Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC. Now here's your honest review.

3 stars

Those looking for a Jill Shalvis read-alike will feel right at home with this book. I adore Jill Shalvis and often chuckle at her blog posts, but her books just don't hit the right notes for me. I can't put my finger on it. The same rings true with this book. There is nothing particularly wrong about this book, but it didn't emit any sparks for me. I found it to be rather predictable, which can be fine, especially when you're looking for something uncomplicated and enjoyable. That's essentially how this can be described.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I struggled in the middle and took a chance and skipped a bit--[gasp!]. I think it helped. I jumped in at a good part and found that the ending was really well done. I actually ended up liking the book more by the end.

I had a hard time reading this book. I put it down a few times and picked it back up. I could not get into it. At all.

Another great book in this series.

So, the backstory - three best friends (male) realise that they have dated a series of extreme (for want of a better word) women and swear a pact to avoid all women. Of course, immediately afterwards they find their one true loves.

Matt Osborn is looking after his five year old nephew Ethan while his sister Abby is away studying medicine, as part of that he has agreed to act as soccer coach to Ethan's school team.

12 years ago Matt proposed to his college sweetheart Annaliese (Anna) Fischer, he was heartbroken when she turned him down in favour of a job in London, England. At the time she told him she never wanted to get married and have children. Imagine his surprise when Ethan's new best friend Toby turns out to be Anna's son.

Anna has returned to her small town from London to look after her father who has had a nasty fall. She has taken six weeks leave from her job in London and brought her son, despite her divorce settlement saying she can't take him out of the country. The last thing she wants is to be confronted by Matt Osborn who has every right to hate her after she left him high and dry.

Despite their best efforts to avoid each other Toby and Ethan's friendship keeps bringing them together. But can they overcome the pain of the past? And should they try to reconnect when Anna is leaving in six weeks?

This was a heartwarming second-chance romance - how could it not be with two cute five year olds and dogs and cantankerous old men?

My heart is still swooning over this book...sigh
My oh my where to begin!
From the very beginning this third installment of this series captured my attention. This isn't a book about two people who meet and start their happily ever after. No, and I think that's what I loved about this story. It's one that many people can relate to. Once again,Denise Grover Swank writes an awesome romance, with some twists and turns along with a hilarious scene at a restaurant. She adds some comedy to the romance novels and I perhaps that is the reason why I can pick up any romance novels from Denise.
I would like to thank Netgalley and Forever (Grand Central Publishing) for ARC in exchange for an honest review.

The last installment on the bachelor Brotherhood series and Matt is the last to find true love, as a Brit I was pleased to have some international characters in the story and certainly felt myself cheering the English Flag!
A lovely ending to the three stories and wouldn't hesitate to go back and re-read the series

I loved this sweet romance about two people reconnecting after hurt and life not going the way they planned. I found every character likeable and real, like they could be real people I know. I thought the story was fresh and engaging, and I loved the ending!

This is the third and final book in the Bachelor Brotherhood Series, and even though I am sad its over, I feel this series went out on a huge high. This is a sweet second chance, contemporary romance that will give you all the emotions and elations.

Matt is the last of the bachelors to stick with the pact he made with his two best friends Kevin and Tyler. For Matt, there was no one who could compare to his college sweet heart Anna who moved away 12 years ago. So when she returns home for a short time to help her ailing father, he is unsure what his feelings are now. For Anna, her biggest mistake was not accepting Matt's proposal and now she needs to make amends.

I just fell into this book, and loved Matt for his sensitive and loyal personality. He would do anything for this family and friends. Anna was perfect for Matt, she has the same family values and is a strong and confidant woman. I loved hearing about the other characters from the previous books and their banter together. This author is clever with the wit! There is a little angst thrown in to give this a well rounded novel and I would recommend it and the other two books for a exquisite warm hearted read.

This was romance was super adorable with the strong independent main characters. Two adorable little kids can never hurt a story. I enjoyed the read and I found it only took me 2 days to get through it.

I do not think a love story can get any better or sweeter than that of what is told in Always You. The writing is not too sentimental in telling the story of Matt and Anna’s past and is just enough for one to begin to really care about what unfolds as they face each other. They are in different lives and places than they were after college when Anna fled to London to escape her forever mourning mother and left Matt in the lurch, engagement ring in hand. Anna ruptured his heart and time has not completely healed it. Matt never anticipated seeing Anna again, much less with a son, but fate brought them together to face the past and possible forge a future.

