Renee Rose arouses with her Zandian Masters series. Truly, these books are knock out sexy and steamy and definitely not for those easily offended.

This is the second book in this series that I have read.

At first I did not realize that they were connected. But I really enjoyed this book, and it had everything that a good books needs. It made me laugh and it made me want to cry at times but in the end it was awesome and I recommend it.

I loved this book. I can't wait to read more books from Renee Rose.

I enjoyed this book. I actually liked it more than some of the previous books in this series.

This is the story of Taramina "Mina", Seke's other daughter. Erick, the financial advisor to the Prince runs across Mina in a brothel....apparently she has been working as a sex slave. She has distanced herself from the act of sex to protect herself. In a way, she was never "awakened" sexually until she meet as Erick. After which she experiences all the guilt and shame from all those years. As much as it is a story of Mina and Erick, it is also a story of Mina finding herself. I've read all the Zandian books and this is probably my least favorite. There was hardly any connection between Erick and Mina and the resolution at the end seemed rushed. I still enjoy the series and will continue to read the upcoming books. I just finished the novella featuring Eslyn in Their Zandian Mate. She was the abused mate to 3 Zandian males living on the planet.

.It was okay. I liked that it had a strong female lead. It was well written and the story was okay. It just didn't grab me though.

This is a scifi erotic book and as that it is great. There is a point of questionable consent but other than that at the beginning it is very sexy erotic when it comes to the sex and Master/Pet dynamics. What made it really good was that there was a great romance and struggle to accept her new life and figure out where she, Mina, fits in. It doesn't seem to fit with her relationship with Erick yet they are drawn to one another. She wants to leave her past behind but the relationship with Erick doesn't let her. Erick helps her find a place outside of the bedroom and struggles to let her have her freedom at the same time as trying to do his job. Mina finds a way to help him do his job but will it push them even further apart? A great story going with a sexy, hot scifi erotica.

This is book seven in the series and while it can be easily read as a standalone they really are best read in order.This is Erick and Taramina's story when Zandia was invaded she has whisked away but her ship crashed and she was sold as a pet when her master passed away she was then sold to a brothel which is where she meets Erick from the minute he see's her he considers her his.But what he does not know is that no matter what she intends to escape.This was a great addition to the series and I really enjoyed it

I honestly don't think this was a bad book. I love Sci-Fi Romance, this was well written but I did not finish it. I was not aware of the type of "love" in it. I won't it was a bad book, it just wasn't for me. I would recommend it to someone who liked this type of book.

As in the last installment of this series, the female lead is not a human slave that her dom eventually falls in love with, but one of the last surviving Zandian females. In fact, she’s the sister of the main female character of the previous book. This one is accidentally found in a sex den that caters to aliens. She doesn’t mind, as she’s been in what she considers worst situations before.
This chapter of the long-running series was, in a word, typical. It should not have been, given where it started, but it has definitely settled into a formula, which is too bad. It always consists of the two protagonists making dumb decisions. The sex is great, the bondage well done for those into that, but I wish the psychological aspects were done better. One thing that kinda bugs me is that the guy in these romances is always the first one who spots her!

It has strong characters and a rather strong plot. I didn't really have any issues with it. Despite starting the series with this book, I wasn't completely lost and I'll definitely be reading the other books in the series.

I freely admit that I have hopped into this series with book 7, so I do have a couple of questions that I am sure will get answered when I go back and start at the beginning. That being said, this was a most enjoyable read. Erick is one of those heroes who doesn't know everything, isn't the best at everything and admits that he has stuff still to learn. One of which is how to deal with Mina. She is a character of contradictions - proud of surviving what she has, but hesitant to admit her past. But when push comes to shove, she steps up, does the right thing and takes the flack for her mistakes. Looking forward to catching up on this series.

Steamy story in the Zandian line by Renee Rose. Mina is basically a sex slave, she doesn't enjoy it, but she knows her life could be much worse. She believes she is the only Zandian female alive, and maybe the only Zandian, until Erick walked into the club Prium's where she was working.
Erick instantly recognizes Mina as a fellow Zandian and plans to save her. What follows is a hot, super steamy story about a dominant male Zandian and his new pet.
Readers who enjoy steamy, hot alien romances will love this one.

