An amusing but ultimately unsatisfying gay romance novel set in an English country house in the 1920s. I really wanted to love this - the setting is perfect for me! - but I found the pacing off and the characterization a little flat. I would be interested to see where this author goes in the future, but this particular book isn't a strong recommendation from me.
