Let's be clear here -- I am a HUGE Donna Kauffman fan. This book is just another reason why. Set in the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains we get to witness love blossom between Stevie and a sexy innkeeper, Noah. I love seeing how sassy, city-slicker Stevie begins to show her vulnerable side. I think that's part of what makes this book so special.

I love this book because it is a real love story. There is no dark stranger coming to threaten their love or some other nefarious character to hinder them. It's a real story about how love can happen between two strangers who must make a decision on how they can make it work while still living their dreams. It's realistic but you still get to be transported into a winter wonderland. I could not recommend this book enough!!!

The perfect read for this time of year. An enjoyable, heartwarming novella that ended to quickly, but certainly packed a big story.

A fine well written Festive romance. Would like to see a longer length book from this Author, enjoyable and recommended.

For a novella I was very impressed with all of the character depth and development in the story. It is clear from the beginning that Stevie and Noah have a connection and thankfully they don't waste much of the story fighting the attraction, so it made the novella feel like a full story as I was able to see them fall for each other and how great of a pair they made. This is for anyone looking for a good christmas romance.

The Inn at Blue Hollow by Donna Kauffman was a great story. The main characters Stevie and Noah are well developed and easy to like. They both feel comfortable with each other and I loved how the story unfolded. I recommend this book and praise Donna Kauffman on her excellent writing style. This is a sweet and sexy holiday novella from Donna Kauffman in her new Blue Hollow Falls series. It is an extremely quick read, but still packs all the romance and magic of a Kauffman story. Stevie is the best friend of Sunny, from the first story, who comes to Blue Hollow Falls and finds love. Noah runs an Inn in Blue Hollow Falls. The sparks fly instantly when the two meet, followed quickly by a whirlwind romance that all takes place in the course of a few days. I really enjoyed a brief window into the town and cannot wait for the next story in the series!

I received a copy of this title from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review

This is a short and to the point romance easily read in one sitting. This is a small book but it packs a lot into its 122 pages. Stevie has plans to help her friend, Sunny, start a new greenhouse business in Blue Hollow Falls. When she arrives during the Christmas Holiday, she comes face to face with Noah who is friends with Sunny's boyfriend. The attraction is there and I don't need to go into where it goes from here...the plot can be easily figured out.

True, when the two love birds meet, the reader knows where this story is going but the Author takes us there in a convincing manner. Stevie has nowhere to stay - her friend is having work done on her home. But of course, Noah runs the Local Inn and easily makes room for Stevie. Stevie stays there and, of course, sparks fly.

My only gripe is that I wished it had been longer. When I requested the book, I had no idea it would be this short. I kinda wish it had been longer. This is not an earth shattering book that I feel I need to tell all of my friends about but it is enjoyable. It is not the first book in the series but it worked perfectly as a stand alone. This book takes place during the Christmas holiday although the emphasis in this book is not on the Holiday but on the relationship itself. This is a sweet short romance perfect for the afternoon when you feel like reading. The dialogue is good and the story is entertaining.

Thank you to Kensington Books and NetGalley who provided me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Helping her friend launch a new greenhouse business finds Stevie meeting local Noah Tyler, a good-looking innkeeper. A romantic book, also includes homestyle recipes used in Noah's inn.

I know this was a shorten novel set in a large series but I really enjoyed it. The characters felt natural with funny & connective conversations. Highly recommended and I will be reading more of this author.

Stevie Franklin signs up to help her friend get her greenhouse business set up, and stays at the local Blue Hollow Falls Inn. The owner Noah is exactly what Stevie doesn't need after her recent failed relationship. Noah is also nursing a failed relationship, but when the two get together they realize they can't paint each other into their relationships of the past.

While they have instant chemistry this does move quicker than I tend to like but overlooking as it is a novella.

The Inn at Blue Hollow Falls is a novella for the Blue Hollow Falls series and as the name suggests it deals with the Inn and it's sexy Innkeeper Noah. Stevie is supposed to be in town just to help her best friend set up her new greenhouse. But a blizzard stands her at the inn helping Noah with the guests. It seems like nothing is going to go right from the almost disastrous kitchen fire and the sprinklers going off and the absence of the actual chef. It's an instant attraction between Noah and Stevie and they are almost hesitant to start anything because one Stevie lives in the city and Noah is pretty much married to the inn and he lost one long term relationship because of it already. But Noah was told that he would know true love when he sese it and he sees it when he looks at Stevie and he is willing to risk a broken heart just to try.

