This one started quick with the heat and at first it was a bit off-putting, but it was easier to digest once we got to know the characters better (and they got to know each other). I loved the surprise at the end and enjoyed that the ending was an unconventional, open-ended HEA. 3.5 out of 5 wine glasses.

For a short story, Sharing Body Heat was well executed from start to finish. I loved the characters and the setting. I do wish the the story could have been longer, but it wasn't intended to be a full length story. I still loved it and would highly recommend it to those that something short and steamy! 😀

I'm declining to leave a review. This was just a bit too raw for me.

From the new Carina Press Dirty Bits, Sharing Body Heat is an example of a romance packed with so much heat you'll be glad it's compressed into a bite-sized story. Lexie Davis strands two strangers in a cabin in the woods and lets the sparks fly.

Lauren is taking a much-needed break from her everyday routine. A cabin in the woods, isolated, is exactly what she wants. Unfortunately, she walks into the wrong cabin and finds herself caught in a snowstorm and stuck with a man who refuses to put on clothes. A few suggestive nudges and Reid gets Lauren to stop denying her attraction to him. The rest, as they say, is history.

Sharing Body Heat is definitely an over the top, sexy romance. Over the top in a good way because it's such a short story you'll want to get as much out of it as possible. It still amazes me how quick the read is without short-changing readers of the full experience. The characters are easy to connect with and by the end of the story you might wonder, obsessively, what becomes of them in the future.

Definitely, pick up a copy of Sharing Body Heat the next time you want a quick and sexy read!

If you are looking for down and dirty, you have come to the right place. Plenty of steam and sweet sexy scenes will warm you up on a cold winter's night.

MMMmmm - Reid is so hot and who in their right mind can resist a naked guy standing in front of you? Written for the purpose to heat you up - Light on background and details. Heavy on the hotness.

Just enough plot to keep you engaged and enjoying the story. I will read these any time! Perfectly packaged.

Sharing Body Heat by Lexie Davis is a quick hot read with about 60 pages.
Two strangers are stranded in a snow storm in a cabin. With nothing but each other to turn on.

I'm afraid it's not for me. I ended up with this book by mistake as I would never have chosen to read it intentionally because the tropes found in many MF romances just irritate me.
This one sadly was no better, containing an arrogant "self-made" businessman who went all alpha on the "poor hopeless woman" who briefly responded with a bit of fire to make her capitulation seem hard fought.
Sorry not my bag at all.

Sharing Body Heat was a quick novella that was a perfect palette cleanser. It was full of steamy alpha goodness and swoons. I loved Reid and Lauren together and thought their initial meeting was just so fun. Their chemistry was hot and their ack and forth banter was snappy and fiery. This was so fantastic.

I would like to thank Netgalley and Carina Press for an advanced copy of this book for an honest review. Bravo! 4 stars! ~Ratula
