This was an enjoyable read and I would recommend it. thanks for letting me have an advance copy. I'm new to this author.

Thank you for allowing me the chance to try this book, but it read along the lines of the Michael Wolff Trump book - full of sensationalism and stuff that's been repeated to death, that you eye-roll at.

Conspiracy theorists unite! Hey, I liked his pints, or some of them. I only gave four starts because this is advertised as a book when he tells you to "see this or read that" I just got turned off. Even with that said, there are some great strings you will love to "PULL", Enjoy

9/11 and the World Today by David Wakeen is a book I requested from NetGalley and the review is voluntary. This is not the type of book I was hoping for. I was hoping for a book deep in understanding of how the world changed in people's minds, hearts, the world's political views, the ravages this war has done to the world economy, the restructure of the middle east, the rise of Isis, and more. This is not what I got. This is a book about conspiracy theories, 'evil' this and 'evil' that, and no facts just vague insinuations. Almost every page the author wants the reader to watch this movie, or read this book, or article. All are conspiracy theories, one of the sites he sends the reads to is Alex Jones! He tells how dishonest the media is and how they are in on the dishonesty and the plot, whatever the plot is. He goes on about the Skull and Bones secret society and the presidents. Of course there is a film or book for that too. It is non-stop ramble of hidden plots and secret societies that the people are not aware of. I was so disappointed in this book. We all know we were duped into the war, I was about the only nurse at the hospital against it when everyone was geared up and ready to go. I took a lot of grieve for that but I didn't trust our government then, not even when Powell lied. But this guy is taking this to a whole new level. There may be a grain of truth here and there but I really beginning to expected to be reading about Roswell on the next pages, it was that far out there. He was condemning the welfare for the poor, doesn't believe we should have it. Obama care, nope, shouldn't have it...doesn't work he said...I don't think he is of our world really. One of the worst books I have ever read.
