I had such fun with Falling for Mr. Wright. Sarah is so single minded in her quest to make her boss fall in love with her by Christmas that she practically missed the perfect for her Ryan Wright, her office buddy. Sure, it’s true that Ryan isn’t into relationships since being dumped shortly before his wedding day – but better dumped before than after, right? Just because he’s got a major problem with a little four letter word called love doesn’t mean that the right woman couldn’t change his mind… but Sarah’s more interested in getting the details on Ryan’s best friend Logan. After all, who better to know exactly what a man wants in a woman than his best friend? It might have worked out a lot sooner if Sarah had actually looked closely enough to realize that her “friend” was actually crushing on her, and in spite of being a bit afraid of falling in love Ryan was the much better match for her. Guess it’s up to Ryan to show his lady that she’s been looking at the wrong man all along.

Sometimes I get lucky enough to find a story that has me smiling pretty much through the whole darned thing – and this time that was Falling For Mr. Wright. It’s a lighthearted, friends to lovers romance that simply gives out those feel good sensations. If I shook my head at either Sarah’s or Ryan’s antics and decisions, well it was a kind head shake not the frustrated type. I really liked them and enjoyed their story – now I wonder who is going to eventually end up as Logan’s lady. Guess I’ll have to wait for the next story in the series for any hints.

Looking for a fun romance this Christmas season, then I’d recommend Falling For Mr. Wright. Full of banter, interesting secondary characters and a really good story, it’s sure to fill up your happy meter this season.

When you've sworn to no longer be interested in love or a relationship after being dumped two weeks before you were due to marry, then the lady that could change your mind professes her love for your best friend and asks you to help her win his love - what a dilemma!

This is a lovely story, packed with humour, about both of these learning to recognise and acknowledge the attraction and love between them. All the characters are superbly portrayed and easy to empathise with, making this a real page turner that I thoroughly enjoyed escaping into. There are plenty of twists and turns to keep the reader enthralled and I can't wait to read more from this author in future!

I definitely fell in love with Mr Wright when I read this brilliant novel and I have no hesitation in highly recommending it to anyone who enjoys reading well crafted, humorous romances. It is a great story to put a smile on your face and keep you grinning from start to finish.

I requested and received a copy of this novel, via NetGalley. This is my honest review after choosing to read it.

First off I want to say how much I enjoyed this book. It is full of snarky banter and embarrassing moments. I love a good friend zone story and this book really played that out perfectly.

In this book Sarah enlists her best guy friend Ryan to help his best friend Logan to fall in love with her. Logan is not just Ryan's best friend, he is the CEO of an architect firm and Sarah's boss. There is only one problem with this plan Sarah has. Ryan wants to date her. Has wanted to for a very long time. Should Ryan make his move? Or should Ryan put his feelings aside and help her?

I really did enjoy reading this book. It was so much fun. The characters drew me into the story and I just could not put the book down. They were so energetic and had so much personality. You can't help but fall in love with them. Especially Ryan. He is amazing, kind, caring, sweet and sexy as hell. Sarah is cute, witty, smart and funny as hell. I loved the banter between Ryan and her. They really made the book a fun read.

This is he first book by Robyn Neely that I have read. It was well written and flowed well. It had the right amount of story and sex combination that I love to read. Perfect combination. Who doesn't love a good book about being stuck in the friend zone, secretly pinning for said friend. Right? She wrote that plot perfectly. She created a great believable story with exciting characters who were intriguing and interesting. I will definitely look out for more of her books.

This book is has all the makings to be the next Hallmark Christmas Movie. It is set in a Christmas office setting with a secret Santa plot. Maybe we can call it Secret Santa's Heart. Or we could send it to Cinemax and call it Dirty Secret Santa's Heart. . So break out the wine and cozy up on the couch and get ready for fun!

