Cute little book, perfect to be read to preschoolers, but one they could read on their own later. Lovely illustrations.

It is about all the things the little girl and her friend the cat does. Bright illustrations

This is a fun book with a very easy to follow storyline that makes it great for younger readers. I read the book to my daughter and she was immediately taken by the images in the book so they are definitely a winner with her - 4 stars for this one from me - very good

Love the illustrations, and the story is fun. However, it has a weird quality to it that makes it difficult to read aloud. Young kids would enjoy the story I think in spite of that.

A story of friendship between a little girl and her cat. They put on plays, do arts and crafts; I can see a cat holding up a mustache to its face, but using scissors is too much. They also like to jump into piles of leaves, usually a dog activity, amongst many other adventures.
The prose is easy for little kids, as is the artwork. Can’t help but wonder, though, why this was done with a cat when a human best friend would have worked just as well, if not better.

Cue book with vivid and colorful pictures. It is a simple story about Annabel and what her cat enjoy doing together. A fun read for very young kids who will enjoy looking at the pictures and seeing what fun they can have with a pet. I would have enjoyed reading this to my daughter and can see a kindergarten, possibly first-grade teaching reading this to students.

Cute! Little ones are going to enjoy hearing about Annabel and her cat and what they do throughout the year. Sweet, simple illustrations.

Annabel and her cat love doing everything together. They go on adventures, read, do crafts etc. A simple book that I can see being used in many story times. But for me, it’s only okay. No real flash or bang. Just simple things, and simple lessons.

Annabel is a cute girl whose cat is her best friend. This book tells about all the fun things they do together throughout the year and the seasons. They do things that most young children will be able to identify with. This is a great picture book for toddlers. The illustrations are simple and not cluttered, yet demonstrate what is happening in the text. The text is large and very easy to read. A cute book for pre-school and kindergarten classrooms.

This is a cute book for toddlers and preschool children. The images are simple, bright, and colorful. They are sure to catch a child's attention. The story is very good as the narrative voice describes all the things Cat and Annabel love to do together (including several seasonal things like Halloween, leaf raking, snowman making, etc.).

*thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review*
3 stars.
A story about how live is better spent with a friend. And what better friend than a pet cat! This is short, sweet and I can see why small children will love it. The illustrations are aimed for toddlers and are really brilliant. I know me as a toddler would enjoy this and I would read it to small children.
