This book has danger, mystery but most of all humor. Kari is working for the FBI as a decoder and she is exceptional at it so she is asked to go undercover with A.L.F.A, a group of military shifters. She just had to pretend to be a girlfriend to get the prince so they can find the missing shifter Bryon Day who is undercover. Well for all her brains Kari is missing her gracefulness and the problems she gets into are crazy and dangerous but the little instances along the way in the search are priceless but she is a lovable character that you will want to see more of if she makes it out alive
When Josh the director of A.F.L.A. meets Sergent Major Candice he realizes he found his mate but Candice thinks he is crazy. She is the person who wants to shut his group down because to her they make to many mistakes to get the job done. Josh is determined to prove her wrong and convince her to be his mate but trouble finds them before he has a chance. Josh has to decide does he risk exposing himself and his team as shifters to save the president and possibly risk losing Candice. Candice is one tough cookie and might not have a problem with shifters but she is gonna fight to be called someone’s mate. Story has dangerous situations and some funny moments that make this an enjoyable read.
Great two book set

This was a quick and fun read. The characters were fun and developed well for the short space that we met them. I think both stories could have been even more if they were their own stories. However, for a fast paranormal romance this is a good one.

I liked the book, but I would consider it paranormal romance light. It's a fun, quirky read without a lot of depth. It is well written, so if you are looking for a light easy read you might like this book.

I found the description of this book a little misleading. I was expecting something along the lines of Jason Bourne and ended up with the Librarian. Nothing wrong with either movie but two totally different feels. The mystery/action was a little light and quirky, it was a bit heaver on romance but not a lot of emotional depth. It is well written so if you are looking for a light easy read you will probably like it. Just not my cup of tea.

Read both books separately, and they were both wonderful reads.

For those who like their romance like 50 Shades this book is for you. Especially if you like werewolves.
