Noni and Denver had a thing but then he walked away for reasons she didn’t know. Now she needs his help getting back her infant niece that has been kidnapped by her gang member father. Desperation has her seeking out his help in ways that bring Denver and his brothers to the very unwanted attention of Sheriff Cobb and Dr. Madison. No matter how hard he tries, Denver hasn’t been able to get over Noni. Now she needs his help and he can’t say no. The danger is coming at them from all sides and it’s a race for them to find the baby before gets them.

Finally! So many questions were answered in Twisted Truths I literally had a mental checklist going on in my mind of all the questions I needed answered. Now I know the story of why Denver is the way he is. His silence, his skills, his secrets. So much make sense now. I always had a suspicion that there was something more to them being genetically manipulated by Madison. All the signs were there the question was just who. Dr. Madison, I know she was a scary one but she really is once crazy bio-tch.

Twisted Truths brings all the characters together taking them on one non-stop, action-packed ride. So many HEA for everybody - Ryker, Heath and Denver and their loves Montana family, Detective Malloy. Quite the lovefest. I never did read the Sin Brothers Series and now that I know them better I can’t wait to read their stories. And those not so deserving of love, get their just rewards. It was the perfect ending to this series. Action packed ending so many lingering questions answered, I honestly couldn’t ask for a better book.

A spectacular end to a trilogy which will leave you both delighted and satisfied.

Poor Denver. For the first two books of the trilogy we have seen the result of his leaving behind Noni Yuka, who he fell hard for on his last mission in Alaska. Denver might have been playing a part, but his feelings weren’t part of the plan and Denver left Noni behind for her own safety. Since his return, he has been drinking heavily to get past the pain and loss of her. While he didn’t begrudge his brothers finding love and keeping their women close, you could almost feel a hint of judgment that Denver left Noni to keep her safe, so why were his brother’s taking the risk with the women they loved.

When Noni tries to find Denver by posting a picture of the two of them all over the internet and asking him to contact her, Denver knows he won’t be the only one who sees it. Denver knows that Noni has no idea she has just painted a giant target on her head. Denver has to get to Noni first and find out why she is desperately trying to find him before someone else reaches her first and uses her as bait against Denver and his brothers.

Denver and his brothers have been on the run since they were young. Ryder, Heath and Denver are each orphans who found each other while at a boys home which was run by a man with a heavy hand and enjoyed physically abusing the boys. When the man took Denver and another boy aside for a “talking to,” Ryder and Heath knew they would never see their blood brother again if they didn’t intervene. They were too late to save the other boy, but Ryder and Heath managed to kill the man, save Denver and they all escaped after burning down the building. The bigger problem was that the man’s brother was the local sheriff, who also liked to abuse the boys. Denver, Ryder and Heath were forced to keep under the radar all these years while the Sheriff hunted them.

What has helped them the most was the fact that the sheriff wanted revenge against them, more than justice, so he never sent out a BOLO. He has been stalking them on his own. At least until recently. The sheriff is tired of always being a step behind and the brothers slipping from his grasp. Now he is starting nationwide manhunt for the men.

The brothers didn’t end up together by a happy accident either. Dr. Madison was working with the General in the Sin Brothers trilogy to create supersoldiers, but Heath, Denver and Ryder were her own personal experiment. She made certain to keep them together to see if they too would bond like the Grey brothers in the prior series. Dr. Madison is using her considerable resources to find the brothers as well, but her plans might be more awful than the bloody death promised them by the Sheriff. Madison wants to continue her experimentations and her work creating supersoldiers using Ryder, Heath and Denver’s DNA, and their willing participation is not required.

The Sheriff and Dr. Madison are working together and they are closing in on the brothers. We get a very satisfying ending to the trilogy, which will also bring in help from the Dean brothers (Sin Brothers series) because you know you want it.

Also, kudos to Rebecca for making the danger feel real and also having a reasonable and believable explanation of how the Sheriff and Madison were finding the brothers. So many of these chase stories leave me feeling unsatisfied and asking “What? How did they find them so fast?”

This story was full of tension, excitement and sweet romance. While you can read this as a standalone, it will then lack the satisfaction you would receive if you were reading it as the final chapter of the trilogy.

Twisted Truths is the final book in the Blood Brothers Trilogy, and Zanetti definitely saved the best for last! Intense, fast-paced action and cover-to-cover suspense kept me burning through the pages of this book. Not only does it bring the Blood Brothers series to an end, it also reels in demons that have haunted and hunted the Sin Brothers also, thereby closing a story arc that encompassed both series. The author brilliantly wove all the threads together and brought in all the guys to once and for all put their demons to rest. I loved it!

