I've read many books that claim to spread the author's philosophy - the closest one I can compare to this is Larry Winget but this guy is nicer! I want to work at Bluefinn! He definitely seems like an ordinary guy who discovered how to tap into his passion and then make other people passionate. I really, really like this book and the way it is written, His insight that failure is better thought of as 'discovery' is worth the price of admission alone. I believe this book is a winner and one which you WILL be motivated to use the insights from.

My consulting company is built on teaching/mentoring project leaders in the automotive industry about how to communicate and connect in this new era of innovation. Empathy doesn't come particularly easy to brilliant engineers, or any large company with massive hierarchal structures.
*Everyone* needs to read this book!
Bluefishing is a huge part of what we do and I can attest that Steve Sims has the magic key.
I *loved* this book. Easy to read, concepts are easily accessible, the tone is light and the lessons are deep.
I am adding it into my Top 10 books that my clients/mentees are required to read.
I have to thank Steve for reminding me that my own flavour of Bluefishing has a really high value, and I need to trust that particular super power more.
Before I even finished the book, I recontacted a few ex clients using my natural, creative connectivity abilities and I got immediate, amazing results: The two people were *delighted* with my tiny effort. :)
I read this book on my Kindle, but I will be adding the hard copy on my Top 10 display shelf, here in the seminar room. This book is a definite asset to anyone, personally or professionally. Bluefishing will also now be one of the books I will be gifting to all my young mentees/protegés/young graduating friends.
Seriously, this book has the power to help highschoolers and graduates be the masters of their futures by building a rock-solid trust/respect structures with everyone in their lives. (Start with your parents kids!)
The future will be "owned" by those of us who are A-players with bullet-proof soft skills.
Blue fishing is the absolute best way to build your EQ muscles.