Love Ryan. He so has a crush on Sarah and even though his heart was stomped on once he was willing to show Sarah who he is outside the office. And even though he liked liked Sarah he was willing to help her with his best friend with a ulterior motive that I enjoyed immensely.

Ryan was strong, smart and sweet. He was the guy that you felt was always overlooked even though he was the one that cared. He was the good guy. So when Sarah asks for his help, Sarah the girl he likes, he is understandably wary. Especially when she wants help with the best friend of his. When he gives in it is with a condition. A condition he hopes will get Sarah to see him and change her mind on who she wants.

Sarah has a crush on Ryan’s best friend and their boss. So she wants Ryan’s help. he gives her the condition and she jumps on it. Only to find out who Ryan really is is more special than she imagined. She found that he was the one that worked hard to get out of situations. He was smart and not treated well in high school. You could see that those he went to school with looked down on him and still do. This is where Sarah shone. She lifted him up and showed them that he was awesome and successful. Still though she was stubborn and wanted to continue on with her plans to snag Ryan’s bestie. Even with her conflicting feelings about Ryan she was forging ahead with her plans.

The story was fun, light hearted and sweet. We see Ryan show his feelings and all the adversity he went through to get where he is. We also see him do some swoonie things. We see his friend show what kind of loyal guy he is. And we see Sarah finally come to her senses. You will fall in love with the two main characters and the fun light hearted romance along the way as you read their story.

It’s been awhile since I’ve read a Robyn Neeley book. But I can tell you that she always makes me smile and fall for her heroes. Falling for Mr. Wright was no different. This is a friends-to-lovers, office, and Christmas romance all rolled into one. To me, there’s just something special about Christmas and romance. Robyn has combined the two to make a truly special story. (Read: the grand gesture is going to have you smiling and sighing.)

From the beginning, Falling for Mr. Wright had me smiling and laughing. Sarah Leonard is the executive assistant to Logan Scott, the CEO of NPH Designs. Ryan Wright is a civil engineer at NPH, Logan’s best friend since childhood and Sarah’s office/lunch buddy.

Sarah is ready for a committed relationship. While Ryan would be the obvious choice, she knows he doesn’t do relationships. Office gossip is that Logan is ready and looking to settle down. Sarah knows that she’s the right woman for him. Even though she’s Logan’s assistant, she doesn’t know anything about him personally. She needs an in and figures his best friend can give her all the dirt.

Ryan has had a mini-crush on Sarah since the day she started. After getting royally burned, he doesn’t do relationships. In order to keep the object of his affection near, he’s placed Sarah in the friendzone, having lunch with her daily at work and supplying her with an endless supply of his sister’s desserts. But things change when Sarah marches into his office and says, “I need you to help make Logan fall in love with me.” Ryan is shocked to say the least and agrees, but he has no intention of actually helping Sarah. He plans on using the time they have together to get her to fall in love with him.

Sometimes the love you've been looking for has always been right in front of you. And this Christmas, a Secret Santa gift exchange and a couple who have been together for decades are finally going to bring Ryan and Sarah together. Falling for Mr. Wright is a wonderful holiday read.

Crippled by the fact that his ex-fiancée left him for another man years ago, Ryan Wright simply decided that this experience should define his entire dating life: anti-relationship and anti-commitment now rule his dating life, though it’s an office colleague who has the hots for his best friend finally gets under his skin. But this same woman has a never-ending crush on his best-friend and boss, and her recruitment of Ryan to get an ‘in’ with Logan twists him inside out. Torn between steadfastly holding that bachelor card and wanting Sarah Leonard, Ryan’s plotting takes on a desperate edge when things between his best friend and the woman he wants suddenly move forward in a way that he doesn’t need it to.

Despite the blurb, this isn’t quite a love triangle, which I’m utterly thankful for. And if I was initially wary of 2 men competing for a woman’s affection and another losing out along the way, well, there isn’t too much of that actually, because the third party isn’t even in the running for it.