Finally, in Twisted Truths, Denver's and Noni's story plays out when Noni's dead sister's baby is kidnapped, and she reaches out to Denver for help in finding her. In doing so, she plasters his picture all over the internet and unknowingly brings his worse nightmare to life when he and his brothers are once again placed in the crosshairs of Sheriff Cobb and Dr. Madison. Only this time, they can't ghost out of the picture without first finding the kidnapped baby. When everything blows up in their faces, they have no choice but to call for backup from the Sin Brothers.

Twisted Truths is high octane, heart-racing action all the way through. And woven into the drama is the passionate reuniting of Denver and Noni. Their undeniable, sizzling chemistry and steamy desires ignite the pages, setting the stage for a beautiful, emotional second-chance romance. A strong, convoluted support cast takes this story to another level as deadly battles rage between the forces of good and evil. Zanetti takes this one home with a bang! Fans of the Sins Brothers and the Blood Brothers will not want to miss this one! (Be sure to read the series in order to avoid spoilers.) A brilliant ending to a fantastic series! A Must Read!

Twisted Truths was my first novel by Rebecca Zanetti. I am so happy to have found her work. I loved the character development in this story. I found myself drawn to Noni. Her no-nonsense nature and steel backbone quickly won me over. Denver ~ ohhhh, I do love a sexy, quiet hero and Denver is that and much more. These two are a perfect match.

Twisted Truths’ stellar cast of characters quickly make up for the semi-predictable plot and at times stalled pace. When it was good, it was great. Lots of action, adventure and plenty of steam. Zanetti takes the reader on a rollercoaster of emotions. I look forward to reading more from this author.

Despite the advances science has given the world of reproduction, it’s still considered questionable by some folks. Imagine what they’d say to crazy-assed Dr. Madison if they found out she’d enhanced the in vitro fertilization process to make humans with extra abilities. We’re not talking X-Men enhanced—in Rebecca Zanetti’s world, the extra-abled humans are soldiers and survivors and honorable men … and boy are they oh, so compelling. The final installment of her Blood Brothers trilogy concludes with Twisted Truths and delivers a very positive result.

We first met Dr. Madison in the Sin Brothers series, where we thought she’d been put out to pasture. Nope. Instead, she features prominently in the Blood Brothers series, and in Twisted Truths, we finally find out why. Turns out, she’s got more at stake this time, so the danger and tension are at an all-time high. Denver is the youngest of the Jones brothers who grew up under the twisted and abusive Ned Cobb. When the boys were forced to kill Ned, they hit the road and have been running ever since. Unfortunately for them, Ned’s brother is the Sheriff … and also Dr. Madison’s lover … and has made it his mission since to hunt down and kill them. They’ve managed to stay ahead of the murderous, dirty lawman, but when the only woman Denver has ever loved tracks him down, leaving a digital trail even the most severe Luddite could follow, he’s compelled to hold his own retribution at bay long enough to help her.

Noni was heart-broken when Denver left her, and of course, she didn’t know he’d done it for her own safety. When Noni’s friend was murdered and the dangerous gang who did it also stole her baby, Noni’s only thought was to reach out to Denver and his Lost Bastards agency. She had no idea she was leaving breadcrumbs for Madison and Cobb to follow, until it was too late and she was in the mix, hunted alongside her love.

Noni and the baby are a distraction Denver doesn’t need, but unlike Dr. Madison’s test tube preciseness, real-life emotion can’t be anticipated or controlled. Noni is everything Denver secretly wished and hoped for, but never allowed himself to voice.

‘What if’ isn’t going to bring any scientific closure to an experiment, but it sure as hell opens up a world of possibility to unanticipated results. What if Denver and his brothers had been raised in a loving environment rather than with the painful, hateful Ned Cobb? What if they hadn’t been forced to kill or be killed as children? What if Denver and Noni could have continued their relationship in Alaska like regular people, and sweetly fallen in love? What if Noni’s friend had lived and cleaned up her act, and could’ve raised her daughter on her own? What if the world wasn’t so heavy on Denver’s shoulders?

I can decisively report that Zanetti has concluded another brilliant series, full of robust characters, exciting plots, and heart-pounding suspense. And what if she’s already working on her next one …

TWISTED TRUTHS is the final book in the Blood Brothers series. The author concludes the storyline as well as other loose ends of the series and even the Sin Brothers series. I wasn’t a big fan of how everything ended but all my questions were answered.

