I am afraid that I have a problem with a program that suggests eating "low-fat" foods. All "low-fat" foods do are add sugars and additives in place of the "natural" fats. I am sorry, but in my opinion... "natural" is always better. Just use a bit of common sense and don't eat the whole tub of "whole fat" yogurt at one time.

Thank you Radius Book Group amd Netgalley for an ARC in return for my honest review.
This book outlined how to lose weight using a cheat day to keep the dieter motivated to keep eating healthily for the majority of the time.
It was useful to read the rules outlined.
I understand how this way of eating would entice some readers however I personally feel torn between having a cheat day and embracing a more moderate eating lifestyle. I question the benefits of a mindset that equates a certain way of eating with deprivation vs cheating.

After my initial lifestyle change to encompass healthy/clean eating and strength-training, I've come to realize that, for me, moderation is the key. I had strictly followed 'diet' rules which worked really well, but after years, you kinda get tired. I had a weekly cheat day, and it was nice to read Cheat Day Rules. The most impactful for me was when 'to realize I'm bored' which can happen often :) I think this serves as a great beginner's guide as well as a great reminder for those who have a healthy lifestyle.