Always You was just too cute! Matt and Anna were college sweethearts. When graduation time came, Matt was ready to settle down with Anna. Anna, unfortunately, had a job opportunity in London. Both were devastated by their break up. Flash forward twelve years, and Matt's a single "dad" and soccer coach to his nephew. When Anna's son ends up being Matt's nephew's new best friend and on their soccer team, Matt and Anna has to deal with seeing each other again after all those years.

Matt Osborne was the star of this book. He was such a stand up guy, and an all around great human being. I appreciated the lengths he would go to in order to make life easier for his nephew. I also appreciated the way he dealt with Anna's son. I think I enjoyed his character so much because his parenting skills reminded me of my husband's.

Anna was a great character, too. She was a single mom who had been through some rough times, but made the best out of everything. I loved how she loved her son. She and Matt had a lot in common when it came to parenting. They also brightened up each other's days.

My favorite part of this book had to be the Chuck E. Cheese scene. Chuck E. Cheese is out of my parenting nightmares. I just can't handle it. Always You didn't make me want to go there (The characters didn't even want to go there), but it did bring me to laugh my head off. Just that scene would have made reading this book worth it if I hadn't liked it.

The one thing I would have changed about Always You if I wrote it was how quickly Matt and Anna were back together. It seemed very rushed to me. I would have liked more time for them to figure out where they stood as a couple together and on their own.

Always You was a great ending to the Bachelor Brotherhood series. This second chance romance had sparks flying everywhere.

The Chuck E Cheese scene just about killed me with laughter and Matt's attitude just made it so much more humorous, "Matt didn’t look totally convinced, probably because of the giant knot that was growing on his forehead, but he said, “Yes. Thank for your diligence.” I loved how caring Matt could be, “Anna?” he asked, still several feet away but unable to read her face. She saw him and started to cry. “What happened?” he asked, trying not to panic. “Did you talk to Blair?” This is hands down my favorite book out of the series I fell in love with Matt.

Another great read by DGS. I will say that this one was not my favorite but still a good quick read.

This sweet story is a fast, fun read. You are going to fall in love with Matt and Anna. The have that tale as old as time. fall in love, didn't work, many years later bam maybe now is the time. There are really some very funny moments. Matt and his dating mom is great. Anna has her work cut out for her with her dad. We get to see some of our much loved people from the other books. They are always a added bonus to get a update from them. The story has a nice flow. Matt finds himself in a sticky situation trying to balance past with a new life and a nephew needed a parent. Anna has a cute little boy that she will do anything for. Will they find their love stronger now? Are they ready to make a go of a relationship? All answered. With some surprises thrown in. You will not be disappointed in this book. Pick it up.

This is my first time reading this author and while this book is part of a series and this is book 3, it also stands alone. This is the story about Matt, a single man but who is rising his nephew, Ethan. Ethan has a new best friend named Toby. He invites his new friend to join his soccer team coached by uncle Matt.

And that is how Matt and Anna see each other for the first time after 9 years. Anna and Matt dated in college but when he proposed and she said NO, he dumped her. Anna is asingle mother in town to take care of her dad who fell and hurt his leg. Her dad is not the cuddly grandpa but rather a grumpy one.

Matt is very angry at Anna and well Anna has a lot of regrets. And this is their story of making it work and starting a life together. They have many obstacles in their way, jobs, London, and a bitter ex. But they are so fantastic together. I also laughed so much reading this book. The very first scene at soccer practice was so funny and I loved Ethan and Tpby's trip to Chuck E Cheese.

This was very well written and I loved the main characters. The ex stuff well I didn't love but it did show how much love and faith Matt and Anna had in each other and that was amazing to read about.

This third book in the Bachelor Brotherhood series just solidifies for me that this author is writer who knows just how to draw her readers into her stories...with characters who are real, with flaws, vulnerabilities, strength, and above all with love to give and receive.

The story of Matt and Anna finding each other again, after over a ten year separation, was bittersweet and truly heartwarming. The reoccurrence of Holly and Kevin, as well as Lanie and Tyler brought the bachelor brotherhood full circle...with the brotherhood finally biting the dust with Matt and Anna's story, it's a bit sad to say goodbye to the the three guys who brought about the pact to swear off women, yet ended up with finding the other halves of their puzzle pieces...making each of them whole.
