I did not read 'The Crushed Ice Clique'. The language was too vulgar and explicit. However, I did enjoy 'Nine Lives'.

Noire and Kiki Swinson are two of my favorite african american authors. I was very excited to receive this book. It was an ok read. The stories were just a bit far-fetched to me. I will continue to support these authors, but this book just did not do it for me. Thanks to NetGalley,the author and the publisher for the ARC of this book in return for my honest review.
