This was a good book. i really enjoyed the magical aspect of it and it kept my attention throughout the whole book. I am looking forward to the third book and any other books by Jacob Sager Weinstein.

I'm 28 years old and I really enjoyed this book alot. I was in a reading slump when I saw i was accepted to read an arc of Hyacinth and the Stone Thief. It was a really magical and enjoyable book. You don't have to be young to read a really great middlegrade book and this one is. I will be buying the paperback when I can find it

London is a city full of magic and ancient mysteries that balance each other through a series of rivers. Yet, when Minnie Tickle disrupts the balance and steals London’s ancient stones, it is up to Hyacinth Hayward to save the magic and return the balance before it’s too late!

I found Jacob Sager Weinstein’s writing style comparable to Diane Wynne Jones since it holds the perfect amount of humor, history, wit, and adventure that YA and MG readers are sure to enjoy.

I enjoyed the first book and enjoyed this book even more. The story develops the characters even more and the adventure is exciting. When I was done with the book, I kept turning the pages seeing if I'd missed some pages because I wanted more. I guess I'll have to wait for book 3!

I received the ebook from NetGalley for my honest review.