I also wasn’t a big fan of Noni and Denver. They are both strong characters but also very stubborn, which is usually what I like in my heroes and heroines. Their personalities both grated on my nerves and I didn’t care for them together or separately.

The story was well-written and suspenseful. I personally wished some things in the book developed differently, but I’m not a bestselling author so I’ll just leave the story telling to Ms. Zanetti.

Although I wasn’t a big fan of the story, it will not stop me from reading the author or supporting her books.

I love Rebecca Zanetti SO MUCH. I think pretty much every time I write a Zanetti review they start out that way, but its the truth. I love the cover for this one. The paperback, not the kindle. I also love that these books easily remind you of the important stuff that has happened in previous books and you don't have to try to remember what's been going on. That being said, you do HAVE to read the earlier books to enjoy this. Yes, the romance is standalone, but the overall story arc is definitely best enjoyed in order.

Denver's story has been teased throughout the Blood Brothers series, and it was exciting to finally get to see Denver and Noni together. Their story has been a long time coming and it was every bit as good as I expected. Denver is *by far* the least talkative brother, but he still had his moments that made me absolutely fall in love.

I received an advance review copy of this book that I have chosen to review.

Noni has worked hard to get over Denver ever since he left but when she needs to track down her sister's kidnapped baby, he's the only one she trusts to turn to.
Denver can't believe the danger Noni has put herself in with plastering a picture of them together all over the internet. When he finds out about the baby though, he can't walk away.
With the sheriff and Dr. tightening their circle around the Blood Brothers, Denver must protect Noni and the rest of his family.

Twisted Truths is the final book in the Blood Brothers trilogy, which is a spin-off of the Sin Brothers series. It's a series dealing with genetically enhanced super soldiers who break free from their maker Dr. Madison and are on the run. While the Sin Brothers have all found their happily ever afters, they make appearances in this series but you wouldn't need to have read those books. I would highly suggest you read the other two books in the Blood Brothers trilogy though, as the continuing suspense storyline is very prevalent.

"I've hurt you enough," he countered softly.
She moved, turning and straddling him, her thighs outside his hard ones. Atop him, facing him, was exactly where she wanted to be. "Maybe this time I'll hurt you."
His chin lifted, and his eyes darkened to a dangerous blue. Intensity, so sharp it hurt to see, swirled there. "You've already slayed me through, darlin'."

The last book ended with Denver going off to find Noni, a woman he spent time with while he was working a case. She has plastered a picture of them together all over the internet trying to find him. What Noni doesn’t know is that Denver and his brothers are still trying to hide from a sheriff Cobb, brother to the man who ran the boys ranch Denver and his brothers were raised at. This brother liked to beat the boys and one night Denver, Ryker, and Heath end up killing him and run away. The sheriff has been searching for them ever since, along with Dr. Madison. She's the doctor who created all the super soldiers, but always claiming Denver was special. When Denver finds Noni, she tells him how her foster care sister overdosed and the gangbanger father took the baby and plans to sell her. Denver agrees to help her out.

If it sounds like a lot of action happening to you, you'd be right. The story started off at a run right away. Which if you're more action oriented you would like, but some character and relationship development got left behind. We never really get to know Noni (get a feel for Denver in the previous two books) and since Denver and Noni's relationship had started off screen, we never get to experience them falling in love. We get a sex scene about 30% in and I can't say I really felt any emotion from it. There are no flashbacks to their previous relationship and no time for them to stop and develop one as they are either on the run from Cobb and Madison or trying to get the baby.

The story had a little bit of rinse and repeat with Denver sensing danger, Noni refusing to be sent away to safety, people shooting at them, getting away from danger, Denver trying to refuse help from his brothers, going to a new safe house, and then the steps all repeating again.

Our series villains didn't seem to quite have the weight they did in the previous books, Cobb was his violently psychotic self but almost rigidly so and instead of Dr. Madison being her scientifically psychotic brilliantly cunning self, she was ultimately shifted more toward kooky psychotic. The characters personalities and the story plot just seemed to run out of steam towards the end.

As I mentioned, you'll want to have at least read the other books in the Blood Brothers trilogy, or you'll be hopefully lost. For those of you that have, you'll greatly enjoy a return to Denver, Ryker, and Heath's brotherly relationship with all the other Sin Brothers making some appearances. The romance just didn't worm it's way in enough for me here but even though it didn't quite have the potency ending I was looking forward to, I still enjoyed our boys getting their happily ever afters.

