Loved Darren and Andreas finally tying the knot. Their families are fun, separately and together. Most of all, if there's one thing this couple has earned, it's their happy ending. The break in the overall tension of the series was really worth while.

I have to go with Heather’s review here. Short and give very little away.

I’ve loved these men since the first book, through all their many trials and tribulations, and so few actual peaceful times. And although this book is about their Happily Ever After, it certainly isn’t without its own trials. But these men keep smiling and laughing through it, even as it is killing them a little.

The authors have given these guys exactly what they needed, some much needed comic relief when they need it most.

A couple fun quotes from the book (and I just can’t give you the best one, because you just HAVE to read it!):

“…he’d saved the wedding planner as “Satan” in his contacts.”

“You can pick my mom out of a crowd at twenty paces?”

“When she’s the only woman in the crowd who’s both old enough to be your mom–“

“Hey!”

I just love that these men can sit back and laugh and love each other, and know that they are each other’s ports in the storm, no matter if it’s the storm of Andreas’ kids being kidnapped, or Darren nearly dying, or deal with the wedding planner from hell.

Isn’t that what love is really about?

It was so good to spend some time with Andreas and Darren without them or someone they love being in grave danger, and with them both relatively injury free. They might be free of life-ending danger but there is still plenty of stress because they are planning their wedding. I enjoyed the wedding prep dramas because I remember what it was like, so I could relate to what the guys were going through.

This is such a romantic little novella. The type of romantic that had me crying happy tears. I assume this novella is our “and they lived happily ever after” but if the authors choose to write more adventures for Andreas and Darren, I’ll happily read them.

So, this is not what I was expecting from my two favourite badass cops. Where the first three books gave us complicated investigations, corrupt cops, and terrifying shootouts, this little novella gives us wedding planning.

I love this series and it has become an auto request for me – so I’ll admit that I only glanced at the title before requesting it. In hindsight, I probably should have skipped it. I’m not really a hearts and flowers romance reader and this gets pretty sappy. High on domestic bliss, even Andreas loses his attitude and starts planning colours and guest lists.

There isn’t even a police investigation for distraction here. And very little heat. Darren and Andreas get so busy with wedding planning that they can’t find time for sex.

Readers who wanted more romance from these two will be happy. There are some funny scenes and some charming moments. Andreas’ mother is a delightful villain and his ex-wife has some brilliant lines.

Personally, I love the grit, the action, and the snark in these books and a story exclusively about wedding preparations really didn’t do it for me.

I admit it, I'm never really happy when a series comes to an end. However, if it does have to end (which most of my beloved series eventually do) Romantic Behavior is a perfect example of how it should be done (in my opinion anyway ;) )

Andreas and Darren have been through so much, it's about time they get their HEA. Nothing comes easy for them though, not even something as deceptively simple as planning a wedding. There are in-laws, outlaws and everyone in between. I was beginning to wonder if they could actually pull it off.

These two were determined though and with the love and support of everyone that mattered, they finally reached their well deserved HEA. I'm still sad to say good-bye to one of my favorite romantic suspense M/M couples, but I have no doubt that this dynamic writing duo will be bringing us more amazing couples (either together or on their own) to fall in love with in the future. ;)

I received Romantic Behavior in exchange for a fair and honest review.

I waffled back and forth on this one but the vows and the fact that Andreas and Darren finally get their well deserved HEA are what tipped the scales from two to three hearts. But! I'm not big on wedding planning unless it's a comedy of errors and this was not that.

The wedding planning is stressful. It wore them down and it wore me down. Add to that Andreas's cuntisicle of a mother who never has a nice thing to say about anyone ever and I skimmed sections.

Honestly, I was expecting it to be fluffier than what it was. It is romantic but I wouldn't categorize it as fluffy. Then again, my fluff-o-meter is probably out of whack. Thanks Dreamspun Cracky Fluff line!

The other disappointment was the lack of sex which is consistent with the tone of the series, but I was craving some smutty times between them. They talk about how they're "fucking like bunnies" every chance they get but there's only one sex scene on page. It was nice with some edging and begging, so I ain't mad at it, but still.

Nevertheless, I would still recommend this series to those who enjoy a quiet romance between two men who are well-developed and have to navigate their relationship through quagmire after quagmire within their department. And if you like police procedurals this is a must read series.

This was a really lovely story. It felt like the ending to the series (although I don't know that for sure). The previous three books have been action packed and have revolved around the crimes they're trying to solve. This one was all about Andreas and Darren and their upcoming wedding. No shoot outs, no drama, no sadness. Just these two being in love and being happy. It was filled with "Awww" moments and I really enjoyed it.

This book should not be read as a standalone. You would need to read the previous books in the series first. Great ending to these two guy's story.

Compared to everything both men have been through, this should be a walk in the park, right? I mean, how hard can it be? After dealing with corrupt cops, serial killers, severe injuries, deep hits on a personal level and kidnappings, getting married should be done with no sweat, while 'should' being the operative word here.

After much thought about all the danger, tragedy, near death moments, and good times too, Andreas Ruffner, has decided to take a big step with Darren Corliss, and makes a clumsy but sweet proposal to Darren.

The minute Darren’s mother, Jessica, finds out, Andreas and Darren find themselves with a wedding planner making arrangements, with all the bells and whistles. But the stress and strain hasn’t even reached its peak, and they still can’t find time to have a moment to themselves. Just when they think they can juggle all the balls, here comes Andreas’s parents, Louise and Joe Ruffner.

