I am seriously loving this series. I enjoyed Savannah and Stone as main characters and felt like they had a lot of chemistry. The story flowed easily and was engaging. I enjoyed the banter between Savannah and Stone throughout the story and really liked the ending. I did find the story a little slow in the beginning, which is the only reason I have the book 4 stars instead of 5. A very enjoyable read!!! Nicole Edwards is a fairly new author to me but I really enjoy her stories.

I loved Savannah and Stone. It was such a great story. Sexy with some sweet thrown in. This series is really good so far!

Bad Business, is a book that has almost no drama. Except for the kind that reporters like to make up. Was a nice change.

While out at a bar with her friend, Savannah meets her father’s new quarterback, Jason Stone. While she knows who he is, Jason has no idea who she is. After their memorable one night stand, Savannah hopes he won’t realize who she is if they ever meet again. Of course, they do when Savannah’s father insists she help Jason with his PR until the end of the season. Her father really wants Savannah to find out what Jason is going to do after this season, but Savannah doesn’t want to use their relationship to trick Jason. This is a great sports romance with a HEA you will love!

I feel I could have really liked this book, but there was just a few issues that kept that from happening.

First, the things I enjoyed:
- Stone's relationship with his family. He is close to his brother and mom and the scenes with them are really sweet.
- The interview excerpts at some of the beginning of chapters. They were really well written and I could totally see them being an actual interview with a pro player. I also liked how they seemed to tie into that chapter, even indirectly.
-There was no unnecessary angst. For the most part they had a very mature relationship even if it wasn't always clearly defined.

Thinks I didn't like:
-Stone's and Savannah's conversations. They tried to hard to be constantly witty and I don't think it was always successful.
- I felt the whole point of their relationship was just to make small talk until they could have sex again. I never got the impression that there was more in it than that. I didn't feel their connection.
-And (for me) the biggest issue was the incorrect football references. This is more of a personal pet peeve, but it makes me pause in a story when I see it. For example, Dallas plays Green Bay and the Giants twice. This isn't possible as they are in different divisions and you only play people in your division twice in regular season (assuming this fictional Dallas team is the same as the Cowboys, they'd only play NY twice and GB once). Then, Stone discusses how a win over the Bronco's is important b/c whoever wins gets first place. The Broncos are AFC so their record has no effect on the Wranglers (as it's stated they are NFC). Each conference has separate standings for who makes it to the playoffs. And when the Wranglers win the last game of the regular season, Stone dons a NFC champions hat. You aren't NFC champs until you win the playoff game before the Super Bowl. All they would have been was division champs and they don't hand out hats for that.

For some (or maybe most) this last point wouldn't matter or maybe they wouldn't even notice, but for me it shows a lack of research and fact checking and even though this is a fictional romance story, I still like all of my reads to be as accurate as possible when pulling from real life.

I sadly skimmed through half of the book because it became repetitive and boring

Jason Stone is a big ole' flirt, “oh, my body is my temple, so feel free to worship as you see fit,” he says, grinning." Stone could be a very honest man, “trust me, I wanted it. I’ve wanted it since the first night when I woke up to find you gone. ***, I’m ready to go again in case you haven’t noticed.” I really enjoyed this book, I loved Savannah and Stone as a couple.

Bad Business is one scorching panty melting read that left me fanning myself multiple times. I loved this one. There was just enough mix of sports romance and scorching hotness rolled up into this read. Fast paced that kept you turning the pages and getting sucked in further to the world of Savannah and Jason. Just wow the intensity of the chemistry between Jason and Savannah. I really thought my Kindle was going to catch fire with how hot those two burned up the pages. Nicole Edwards did a fantastic job with this one and I'm looking forward to more

Loved both of these main characters- Savannah and Stone.

One of my favorite things about Stone is that he says he is not cocky but driven! Having led 3 NFL teams to Suprt Bowls he can be as cocky as he wants- his sexiness backs it up as well. Coming to a new team and on a win streak the owner doesn't want to lose Slone to a one and done season. Bringing in his sexy PR daughter to try to sway Stone to remain with the team seems like a great idea. However, Savannah and Stone have a brief heated history and one they cannot seem to extinguish.

This story draws you into the drama of Savannah seemingly deceiving Stone as she is sent to sway his thinking and the two of course can't keep their hands of one another. What's going to happen when he knows the real reason Savannah has been keeping him so close.

Loved these two together. Quick read and wish I had read book 1.

Wickedly hot! Stone has it all or he thinks he does until he meets Savannah. She makes him question everything twice about is important. A quarterback that is trying to take his new team to the Super Bowl. Cockiness...he has that in spades. He finally begins to wonder why he is so enamoured with Savannah. She is so easy to talk to and finally wants him for,the man behind the hottest quarterback in the NFL. Savannah will finally toss her rule book out the window when she meets Stone knowing she can’t fight the attraction any longer. Absolutely loved it!
