I really enjoyed Angela and Isaiah’s story. The role her nephew played made me appreciate both Angela as a caring, hardworking hero and Isaiah for the bond the guys formed together. Great sports series, too!

I don't know why I don't read more Synithia! I'm definitely going to correct that going forward. I grabbed this book and read it in one sitting... a great, well-written uplifting read about a single mother and a player- literally!- who surprises her by being the opposite of who she assumes he is. It also helped jumpstart my holiday mood since it's set at Christmas.
