A nice compendium of crystals. Lengthy book and follows a simple pattern on its set up. I think it could have been fleshed out further though, and was hoping for more than what I got. It's a middle of the road book for me - not bad but not great either.

I was really excited to receive a review copy of 365 Days of Crystal Magic. I have a ton of crystals and this book gives me a way to be more involved with them, having a daily practice. The book has many different ways to work with your crystals. The Tiger's Eye spell for connecting with your cat is one of my favorites. I have purchased a hard copy of this book to have as a permanent reference.

This is a wonderful book for the wheel of the year. It is a different way to honor important days. If you are looking for new ideas to incorporate into your practice, I recommend you get this book for your library.

I absolute love every book by Sandra Kynes that I've read, and this was no exception. I'm very interested in crystals and their healing properties, so I knew this would be a wonderful book to help increase my knowledge. I absolutely loved the inclusion of spells, and which crystals will work best. I will absolutely be picking up every book by this author in the future, and gifting copies to loved ones I know are interested.

As the book name states this has a spell for every day of the year using crystals. The best crystals are recommended for each spell which is useful as there are so many crystals that remembering all of their qualities can be difficult - this book breaks it down and makes it easier day by day. I love the additional bits of information also found in the book such as where the names of different crystals come from. The book also has the basics of how to prepare your crystals which is definitely useful for novices. As someone with an interest in crystals and the Wiccan religion I loved this book, and the additional quips of background information was very intriguing!

I liked this book. This is set up to other 365 day books I have read and can easily add this one in if you like that type of book.

365 Days of Crystal Magic takes you on a daily journey using crystals. Each day features a different ritual that uses crystals to invoke the energy of that particular day. Suggestions on how to use the stones to utilize their magical properties are included.

Astrology, Celtic Ogham, tree months, runic half months, ancient festivals, moon sabbats are also included.

Since different crystals are used each day, the author makes a point to not encourage the reader to purchase every single crystal mentioned. Rather, the book is written in such a way that encourages you to learn how to tap into the crystal for its different properties, and to also create your own rituals.

The rituals were simple and easy to follow and did not require many additional tools. I only wish that a brief explanation as to why certain rituals were chosen for specific days was included. Also, alternative crystals should have been included for each ritual.

This is a great “how to” book for anyone who wishes to enhance their crystal divination systems or for beginners. 365 Days of Crystal Magic will help you to familiarize yourself with many different crystals and their magical properties. A must read for any crystal lover!

First let me thank NetGalley and Llewellyn for allowing me an advance copy of this book to read. I really enjoyed that this has a different "spell" or task for each and every day of the year. If one chooses they can be done in any order as an index is provided on the back. There is a summary of birthstones for each months as well as information on each month's full moon. There is a page at the end of each month for notes too.

Even though I love crystals, figuring out when to work with them and for what may be overwhelming. This book takes the guess work off your hands and offers a crystal working for every day of the year. The book has daily short notes and suggestions for working with crystals on a specific date or for a specific purpose. Among the daily crystal work suggestions there are a lot you can easily use on other dates, whenever you feel the need for a specific spell. It also includes runes, which I would love to learn more about and even refers to working with oils and herbs. In short, a pagan’s crystal dream book. I did not find anything I do not love about this book!

I love anything that has to do with crystals. This book has taught me more about them and ways I can include them more into my life. I got to learn about crystals I've never seen and they cool ways you can use them. The only thing I wish there was, was an index. It'd be easier to have one so I could find what I'm looking for right away.