Overall, it is a quick read, a very good read with great characters and a instalove romance. As short as it is it feels like a full story very engaging and fulfilling.

What a fun, delightful story. Stevie Franklin, Sunny Goodwin's best friend is coming to Blue Hollow Falls over the Christmas Holiday to help her friend set up the orchids for her new program in the old Victorian greenhouse she inherited. Stevie isn't close to her family and would rather be working during the holidays and thought being with Sunny would be perfect. What Stevie didn't expect was big, gorgeous and hunky Noah Tyler. Noah owns the Inn at Blue Hollow Falls and is one of Sawyer's good friends.

The first meeting between Stevie and Noah was great and of course there was instant attraction. Stevie ends up staying at Noah's inn since the broken water pipes at Sawyer's forced her to find somewhere else to stay. While at the inn, a huge snow storm hits and Stevie and Noah are snowed in along with his guests. Stevie jumps right in to help. This constant closeness is causing some interesting feelings between the two of them that they both thought they'd never find. It was fun watching this Christmas loving guy with a huge family slowly get Stevie to love the holiday season just like him.

If you are looking for a fun, quick Christmas story, you will really enjoy this one!

Adorable story by Donna Kauffman. We met Stevie in the previous book but now she gets her turn at romance when she comes to Blue Hollow to help Sunny with her new greenhouse.

Stevie and Noah are a cute couple that really seem to fit together. Stevie is quirky and Noah is down to earth and yet they mesh perfectly.

Donna Kauffman is one of my go to authors and she should be one of yours too. Starting with this story would be a great start if you have not read her before.

Hi ForeverBookers,

I've just finished my first Christmas themed book of 2017, and it was good. The Inn At Blue Hollow Falls is a contemporary novella. It's supposed to be read after the first novel in the Blue Hollow Falls series. I didn't read the first book, because The Inn At Blue Hollow Falls was a NetGalley e-arc and I didn't want to run out of time before I read it. It worked fine though, as we focus on a different couple. I believe the main character, Stevie is bought up in the first book as a side character.

The book is basically a romance surrounding Stevie and the inn keeper, Noah. It was a pleasant read. The story is pretty simple as it just follows those two characters getting to know each other. Do they fall in love though? You'll have to read to find out. I would say this is an ADULT read, due to some more erotic scenes.

What did I like about The Inn At Blue Hollow Falls?

I liked the banter that Stevie and Noah had. They easily got to know one another. Is this realistic? Maybe not but it worked well in this story. Without it, the novella would have been very short.

I liked how each character had their own personality. Some of the characters, we weren't with for very long at all but I still got a sense of who they were.

I liked how there were both funny, humorous scenes as well as more serious and emotional scenes.

What didn't I like about The Inn At Blue Hollow Falls?

I didn't like how this wasn't a full on novel. I would have liked to know what happened to the characters at the end of The Inn At Blue Hollow Falls. I believe the next novel follows an entirely different story so I don't expect we hear of Stevie again.

Those reasons above are why I'm giving The Inn At Blue Hollow Falls 3 Stars! If it had been a full novel, I may have given it 4 stars. It's just the short length that brought it down in my eyes.

Stand by for my next review, coming soon...

Meh. I'm probably going to be in a minority here, because I know there are a lot of suckers for a Christmas romance, but I didn't really like the book. The characters were so shallow and undeveloped, and it seemed to bounce around at times and drag at others. The setting was nicely done. I also feel that, since this is book 1.5 in the series, maybe I've missed that character development from the other book? I'm hoping so. Nevertheless, the author should take the first chapter or so to treat every book as if it's a standalone read.

The Inn at Blue Hollow Falls is book 1.5 in the Blue Hollow Falls series. Stevie is all bah hum bug this year. When her best friend invites her up to the Blue Ridge Mountains for the holidays, she accepts the escape. But since Sunny’s cabin is being worked on, she needs to stay at the local inn. When the weather turns bad, the heat turns up. I really enjoyed this story, and I recommend it!

Listen, I am all for love at first sight and happily ever after, but not at the expense of giving me some depth of character. Which was my only beef with this story. There was no depth. Everything was all insta-love and hormones. And while there are times that this is how things go, I was really hoping for something I could sink my teeth into instead of getting toothache from how sickly sweet this was.

I understand that I am probably in the minority with this one, and that's okay. It is probably my mood or something like that. Regardless of whether I adored this novella or not, it is a good story that makes you smile, and for that I'm grateful to have read it.
