An Eye for an eye by Jocelyn Pedersen..
The Izzy O Crime Files.
Rookie detective Izzy O’Donnell is on the trail of a serial killer who’s murdering victims and leaving behind body parts wrapped in Bible verses. Izzy tracks him down with the help of her two partners—a very enigmatic Moreno and a rather grumpy Cal—her injured dad’s former partner.
Really good read. Edgy and fast paced. Loved Izzy. I hope there is more to come. 4*.

Perfect psychological thriller! It moved at a fast pace with twists and turns throughout! I couldn’t put it down! Highly recommend!

This is an edgy and fast paced read which I thoroughly enjoyed.......its about a serial killer ‘with a difference.....it kept me hooked with its gripping storyline and was a book I ‘wanted to finish’ but only because I needed to know the conclusion, great and gripping read

I rate this book 5 out of 5 fantabulous stars! I really loved this book! Izzy was a great main character! She was determined and absolutely hilarious! I couldn’t stop laughing at her and her crew at some points in the book! I loved the characterization and thought the mystery was great too. I loved the suspense and I would definitely recommend this book to all!

I love a book that keeps you on the edge until the end and this one did just that. This is my first Izzy O Crime files book but you can bet I'll be back for more. This will be an automatic read by this author, and that's the highest praise I can personally give.
With so much on her plate Izzy is trying to juggle it all and she feels overwhelmed. It's a good thing she has her best friend, Apple, and her partners along with her dad.
As a newbie detective she gets dressed down and that puts more pressure on her but she's determined to make it through this new stage of her life and take care of her dad.
The characters are fantastic, the storyline is crazy and the bunny, Norman, is wonderful.
I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