‘Falling for Mr. Wright’ is in fact, a light-hearted, holiday-themed romance and somewhat low on the angst, if that’s the sort of easy read you’re looking for. It definitely has all the rom-com vibes along with all the seasonal feel-goods, though it could be somewhat cookie-cutter in its characters and predictability.

But there was where the problems began for me. It was fun at first to see the commitment-phobe guy being given a taste of his own medicine (the pining woman typically takes this role in many books) though it was harder to root for Ryan who seemed to be the perpetrator for the confusion and the messy emotions. His complete lack of communication, his inability to decide whether he wanted Sarah or the anti-commitment banner he’d been flying all along, and the heap of denial he had somehow fashioned him into the TSTL heroine that I usually take issue with.

Not only was he completely mute about his feelings, he’d adamantly sent out mixed signals to Sarah about not wanting commitment, so I couldn’t blame the latter at all for wanting to protect her heart when he acted like a wishy-washy, undecided fool. This was also where the story seemed to fall into a own trap of its own making: that Ryan finally admitted he’d loved Sarah at first sight in retrospect, then dated other women casually over that time while having the hots for her and not doing a thing about it simply didn’t push him up any higher in my esteem of him.

Sarah, on the other hand, seemed to switch the object of her affections so easily, just as she didn’t seem to question Ryan’s sudden own switch in wanting to give her his heart after all: did that mean the months-long crush on Logan simply disappeared or was that transferred to Ryan?

I think ‘Falling for Mr. Wright’ left me with more questions than answers that weren’t satisfactorily addressed, despite the festive cheer and the love-is-in-the-air kind of feels that the story wanted to create. So while it was a sweet and easy read, I wasn’t entirely able to believe the development of this pairing—cute as the circumstances could have been in bringing them together—not when both characters hadn’t convincingly shown that all they really wanted were each other.

I really loved this one! These characters were so much fun and the story was fresh and fun as well. The book is very well written and I consumed it in one sitting. Just didn't want to put it down!

Sarah Leonard is certain she knows exactly what she wants and that's the CEO of the company she works for. She's willing to do anything to get him to notice her as more than his personal assistant. She also knows the perfect person to help her. Her buddy and the CEO's best friend Ryan Wright. While Ryan agrees to help her he really plans on showing her who the "Wright" man for her really is.

Definitely a book I recommend to everyone.

falling for mr. wright finds sarah leonard begging her best friend ryan wright for help in getting her boss, logan to finally notice her as a potential dating partner. sarah is looking for love, and logan seems like he is ready to settle down.

this would be the perfect plan, since ryan and logan happen to be childhood friends too. but ryan is hopelessly in love with sarah, and has no idea how to tell her how he feels. the only way ryan can think to try and change sarah's mind is by spending more time with her.

he brings her with him to his high school reunion, partly to serve as a buffer between him and his ex-fiancée and partly to let her see another side of him. and it works, to a degree, but both of them are afraid to admit their real feelings as they fear rejection. on the one hand it's frustrating, because they keep willfully misinterpreting each other when they want the same thing. but it's also a highly entertaining romantic comedy, and ryan is an absolute sweetheart of a hero.

Falling for Mr. Wright was a cute, fun and sexy friends-to-lovers read!

Sarah has had a long-time crush on Logan, the CEO of the company she works at. When she asks her friend/co-worker Ryan to help her get her man (who happens to be Ryan's best friend), he reluctantly agrees. She doesn't know Ryan has feelings for her. But when the two share an unexpected kiss one evening, things start to change for Sarah. Now she can't stop thinking about Ryan. Ryan isn't looking for a relationship, but he can't stop thinking about Sarah either and after that kiss, he definitely wants more.

It's a bit of a bumpy ride for these two to their HEA, but the journey was worth it! I really enjoyed this fun, holiday read!

