Oh wow, what a fun time with a story.

This story was one I could not wait to get my hands on. Meredith Wild is a wordsmith. She brings out the best in her characters while creating fun stories that make for nonstop reading.

June and Kase are your typical small town kids that grew up on different sides of the road. Funny thing about growing up as kids in a same town...you don’t pick your friends based on the side of the road they live on, but more on the person themselves. These two are prime examples. As their young years went by there was always that spark but they never were able to make it into a flame. Then one evening passions flare, unspoken desires are seen and they cannot stay apart. But again, their hopes are dashed.

Time is a timid but powerful teacher and sometimes when growing up, the lessons taught can be challenging, and the learned residuals can be damaging.

June has grown within her world of the small town while Kase ventured out to discover his world. Kase never expected to be back home but sometimes circumstances dictate differently.

A contract with unexpected parameters pushes them together again, but when June finds out the parameters of that contract, she questions whether she can fulfill the stipulations. How these two work thru the snarls is a work of art.

What a great story of love lost and found and I am more than happy to give this story 5 stars.

This is a short steamy read that is a page turner. This romantic second chance at love book will have you on the edge. June and Kase were meant for each other but circumstances made him move away for a few years. They reconnect and the chemistry is still there, but secrets have a nasty way of resurfacing and they torn them apart. Can love solve everything?It is a beautiful story and I voluntarily reviewed an arc.

Loved this book and all the other ones. Must read. I was hooked from the start

The Misadventures Series has been a hit or miss with me and this one was just so-so. While I love second chance stories, I just didn't connect well with the characters. I'm all for one-sided high school relationships that didn't really make it but the chemistry exists years later when the couple is reunited. But something just seemed to be missing.here.

June and Kase were a little one-dimensional and nothing really stood out about them. In fact, I think I liked June more when she was younger vs. when she was older and reconnected with Kase. Aside from drama between their families, I struggled to really get into the plot. As with all Meredith Wild stories, the sex was hot, but I kind of felt like it was typical. The extended epilogue did add some depth and was the best part of the book.

This wasn't one of my favorites by this author, but that's okay. She's still an enjoyable author to read and one that I would recommend.

June and Kase must confront their desires for each other while navigating her dad's desire of more land. They strike a bargain, that could be mutually beneficial for all involved. Never expecting to fall in love. Along the way secrets are revealed, that threaten their future together. Lovely romance, with a feel good ending!

This story was ok for me. I felt that the characters did not have much depth to them. The storyline wasn’t anything too exciting to me.

Kase has returned home after finishing college and plans to make the family farm viable and profitable once again. Four years ago he left town suddenly after receiving devastating news but he has never forgotten June.

After June and Kace shared their first kiss she knew that he was the one for her and she was devastated when Kase left without a word and she hasn’t forgiven him. Her father approached Kase to purchase the land so that they can expand the hotel but because of the feud between the families she has concerns that he will not agree so she decides to talk to him about it.

Kace wants a second chance with June so he agrees to sell the land but only if she agrees to spend two weeks at the farmhouse with him. Will this be a way to right the wrongs of the past or will it just bring further devastation to Kace and June?

I liked how the chemistry and connection between them was stronger than ever and this is a great addition to the series. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Loving all these stories in this series!!!!

I found this book to be steamy, filled with lots of attraction, and then..... secrets and lies.
You will feel bad for June... for sure!

I loved this second chance, feud between familys story. June and Kase are caught up in the feud between their families.

June and Kase shared a kiss when they were younger, Kase left town for 4 years. Now he is back to help his dad with the farm. June works at a grand hotel that her dad owns and looks to take it over when the time comes.

This story had its heartbreaking moments when secretes come out and lives may be torn apart. There are some really hot and steamy parts too. June may be a virgin but when the time comes she isn't the shy girl any longer. I loved this book! I had the chance to get it on Google Play this week so I have downloaded it there and look forward to a re-read in the near future.

June and Kase shared a kiss many years ago and neither has forgotten. Kase is back in town and June is ready to do business with him to help build up the town. Once they meet up, those feelings resurface and have each longing for more. There are hurdles to overcome and secrets to be revealed before they can fully embrace the future together.

Meredith Wild brings emotion to this story and of course the chemistry between June and Kase is great! It's a bit different from her other books, shorter and more to the physical point. It is a quick read but I find myself wanting more of the story before the sex begins (and continues).

Kase and June family didn't get along but they had one night at a party of getting to know the other better and having a shared kiss. But Kase went off to College and June stayed in the small town to help her father. Thinking that night was so special, June waited for Kase. I really enjoyed their story!

Every book I read in the Misadventure Series is better than the next. They are all fast-paced fun reads with hot romance and a great storylines. Unlike some, I went into this book not knowing the story of Kase and June so I didn’t know what to expect but I was instantly caught up in the story between the past and the present and how family can sometimes try to get in the way of romance. This book has it all. Love, romance, sex, lies, secrets...well everything you could want.

Misadventures is about the twenty year old June who is been carrying a torch for Kase since he gave her one hell of a kiss the night of his graduation party. Four years later, he still hasn’t called but she can’t forget how he made her feel. Kase is back from college & determined to make a go of the family farm. Until he decides that he’s willing to give it up for a second chance with June.

There was so much potential in this story line. Early on, I found myself intrigued by exactly what level of kink Kase was into. For sure, it would be some pretty serious stuff, right? Unfortunately, the back story & character development I was looking for was never delivered. I believe this contributed to the sex scenes feeling oddly clinical. Fortunately, the conflict of the story was resolved without too much angst. Overall, this book was not my cup of tea.

What a good book! Meredith Wild did an outstanding job with Misadventures of a Virgin. June & Kase's families have been rivals for years. Kase was June's crush as a teenager. Kase takes off for college without a word to June. Fast-forward several years & Kase is back to help with the family business. Should June & Kase stay away from each other or pick up where things left off? This book had me hooked from the start. I love the Misadventure series.

This book, their connection.... it was a beautiful love story that gave me heart palpitations.

I've yet to read a Meredith wild book that hasn't totally delivered. This book was witty and hot and funny and sexy! Loved it !
