Elanthiele is teenager and is at it again. She has been trained by a magical book and blessed with magical powers by "heavenly" beings. She is driven by a desire to rid the world of demons and support her friends in spite of the odds. The author has created a great world full of demons, old technology and questions. Once of the biggest questions is, in the next installment with this world be rebuilt?
The characters are well constructed, the mythology is a fun blend of old and new.
This book is a 4 star rating for me. Not because it was a bad book but because I found it hard for me at times. I think I could not get set into this world because I had short strides of reading this book because it was between work and home. But I really enjoyed what I got out of this book.

Holy Atlantean Angels and Demons Batman! This book is a face paced, action pack journey that left me reeling! I had not read the first book in this series or anything the written by this author, but I am going to remedy that like RIGHT NOW! I know it is hard to base where the story is going from where it came from since I did not read the first one before the ARC, so I just kept an open mind and enjoyed the ride!
I did not like the POV switches which is the reason for the 4 Stars. The characters were delightful though and I totally rooted for Elan the entire time! I absolutely LOVE mass death and destruction and the battle scenes were worthy of praise!!!!!
If you like demon battles, haughty heroines, and action-packed story arcs paced with brilliant undercurrents of witty dialog, then this book is for you! BUY IT NOW!
