Thank you so much for the opportunity to read this book. I thought I’d be able to read this book without having read the first book in the series but it felt like I was missing out on too much.

This is the second book of the series but it was said it was possible to read it without having read the first book. I don't agree. It was really confusing at the beginning and thoughout the book, I realy didn't understand everything, I think. So I'm giving three stars because I think it would be unfair to give a good or bad rating, since my reading exerience probably would have been totally different if I would have read the first book before a Bountiful Harvest.

Genetic modification has made a group of young people powerful in ways that complicate their existence, especially when an alien species becomes interested in planet Earth. I enjoyed the book, but do feel that I should have read the first 2 before this one. I will be looking for them!

I havent read the first book and I believe that was a big mistake. I started this not knowing what was going on and thought that further on id understand, well, I didn't really. I picked up bits and pieces and I do think this definitely has potential, but reading book one first is highly recommended unless you like the feeling of trying to solve a puzzle. I just felt like there was way too much missing that I needed to know. You get thrown into this other world and have no idea whats happening. Had I read the first book, my opinion may have been different, but this as a standalone isnt reccomend. Though, I am interested in re-reading this one day along with the first book.
