A very moving story of a boy with learning difficulties, and how he makes a success of his life truck driving and being responsible for running his rig, and the problems associated with it. A very good read.

This book sounded like it was going to be a good book. Although when I started it, I just wasn't able to get into it. I didn't hold my interest.

This book was very tough to get into .being a truck driver myself I found several things which never made sense. Unable to continue til the end.

The author does a good job of describing his life on the road.. but, it's obvious that he did not drive for a long time. And, it was probably some time during the eighties. Much has probably changed. It was more a book about being a loner in school. I read it fully.. just very disappointed in the abruptness of the ending. Far too quick.
