Interesting, though unrealistic, story of a woman who is running for office. She befriends Joey, who is one of those men one hopes exists somewhere.

4 Stars. Great read.

This is the third book in the series and stand completely alone, so have no fear if you haven't read the first two :)

It's a fun romance with an added flair of intrigue and suspense. The characters are pretty great which makes you really invested in them and turning the pages as fast as you can!

I enjoyed this last installment of this series. This is a very well written, well-flowing story that has all of the aspects I want in a romantic suspense and more.
Joey & Olivia have some major chemistry and I genuinely like both of them. I adore Sophie and I loved Joey's interaction with her as well has how protective of both her and Olivia he was.
I look forward to more from Sidney Halston as this series was just awesome!

I received an ARC of this book from Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.

In the year where women have stepped up to run for office comes a story of a widowed mother running for Florida governor. Olivia finds herself threatened and out of the blue, and timely, comes Joey of Iron Clad Securities. Her safety becomes precedent and of course the sparks fly as danger persists. Kiss Kiss Bang is a fine romantic suspense novel to conclude Halston's Iron Clad series.

I was pleasantly surprised by Kiss Kiss Bang. I had not read the other books in the Iron Clad Security series, so I was a little worried going in that I might miss a side story. However Sidney Halston writes her books and her characters in a way that they can stand on their own or as a series. I plan on going back and reading the other books in this series since the glimpses of the other characters has me intrigued. I thoroughly enjoyed Olivia and Joey’s story. Well done Sidney Halston.

Kiss Kiss Bang by Sidney Halston, is the third book in the Iron-Clad Security series. Behind the computer, you have Joey. The hacker of the security firm. Who meets his match, with Olivia Russo. With there first meeting, it wasn’t all that pleasant. He found her having a break down in the middle of a computer store. But after one look at this bombshell, he knew she was it for him. Add in a crazed stalker out to get Olivia, Joey will stop at nothing to keep her safe.

Kiss Kiss Bang is my favorite book in the series. The suspense, and a fluffy romance all in one, made my toes curl. Especially the friendship between Joey and Olivia’s daughter…… *SWOON*

Joey and Olivia's story made me fall in love with the men and women behind ICS even more. Joey is the man pulling the strings behind the scenes more often than not. Olivia is a widowed mom in desperate need of safety and security for herself and her young daughter. When Joey assigns himself as her personal security force, will the two of them open up their hearts and seek a HEA?

I liked this book a smidge more than the 2nd book in the series. The chemistry was better.

Such a crappy home life, and she grew up to be a candidate for governor? Dayum! Good for her!

Twat cameraman.

That was hot, the way this guy just took charge.

Aw crap, she was widowed less than a month after giving birth?

Whatever happened to Connor?

Honestly, my money's on Tom being involved. worst bodyguard ever.

Seriously. What good is having a bodyguard right now?

Wow, Joey is really good with little girls.

The douche wants to hire him to find himself. Ironic.

So like a man, to get shot and then act like it was a paper cut.

I was provided a copy by NetGalley for an honest review.

The book doesn't span a large amount of time, but it feels like it does. Maybe because there's just so much to it. Suspense, romance, shady politicians and a cute five-year old girl who likes lizards.
I liked the main characters and I found the story moved along quickly enough to hold my interest and want to keep reading.
This series can be read as standalones.

A great intense love story full of suspense and politics. Olivia who is running for Governor has lucky in her life because Joey saves her computer and later her life. Someone is after Olivia and Joey who is instantly drawn to Olivia first time he meets her makes her first goal to protect Olivia whit everything he can. I liked that although Joey is not typically Alfamale character, he is more the mastermind of the ICD security the geek one but has also combat training. Olivia is also great character gone through a lot in her life and I liked that she was a tough politician who fought for people and not for the money. It is great to see how she lets Joey in her life although afraid, and haw Joey treats her and her daughter.I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for Netgelly

Kiss Kiss Bang follows the "Clad" in Iron-Clad Security, also known as Joey. He's the hacker behind the security firm and meets his match in single mom Olivia Russo. When he first ran into her she was a disheveled mess having a break down on the floor of a computer store, yet just one look at her and he knew she was someone his life needed. Then he ended up being what she needed when a crazed stalker starts to make threats against her.

This series is honestly one of my favorites from Sidney Halston, I love the suspense and intrigue of it and how these characters flourish in the chaos. Joey and Olivia had really great chemistry and those moments of stolen kisses and soft touches amongst the craziness of everything else going on was what drew me into them. I also swooned ridiculously hard over Joey with Olivia's daughter.

Overall, this was a brilliant Romantic Suspense and I felt like it had the perfect mix of mystery and sweet romance. It actually makes me want to go back and re-read the series as a whole just because seeing the past characters reminded me of how much I loved them all.

Single mom, Olivia, winds up hysterical on the floor in an electronic store where Joey first spots her on the store’s security cameras. Her computer had broken and Joey offers to fix it. There’s just something about her that draws him to her. Next thing you know, she needs additional security (hers isn’t very attentive) because someone is threatening to harm her and her daughter. Good thing that’s Joey’s job – he’s a part owner of a security firm. The more time these two spend together, the more they both realize they like each other’s company. Joey seems to know almost instantly she is the one for him. However, Olivia takes a bit longer, but the more she sees Joey interact with her young daughter, the more her walls begin to crack and she realizes that maybe she could make room in her life for someone else.
I have read all previous stories by this author to include the first two books in this series. This story did not disappoint. In fact, it is my favorite in this series. Prior books do not have to be read first, but I think you would enjoy this book more if you read them in order.

I really enjoyed Dark Promises by Winter Renshaw. Keir and Rowan were both scamming each other, and yet were still a great couple then and after. I loved seeing Keir evolve through the book from user to loving. I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

3.5 stars .
Another entertaining read from Sidney Halston and this is a nice addition to the Iron Clad Security series.
I liked that all 3 books were uniquely original and each had a different story to tell within the parameters of the series. This author is always fun and easy reading for me, I like her a lot.
Sidney writes romantic suspense in a way that remains light and funny, not overly dark or angsty.
I was happy to see Joey get his own book and the romance was sweet, I also liked Olivia and her daughter Sophie-she was precocious but in a good way.
The only complaint I have is that the ending felt a little too rushed and had the author included an epilogue I am sure I would have raised my star rating higher to 4 instead of 3.5.
This series can be read as standalones but I recommend starting with book 1 but I will admit that book 2 is my absolute favorite.
ARC received in exchange for an honest review.
