A quick and easy read that was great for a rainy day. However, I found it to be too predictable and rather cliched with the underdeveloped characters and story line.

Way back when, Dahlia was a student at Harvard with a bright career in law in front of her. Then she went to the wrong party and woke up abused and assaulted. Her memory of the event erased by trauma and drugs, dahlia slips into despair. She moves forward, but no on the path she would have followed before her attack. She takes chances, gets tough and settles for being a paralegal instead of a hotshot attorney. She makes it through the day, but the nights are terrible and she suffers from debilitating PTSD. Then comes the day when she sees a video of her attack online. Now she knows who was responsible and she’s going to make them pay. Hold on to your hat, Block packs more shocking surprises into her novels than your heart may be able to take!! Highly recommended