Love this series and the progression of the storyline from the original book. Although each book focuses on a new couple they are all working toward a unified goal. The men are always dominant, and some of them you'll like more than others, but you'll love Erick. Tara is a handful, so she keeps Erick on his toes which means he spends some time having to punish Master Zeke's daughter. Each story great but I suggest reading them in order.

read this book without reading the preceding books in the series, and it was enjoyable as a standalone story, but certainly inspired me to go back and read those predecessors.
This book brings up an important issue within both the feminist community and among survivors of sexual assault, and while it doesn't go too in depth in these issues, it comes to the ultimate conclusion: a person must do what's best for them and what they wish. Personal choice is what matters.
Our main character is someone who is a survivor of sexual assault, and though her ability to detach herself from the situation would initially have her not see herself in that position, it's once she discovers someone she truly has a connection with that makes that connection. She goes through her own internal struggles of coming to terms what she has been through, and reconciling her physical desire to have what we would call a BDSM sexual life with someone she loves with what she had gone through. She describes her partner as being "worthy" of dominating her. He is worthy because he doesn't dominate her in the entity of her life - he actively encourages her to explore her own independence, life goals, and develop herself as a person. He'll go against the cultural mores of his people in order to support her. He desires to know her as a person, for them to have a genuine partnership outside of sex, and though his efforts are often flawed, he ultimately succeeds. His domination of her in their sexual life is one they both know is purely consensual - and that's part of what makes him worthy. What he does is what she desires. She desires the appearance of him being in control, when in fact, they are equal partners, both in control and wanting to please each other and themselves. Taramina encompasses an individual with agency, strength, talent, and independence, while also being someone with sexual desires, without compromising one part of her identity for another.

Renee Rose has very quickly become my favourite romance author. She was the first author I read in this genre and I still love every one of her books that I pick up. I have read another one of her "Zandian Masters" books and boy did I love it. So when I saw Zandian Pet I just had to request it. And Renee Rose did not disappoint.

This book is exciting in all the best ways. Daring escapes, a dangerous mission and of course a handsome powerful Zandian male. Like most of Rose's books Zandian Pet is short, easy to read and never has a dull moment.

Mina being one of three breedable Zandian women makes her a precious commodity. She was an interesting character, sassy and independent. She surprised me every now and then, taking command and showing just how far she is willing to go to protect those around her. She was exotic and her past as a sex slave just made the book that much more exciting.

On the surface Erick is strong and handsome, but under it he has a protective, caring nature. He was the perfect mix of erotic and endearing. Rose once again created another great, tantalizing, dominating, sexy Zandian male.

For anyone who has not yet picked up on it, this book does includes elements of BDSM. So be warned. But for those who are intrigued, I definitely recommend reading this book, and for good measure read all of Renee Rose's other books too.

While this is not for me it is well written. I skimmed most if it but ironically I loved the ending. I did like that she fought for herself. I think that there are many who would enjoy this book.

a really good sci-fi romance. Solid plot and unique storyline

I hadn't read this author, much less the prior books in this series, previously. But I was in the mood for a sexy read & "space smut" would be even better so picked up this one as it seemed like an interesting & spicy read. I wasn't disappointed. I didn't feel lost not having read any prior books, the characters were interesting and had some depth, the smexy time was indeed smexy and played well as part of a whole story that held my interest from start to finish. Tara/Mina's struggle to find herself in her had won freedom for slavery and Erick's internal struggle to help her do just that and find her happiness was well written and paced. All in all, this story hit the spot just right.

“Zandian Masters Series” is erotic science fiction romance at its finest. Renee Rose has developed a truly winning combination of incredible world building, well-developed characterizations, and enough heat to incinerate e-readers across the galaxy. The rich descriptive text, original plots (with an overarching theme) and creative lead characters literally bring the various narratives to life. Although erotically intense, the story also offers plenty of action, suspense, angst and endearing romance. With an alluring plot, the story unfolds seamlessly capturing the reader’s attention from the first page to the very last. When Erich finds a brothel illegally keeping a Zandian captive as a sex pet, he knows he must do everything he can to free her. But once he actually sees her he not only wants to free her but also claim her for his own. While Taramina finds herself attracted to Erich, she is also conflicted about her own past and questions her desire to be mastered. Filled with plenty of steamy scenes, this latest entry also introduces new characters for future books in the series
