby who becomes Denver and Noni's, the added "family" of the Dean brothers, their wives and those in the compound in Montana, will have you glued to the pages. Some of the truths were a surprise, which I can't go into as they would be spoilers. Some of the other things that came to light, as a faithful reader of this series and the previous Sin Brothers series, I had come to expect, but to see them in print still had my jaw dropping open. I always wonder, how in the world writers of Ms. Zanetti's caliber keep coming up with these twists, I am just thrilled that she does.

If you are like me and love books that portray family (of blood and of the heart) who have each other's back, no matter what happens or what they have to face. Men who know how to love and women who are their other half, who actually make their men stronger yet turn them to mush. If you want romance, danger, intrigue and a happy ending for people who deserve it, then get your hands on TWISTED TRUTH!

Twisted Truths, the third and final installment of the Blood Brothers Series, was everything I expected plus so much more. Ms. Zanetti totally hit it out of the park with this one and is by far my favorite of this outstanding trilogy. I have been waiting it seems like forever for Denver and Noni’s story, and I must say that it was well worth the wait! What an amazing book – in every way possible! The story was absolutely compelling and from the very first sentence to the very last, it easily captivated my attention through its vivid and eloquently written details.

With its deliciously smoking hot sex scenes and enough twists and turns to make me dizzy, Twisted Truths had me turning each page in a frenzied pace needing to know how this story would turn out. Ms. Zanetti definitely knows how to create some strong, seriously HOT alpha male characters that will have your heart racing a million miles an hour and swooning from all the sexiness that lies between these pages. Along with all the hotness, there is some serious intense action that had me hanging on for dear life.

If you are looking for a fast-paced, romantic suspense that totally engages your right from the start and is difficult to put down because you must find out what happens, then I highly recommend Twisted Truths. Ms. Zanetti has produced an edge of your seat story that is beyond amazing and one that you will want to check out. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

4.5*
I don’t want this series to end. I love the Sin Brothers and the Blood Brothers spin off series. Rebecca Zanetti wove the two series together and kept the books intriguing, suspenseful, romantic, heartbreaking and heartwarming. I can not say enough about these books and I’ve recommended them to everyone who reads romantic suspense with a dash of paranormal thrown in to make it all the more interesting.
Denver Jones and his blood brothers grow up in a Boys home run by a evil man, Ned Cobb. They were often visited by Isobel Madison to be tested and not truly understanding her motives until they were older. Escaping the boys home was their only way of surviving the Ned and his brother Sheriff Elton Cobb. Killing Ned and burning the house to the ground has put them on decades on the run and alway just under the radar of the law. They open The Lost Bastards Investigating Agency and spend every available minute searching for Isobel and Elton before they find the brothers.
On a op in Alaska Denver meets Noni Yuki and spends the happiest months of his life. He knows he must leave to protect her from the evil that’s pursuing him. Leaving rips his heart out but he must leave and he’s does. Nothing fills the void, not even the bottom of a bottle numbs him enough to forget Noni. Months later Noni is looking for him all over the internet, she needs his help.
Noni knows she needs Denver to find her dead foster sisters daughter but she vows never to let Denver into her heart again. Next time she may not serve him leaving her. Little does she know what she done by looking for him. She’s put his face out to the public and now Madison and Cobb have her to use as a weapon against Denver. Once he has Noni close again he may never let her go that is if they live long enough for a future.
This book had me from the start and never let go!

3 - "We’re family." Stars.

We return to the Jones brothers, and the final book in the Blood Brothers series. This is the quiet and reclusive Denver’s story, and while we have gotten to know him through Ryker and Heath’s books, Twisted Truths finally gets the reader into his head.

In all honesty I could almost refer you to my review for this books predecessor; Lethal Lies because my thoughts on that are in the main reflected here, once again the book was far too long, the story dragged out and repetitive, especially so in the first half, where we pretty much go –

• Noni refuses to do what Denver asks.
• They are attacked, by one enemy or another.
• Denver then uses sex as punishment and as a way to get Noni to acquiesce to him.
• Restart cycle again.

I will say their emotional connection between them was felt a little more strongly than the previous book the addition of the baby helped that along as well, but for me although the story was there it just took far too long to get going. The whole Cobb & Madison plot lost all of its impact because it’s been almost stationary in its development for pretty much all of the last book and a large portion of this one too. The Twisted Truths if you will, were also pretty easy to spot coming from a mile off, again because the plot had lost its punchiness due to being dragged out for far too long.

"Let the past go… We have right now and we have the future."

On the plus, we get to check in with the Dean Brothers. The banter and camaraderie between them all, was pretty poignant and emotional at points and on a personal level I was glad to see everyone get their just desserts, it was too long coming, but the last 25% made the book worthwhile reading, it just could have done with a little condensing in the previous 75% to make it flow better.

This closes out the Blood Brothers series. Denver has never had much to say but this time he does a lot of talking. Noni has come back into Denver's life and she needs him to find a missing baby. All of the characters from this series and the previous series are a part of this story. There is a lot of tension and danger in the story. There is also a romance between Denver and Noni. A good end to the series.

I received a free copy of the book in return for an honest review.