I enjoyed this book and finished it in one sitting! I would give it more stars, but the female character got annoying at times. She was very judgmental, jealous, and couldn't seem to ever be happy. I loved the male character! He was brave, sweet, thoughtful, and a great friend. The chemistry between them was hot and I couldn't wait for them to cross the line from friends to lovers. They were great together! Would I recommend this book to family and friends? Yes.

Sarah, Ryan and Logan. Like love triangle tips. Which vertex will be the winner? For which couple to cheer? Or best of all, how about following the unraveling of this mess? Sarah and Ryan are friends and co-workers. They always have lunch together and share the sweet that Ryan's sister send for dessert. Ryan and Logan are best friends. Since childhood. Growing up together, they studied, they go to college and now they work together. Logan is the boss. Ryan and Sarah the staff. Until one day, Sarah enters Ryan's office and asks for his help to make Logan fall in love with her. As he knows Logan very well, he can help by giving tips on how he is and what he likes. An easy task, if not for a small detail: Ryan likes Sarah. Surprised at the request and not knowing what to do, he accepts with one condition: that she be his date at the reunion of the college students he has to go. In return, he will tell everything he knows about Logan, who by the way, is going to the party too. Sarah accepts the deal as she sees an opportunity to get close to Logan this weekend. But Ryan has his own plans: he promised to help Sarah, but he hopes this time together, show her, that he may be the right guy for her.
Three people. Each one with its goals. Each one looking for something. And confusion arises. Ryan to me, right from the start is the guy for Sarah. He loves her, but closed himself to relationships. A long time ago, he was engaged, and with two weeks left for the wedding, his bride ends it all. But he discovered that she betrayed him. With another player from his soccer team. This is a couple who, by the way, will be at the party. This event had more of an impact on him than he lets it show, because of that, he never trusts anyone. Being abandoned as a child by his father, and then by his fiancee, he got the feeling that he is never enough for anyone, that everyone will one day leave him. The only people he lets himself in are his sister and Logan.
This meeting ends up changing the Sarah / Ryan relationship. She begins to wonder if maybe she was not dreaming about the wrong man. And maybe Ryan could be more than she thought. This part of the book was the turning point in the plot. The scenes of the two are very beautiful. Telling about his childhood, about how he met Logan and the prejudices that always accompanied him by being poor in an elitist inner city, made Sarah understand the man he became. I loved that she put Melanie in her place. In addition to betraying the groom, she still wants to rub in the poor man's face her apparent perfect life.
After this weekend, everyone returns to their chores. And Logan, who until then was oblivious to Sarah, invites her out. We then have Sarah and Ryan trying to deal with the fact that they feel something, and we add Logan to the equation with his new interest in her.
Logan is a smart character. Already suspected that he knew more than he showed. The execution of his plan was hilarious. The scene of the restaurant and the jokes the next day, prove that he is cunning. Sarah and Ryan pissed me off a little. She, as soon as she realizes that what she felt for Logan was a mistake, and that her heart belongs to Ryan, instead of clarifying the situation, she keeps insisting on the mistake. And Ryan, because if he had been honest with his friend, many situations would have been avoided.
This was the typical book that when you start reading, you already have a clear idea of the plot. But it is interesting to accompany this bachelor with phobia of relationships to fall in love, and to see that a woman who has always fantasized with an enchanted prince finds happiness in another. Sometimes, however much we look, we do not see.

A nice friends to lovers romance. Ryan's been friends with Sarah for a while now, they're work buddies and they're great together, what's not great is Ryan has a secret crush on Sarah, but she has been drooling over Ryan's best friend Logan who's her boss. Darn.
The kicker is, she asks him to help her win a date with Logan....sucks to be Ryan! But wait a minute, if they spend more time together, maybe she'll see Ryan differently and he can ask her out. Bonus!!! Not that easy though, as Ryan is soon to find out.

An entertaining story set at Christmas time which was a nice touch.
It was fun to see how Ryan stumbled his way through, trying not to show Sarah how deep his feelings really were and hating every minute he had to help with her date.
A great, fun read, I loved it!
