Unfortunately it was not available in mobi or club format making it impossible to read for many, myself included. I tried Adobe Digital on 2 computers, Bluefire Reader on 2 computers and a tablet, Aldiko on 2 tablets "and 3 phones and no luck. I'm am truly sorry I was not able to read this ARC and provide a review. From the excerpt it appears to have some good information.

This book lays out many options that should be explored for optimal health and healing, especially since treating the root cause of a problem is better than treating a result (e.g., put out the fire, rather than removing smoke). I learned a lot and hope that it helps me stay healthy!

This book was not available for download in Amazon format so I had to download it to Aldiko that has an expiry date for each book.. I read books close to their publication date and this book expired before the publication date and i was unable to read it.