With the Kidnapping of a young child, the last book in the Blood Brothers series will take readers on a high-octane ride. Noni was desperate to save her infant niece who has been kidnapped. And the only person she knows able to assist her and that one person was Denver Jones.
Denver walked away from Noni, not because he wanted too. But because he had to keep her safe from his past. However, even distance from the woman he lived will keep her safe. When criminals are gunning for Noni, he will do anything to keep her safe. And now that his past has caught up with him he must use all his skills that he learned over the years to keep his small family safe.
What a way to end a series. Rebecca Zanetti held nothing back when she wrote this book. Great romance and a nice thrilling ride to the finish line. Twisted Truths, appropriately named. For it had many plot twist and turns that by the end you felt like you were on a nonstop roller coaster ride.
If you are a big fan of Rebecca Zanetti or if this will be your first title ever read, Twisted Truth certainly won’t let you down. I know I couldn’t put it down.

I was beyond excited to receive an advance copy of Twisted Truth by Rebecca Zanetti. I had rest the first two in the blood brother series and each book had readers needing more of the three blood brothers.
The story is a second chance romance of Denver who left the woman he cared for back in Alaska because he didn't want to bring her into his violent work.
There is just too much in this book and while it is the last in the series the author threw everything at readers including bring characters in from another series.
The story follows the same as the others a woman in need. The Man can't back down but the past is breathing down on him and he feels the need to protect everyone. That is right Denver is the Lone Wolf. Which become tiresome half way though the book. There are two stories going on at once just like the other two books which the author was able to intertwine but keep a good pace. Twisted Truth story lines were took much to have in one story. I think Rebecca Zanetti could have found another way to bring the long lost lovers together without the extra story line that seem make seem to kill more people in one day than any other book I have read by her. I'm sorry is there are 1-800 Henchmen? Because after a while you almost want to laugh at how many gang members or henchmen are killed.
The evil characters go from evil to cartoonist in this story. Even with the final show down and the wrap of of everyone lives the story takes to long.

I wanted to love this book but instead found myself tried from all the over the top non stop action that took away from the enjoyment of the other two books in the Blood brother series.
Thank you to Netgalley and the Publisher Forever for the advance copy,

How many sex can two people have when they are running for their lives? A lot!!
If you have not read the first in this series do not pick up this copy trust me you will be lost.

Fantastic final to the series, a MUST read. Great ending and I'm ecstatic to know we'll continue to get more of the brothers through novellas, which is awesome since I'm not ready to let go of the brothers and the family they have all claimed and created together.

OMG! Make my heart hurt, cut me and bleed me dry. Twisted Truths is so aptly named and just ties this all up in a bow to make me love all the brothers all the more. Zanetti has written a truly awesome ending to the Blood Brothers series. And I am going to hold out hope for the teenagers' stories someday because this series and the Sin Brothers series just blew me away.

Denver, oh gracious what can I say about Denver. Think Jory only more self-sacrificing. Think broken and bleeding, and so alone. Alone is the one word that most applies here. No matter how many times Ryker and Heath tell him (and show him) he is not alone, no matter how many times Jory steps in and helps out and verbally reminds him he is not alone, Denver is alone. In his heart, he feels so alone, and he is so by choice. He is the only one who can save them all and to do that, he has to be alone. His thinking is so heartbreaking and so beautiful. Like I said, self-sacrificing to the n-th degree. I loved Jory for it and I love Denver for it too. I just wish he had been more willing to let them all in just a little more.

Noni is a bit of a cipher, but like Zara and Anya before her, she is a tough woman. Her love is boundless and she pours it all into her niece, her aunt, and Denver. She sticks and when it matters most, she fights. She is perfect for Denver: soft enough for him to save and strong enough to save him in return.

I struggled with Cobb and Madison, who I admit I hate on some visceral level. Talk about some exceptional writing that Zanetti can make me truly hate and fear these characters she has created. I've wanted Madison dead for 7 books now; I can't help it. Cobb is just disgusting and ugly, but Madison's crazy is supercharged and that makes her extra scary since she is so convinced at her own rightness. I loved getting to see into her head just a bit more here because that is some serious crazy going on and I love three-dimensional villains.

There are some glimpses of the Dean/Gray brothers other than Jory in Twisted Truths and I gobbled them up like chocolate because I love me some Sin Brothers. And what a fabulous ending for our tortured heroes. This book felt like a good bye for this world but I am still going to hope for Chance and Greg and their brothers to have their stories told someday down the line.

Another fantastic book by Rebecca Zanetti which is why I can't stop reading her books.

