Thank you to the publisher and Net Galley for your generosity in forwarding a advance reading copy of this book. My opinion is my own .

This is a remarkable book about health yes but it is also about the mind and how to practice overall wellness. The author has divided the book into sections of heart health, risk factors, treatments in modern medicine and then the author outlines how each of us may make a return to health through bliss and appreciation of l;life. I found this very profound and very helpful. The shift in the last chapter from western medicine to the best of Eastern medicine is profoundly well balanced as she shares her wisdom for everyone to benefit from. This is a excellent pathway to good health with all the right elements to help everyone achieve a higher level of overall wellness. I highly recommend this book for everyone interested in improving their health and well being.

A comprehensive overview of Ayurvedic practices with examples of its application in the lives of ordinary people rather than just. skilled practitioners. For someone interested in Ayurveda, it would be a valued resource.
