Kogan books do a great job of rooting you in the specific subject and makign you knowledgeable in the topic, looking at it from the definition to the need for it and the context.

As someone with a spouse in the Warehouse/Logistics industry I found this to be very thorough and on point. Richards covered a variety of aspects from shipping and receiving to behind the scenes operations many lay people in the industry are not even aware of. This is a must read for anyone looking to further their career in this industry.