The story of Denver, Ryker and Heath continues with Denver and Noni front and center. What are their futures? How can they defeat Madison and Cobb? And what about that little girl in their future? Once again Ms Zanetti nails it with an exciting, nail biting, romantic, and suspenseful novel full of everything we love about her characters and their lives.

This is the final book in this trilogy. I have enjoyed the journey of getting to know "blood brothers", Ryker, Heath and Denver. I must admit that I had a soft spot for Denver. He was the youngest and quiet one. Although, what they say about the quiet, silent type is true...they are dangerous. Yet, Denver, may be a killer but he would risk everything for Noni.

Noni was awesome. I loved her bold attitude. She could stand toe to toe with Denver and even make him smile. However that was not the best thing about them. It was the chemistry they shared. You could feel the heat radiating off of them.

Being the final book, there was the showdown between the brothers and Dr. Madison and Sheriff Cobb. It is what I was waiting for since the first book. The author did not disappoint me. Twisted Truths will have you on the edge of your seat with anticipation, intensity, action, sizzling romance, and characters that you will treasure forever!

Twisted Truth was a thrilling conclusion to the Blood Brothers trilogy by Rebecca Zanetti. With her, non-stop action tales, villains, and swoon-worthy heroes she is fast becoming one of my favorite romantic suspense writers. Twisted Truth shares a second chance romance featuring the youngest brother Denver Jones.

My favorite book of 2017. This is the 3rd of the Blood Brothers and a conclusion for the Sin Brothers. I love the all-hands-on-deck approach in this story. Not only do we have the pleasure of getting to know Denver and Noni but we have help from Ryker, Heath, their wives, the Sin Brothers, and a helpful small town sheriff.

Denver is the quietest and latest bloomer of the brothers. He abandons his girlfriend in Alaska with no trace. The regret is strong (all through books 1 &2) but it was the right thing to do. Noni is still mad but needs the help of her old boyfriend - if she can find him. Her aunt had one picture of her time with Denver that she could use to help find him. Little does she know the kind of storm one little picture can bring.

It’s through the ‘inheritance’ of a friend’s baby that Noni Yuka gets tangled up in a gang’s trafficking activities while doing an online search for him—and trumpeting his presence when all Denver Jones wants is to lie low. It’s also the reason that he’d cut their affair short and found solace in a bottle, though Noni’s explosive return to his life thrusts him and his brothers into greater danger.

2 storylines converge in ’Twisted Truths’—which accounts for the length of the book—and without prior knowledge of the previous books in the series (as well as maybe the series before this) this might be a little hard to follow despite the brief recaps that Rebecca Zanetti does here and there. In short, the crazy brand of villainy that has been stalking the Dean brothers and now the Jones brothers come to a head here as the evil pair of Madison and Cobb pit themselves against Denver and by extension, the rest of the Jones boys.

As difficult as it might be to read as a standalone, ‘Twisted Truths’ is nonetheless full of action, some sexy times, some bizzare twists and turns (along with some TSTL moments from Noni), and sort of held together by a villain so overblown that an evil, giggling cartoon character might as well populate the pages. This closure however, is long time in coming and Zanetti does it by highlighting the bonds between brothers who may or may not be blood-related—who also jump in with seemingly unlimited resources to save the day.

If the series really has to end, this was a great one. Just as the other titles, there were two simultaneous storylines. One, the story of Noni and how she and Denver come together and the other of the men's fight against Doctor Madison. The Grey Brothers are peripherally involved in the story. That would be my only small complaint. I would have liked a little more of them, than to have them fly in and fly out before the reader could hear from them. It was interesting how Denver's search for a family ended - his mother was Doctor Madison, whom he kills, but he also gains a half-sister along with his blood brothers.

Absolutely fabulous! What a great conclusion to the series! This is the final installment in the Blood Brothers series, a spin off of the Sin Brothers. Lots of action adventure, some suspense, really bad guys doing more bad things, some second chance romance and then what I hope is finally some down time for all these "brothers" so they can enjoy life for awhile. I will miss all these characters.

Noni is perfect for Denver. She is strong and smart and ultimately, she is the one who can help him heal. He truly is worthy of love.

And the epilogue---GAH!! All the brothers together---so perfect.

Love this author to pieces. I haven't read anything of hers that was half way--ever. Looking forward to more, more, more!

I have read this entire series and could not wait for the ending. The exposure to genetic experiments by psychopaths and the dark web make for a thrilling ride. Denver and None are a very unlikely couple thrown together under terrible circumstances but manage to persevere.
