A nice book to dip into. It was just a little bit difficult to decide how to read it. In the end I decided it was a lucky dip book, open it on any page and read. It was instructional but didn't have much background or context to it. I enjoyed some of the instructions more than others and definitely think it will be much better as a hardback coffee table book for a bit of daily inspiration. Thank You

In her book, Kate Hanley presents a lot of good ideas on becoming a better person. Although the book is sorted into different categories, it does not matter if you read the book from beginning to end, by chapter, or open the book at a random page to find inspiration on becoming a better person and put it into practice. Because this book deals with personal development, the only thing that I was missing from this book was a little bit of Kate Hanley's own personality shining through. She does not share anything related to her own experience in life or in which personal situations she has successfully applied her own tips.
