I enjoyed Greyson & Emmelin's book. It was an emotional read. I got a copy of the book. And am voluntarily leaving my review.

Wow, this book was a whopper. There was so much pain and love that will send you on an emotional rollercoaster. It did start off a bit slow but towards the middle because it was hard trying to follow along with the dialogue but it really picked up and became enjoyable. Grayson is your typical hot alpha male and Emmalin, although submissive, was still a strong character. A very sexy read

For Marie Skye's first novel it was one that I had a hard time putting down. It is definitely one that makes you stay up past your bedtime. Lol.

The dynamic between Emmalin and Grayson was very well written and the chemistry between the two is out of this world. I had fun watching their relation grow and each of them overcome the issues that each of them have in order to be together

Emmalin and Grayson have a rocky and great romance story. Emmalin has a lot of scars from her childhood, and Grayson is just what she needs.

I'm a sucker for a millionaire romance novel because a girl can dream. I did enjoy this book. It was a good length, and the pace was fast and constant. I was intrigued by both of the main characters, and their lives weren't always as perfect as one would expect.

There is no romance book without lots of drama so naturally, this book was full of it. I loved the plot, the characters, and the setting. There was very little I did not like about this book. I loved the ending because it left an opening for the sequel. Which is in my kindle library waiting to be read.

The plot has so many twists and turns. You don't expect the majority of them, completely unpredictable. Definitely kept you on your toes.

This series took me by surprise, in the best way. Emmalin is an amazing and strong main character who I immediately felt a connection with. She is strong willed and has overcome so much. Also, Grayson is very hot in the best bad boy way. I recommend you check out this book! It's the first book in the series and you know I'm going to rage read the next one. I can't wait to see what happens next!

I was grateful to receive a free copy of Incapable in exchange for an honest review. Overall, I enjoyed this book. It was well written, and had a good storyline. Grayson wasn't my favorite character, and bordered on abusive, but it all came together at the end.

Grayson Mandrake is a rich playboy with a very dominating personality. He had a tragic event in his past that has left him cold and unemotional; and he has a hair trigger for violence. Emmalin Ross has had a very traumatic life beginning in childhood. When Grayson first sees Emmalin he is immediately attracted and she wants nothing to do with him! Being such a dominant person he attempts to take over her life and the sparks fly. They are both broken, but could each complete the other?
Great characters although Emmalin is horrid at communicating and they both are immature at times. The sub characters are also interesting and I envision future storylines there. There are several triggers to include sexual and emotional abuse of a child, so be aware. This book ends in a cliff hanger, but book two is available.. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I am giving this book a 1.5 star rating. This is the story of Emmalin and Grayson. This was the typical normal story of a rich man seeing a girl and claiming her within 30 seconds and becoming very possessive. She barely has her life together, barely has a job, and has had some trauma in her life so she has bad nightmares. He comes in and offers her a job, buys her new things, pays all of her bills, gives her a private chauffeur, and wants her move in with him. They have sex. He owns her...blah, blah, blah. I would have given this plot a 3 star if it had stayed that simple. But the characters are so messed up in this perfect world of theirs that I had to lower the rating.

As I said earlier, Emmalin does not have her life together. She also has diabetes so she cannot afford her medication. Grayson has impulsive aggression behavior. That is another name for him having anger problems and being really possessive. This book is riddled with immaturity. She is being stubborn with him. She keeps running from him when he tells her not to. He keeps chasing after her. They get mad at each other. They have sex. And repeat. They fall in love after like 3 weeks. Nothing in this book was believable. It even got to the point where the author haphazardly threw in some BSDM to get some sensationalism.

There were so many tangents that lead nowhere. And to top it off, the book ended with a cliffhanger. There was no need for that. This could have been a one and done type of book. The only thing I liked about it was the way the author made the character narratives/chapters short so it seemed like you were not reading a lot when you were. I sped through it. It was a quick read. I will read the next one, but I have such low hopes for it. I definitely will not be recommending this book.

A steamy smoking hot romance book. Well written. I loved the characters.a great introduction to this author for me.

An Excellent book with an exquisite plot line and beautiful characters.

I thought I would really enjoy this book but I could not get behind Graysons attitude. I dropped it at 34%, and I'm really sad to say it. I wanted to love it, but there was just something about the dynamic between Grayson and Emmalin that I didn't enjoy.

So there were things about this story that I enjoyed and some things that really got in my way.

The thing that didn't work? The hero. I'm all about the asshole, alpha, domineering man. But all I could think about Grayson was, he's a sexual harassment lawsuit waiting to happen...and I couldn't get that thought out of my brain. Maybe it's all the current headlines, but I cringed at his behavior so many times. It seemed rather brutal and Neanderthal, and it just didn't work for me.

That being said - I liked him too. He was so good to Emmalin. So protective and loving, and he never refused his feelings for her.

And there was something very readable about the storyline itself. It kept me going, wanting to see where this was all leading. And the cliffy...well, I'll be reading book 2 for sure.

The description caught my eye but I will tell you now. This story is so much more. The feelings and story behind everything is well described, elaborately laid out and greatly told! Can’t say how captivating this book was. I thought I would be in for a descent read with a quick story with love and mush. The story is hot, intricate and a great story is being told. Most excellent

It was a nice book to start reading when it was snowing out side.

What I liked about this book is the fact that even though Emmalin faced so much trauma in her past and while she was the submissive to Grayson's dominant alpha, she was strong and she goes for what she wants outside the relationship, in her life. Grayson was a jerk but I liked that it is almost what I expected from him in this story. This book was full of well developed characters including the secondary couple.

Really loved the way this book draws you in from the start. This is a very erotic, intense attraction between Emmalin and Grayson. He feels an instant attraction to Emmalin. She's very different from the normal women he's used before. Emmalin is just as attracted to Grayson, but is a little Leary of his domineering ways. Through the course of their relationship, they must learn to trust each other with deep secrets and trust issues. Will it come between them? Will they begin to open up and let their love blossom? You'll have to read the book to find out! Loved it!

Incapable by new author Marie Skye is one hot, sexy read. Beware this is not your average sweet romance as it deals with several heavy topics but if you like steamy alpha males this one's for you. I'm definitely adding Marie Skye to my "must read" author shelf.

Absolutely loved this novel! Grayson frustrated me MANY times(both in a positive AND negative way, haha!) and Emma is certainly not left behind either. But I really enjoyed their romance and their acceptance of each other's and their own flaws. I like that there were reasons for their actions, rather than excuses. And that they worked through those flaws and problems that arised in their relationship. Though at times their ways of dealing weren't the best- I.e; sex. However it was a more than decent read.
AND THAT CLIFF HANGER,OH MY GOD. Can't wait to dig into the next book!
