This novel was a real treat. Well written and delivers exactly what is promised by it's categorisation as 'fantasy/scifi' and 'erotica'.
A glorious combination, the theme of environmental activists battling against an MTR mining company......combined with an array of marvellous characters from both the LGBT+ community and also supernatural fantasy.
The whole thing, with it's varied parts, flows together well...interspersed with erotic scenes between our main characters - a vampire, his redneck human husband and their hairy harem of enthralled 'boys'. No aspect is over done and there are nicely drawn moments which took me all over the emotional spectrum. I actually barked a laugh at a couple of points.....and I cried a little towards the end!
Maybe not the heaviest/most serious novel out there, but I loved it and felt quite attached to the characters (so I wouldn't mind seeing more of them in another book).

It was an okay read. The scenes were quite descriptive and overall an entertaining read.
