Inspirational book on how to learn to be -as the title says!- the person taking control of your own body mind and soul and ideas on how to do exactly that!
Worth a read!

This was an inspirational book. I found it to be helpful in learning concepts of yoga. It was a good read.

I like yoga but haven’t had as much physical improvement as I thought I would from it. So this book seemed like a good look into changing that. I enjoyed learning more about Taoist principles and how to apply techniques to my practice. Also really liked hearing her journey and dealing with MS. Very inspiring.

This is a very inspiring and sensible guide to taking back your life and developing healthy habits through Yoga and Eastern Medicine practices. I found the author sharing her own journey through Eastern medicine techniques that are very helpful and heartfelt. Following her ideas will help you feel vibrant and more alive. i found the techniques gave me more energy and focus.
This is a definite addition to my self help library as I incorporate many of the simple practices the author recommends. This is a self help book to use as a reference guide and refer to in your daily life to improve upon your spiritual, mental and physical health. I highly recommend this book.
Thank you for the advance copy with gratitude which does not affect my personal review .

Thought provoking tips on how to lead a healthier, happier life.

Thank you to NetGalley and Lara Alexiou for allowing me to read and review Become the Architect of Your Body, Mind, and Soul. I thought that it was a good book.

Although I agree with the points made in this book I just did not have any chemistry with it.
