Meh. That's the word I can think of to describe this one. It just didn't grab my attention and to be honest, as a master meditator myself, I didn't like the way information was relayed, and disagreed with a few points. Not for me.

I will absolutely be picking up a physical copy of this book to keep in my collection. If you are a long-time reader of my blog you know I am a huge fan of self-improvement books, and can sometimes be a bit critical in my reviews of them. I love that this whole book focuses on love and how meditation can help us to get to a place of love in our every day lives. It was different from any type of book I’ve read on this topic, and explains the practices and tips mentioned so well.
I want a physical copy to highlight and write in, which is usually not a thing I like to do (except Eckhart Tolle’s books now those are highlighted and written all over haha). The quotes at the beginning of each chapter were chosen with the best intent and fit so well, I’m thinking of making a quotes only notebooks (lol). The fact that she added in her amazing stories and experiences made me feel like I’m friends with her.
This one was definitely a quick uplifting read, that I see myself re-reading over and over throughout the years. If you want some helpful tips to overcome fear and anger look no further, this is a great place to start, or continue your journey toward love. As I’m writing this review I already want to give is a re-read and buy copies for everyone I care about.