Joe is not a bad guy; he’s friendly enough, but spineless. Louise is straight from the depths of hell. She’s snobby, rude, inconsiderate and just plain nasty. Everyone has been walking on egg shells around this woman. Then, at a small family gathering hosted by Darren’s parents, the shit hits the fan and Darren explodes. And Darren and Andreas come to the realization that they can’t please everyone. They come up with a plan that’s just right for them, and some special family members too.

I couldn’t see Romantic Behavior ending in a big, extravagant wedding affair, because that really isn’t Andreas and Darren’s style. Because Andreas doesn’t consider himself romantic, he struggles with his wedding vows. He also gives some serious thought to what makes Darren special. This is definitely a great HEA, with drama, fun and some well-meaning family moments.

I’m so glad that L.A. Witt and Cari Z. brought a lot of excitement and danger to the story, as well as the ups and downs of family and love. I highly recommend the Bad Behavior series. It is excellent and I’m sad to see it end.

What a great ending to the non-stop action, violence, pain, hurt, and agony that is the life of Detective Darren Corliss, and his partner on the force, and now forever in life, Detective Andreas Ruffner. I am not sure what I was expecting, as the earlier books were very fast paced, full of action, police work, getting hurt, struggling to deal with family drama (on both sides), and learning to be a committed couple, but it was nice break to see that the only action and pain was coming from family and not bullets and bad guys.

In this short novella that finishes out the series, we follow the engagement, wedding planning, a bit more family drama, and the perfect wedding for our protagonists. It was kind of fluffy, but it wasn’t over the top. It was romantic, and I had no idea Andreas had it in him, but it was awesome. The entire book was read in one sitting, and I was sad once it was over. Great series, great ending, and I highly recommend it.

Detective Andreas Ruffner knows he wants to spend the rest of his life with his partner, in every sense of the word, Darren Corliss. He’s not a romantic but wants to show him how much he means to him. They know that their family want a big occasion so they knuckle down to produce it even though they would much rather just elope. I so loved this episode in the lives of Ruffner & Corliss. They have had such a hard time in the previous books they deserve a bit of romance.

Not the strongest or best in the series. For how serious the series has been, I'd have preferred to skip this wedding book, tbh

This isn't badly written and it sort of stays true to the previous tales in the series, but I had already suspected that there might be an element of soppiness incongruent with the leads, and I was right.

Nice to tie up the guys' HEA, but not necessary and I didn't really believe in the wedding planning, the MIL-to-be from hell and all the little things that were meant to be funny, but just didn't gel.

Humorous, satisfying, and sweet!

Romantic Behavior is a light, easy read that takes us back into the world of Darren and Andreas where this time they’re not on a hunt for a serial killer or in a race to save lives, but instead they’re in a battle to say “I do.”

The writing is smooth and solid. The characters are determined, exhausted, and committed. And the plot, although a little less sexy than I would have liked, is filed with all the excitement and stresses of planning a wedding, including mother-in-laws, wedding planners, guest lists, flowers, romance, and heartfelt vows.

Romantic Behavior is the fourth and final novel in the Bad Behavior series that has a lovely, happy-ever-after ending that sees these two partners in crime finally becoming partners for life.

5 Stars!

I read three of the four books in this series back to back and let me tell you, it did make the experience better for me. I actually couldn't bring myself to start another book before this one, because I needed to know how Darren and Andreas's story was going to end, even if at the same time, I didn't want it to.

It was great to see Andreas and Darren dealing with more mundane things, rather than working on cases. Yes, I've loved the previous cases, but really it was a nice chance of pace to see them planning a wedding and learning more about them, especially Andreas, in the process. Meeting Andreas's parents explained so many things and made me feel so bad for him, I was appalled at Andreas's mother behavior and wanted to slap her silly.

After everything is said and done, this was the perfect ending to what has become one of my favorite series ever and I can't recommend it enough.

Perfect. PERFECT. Just perfect!!!

This is the perfect epilogue to the series. Let's see what I can say without spoiling anything from the previous books.

The vows made me cry. *of course*

Because even if sometimes I doubt if I'm a true romance reader, when I come across a series like this one, with and ending like this one, I KNOW. I know I love romance. It makes my heart hurt and my lungs constrict because it's beautiful. It's one of the most beautiful things in life.

If you have a romantic heart, this book will fill every nook and cranny of it.

"He was it for me, every grumpy, stubborn, perfect inch of him." ~Darren

"“If there’s anything in this world I aspire to be, it’s to be half the partner that you are.” ~Andreas

The story could have happily ended at chapter 8. But we are gifted with two additional chapters of HEA.

I recommend this series to every one of my M/M Romance reading friends!

I adore this writing team and hope they'll think about writing another series for their adoring fans. *like me*

This book really can't be read as a stand alone IMO but it's a great series so start at the beginning if you haven't already.

The first three books the action was non-stop and Andreas and Darren faced one crisis after another. In this book we finally get to a point where the two guys can just be together and plan their wedding. The pace is slower in this book and there is no big case running through it but it's a wonderful HEA and although there is not a lot of sex in this book there is one very hot scene between the two of them. Of course, not everything can be simple and there are some family issues along the way as well as some wedding stress but as with everything else Andreas and Darren face it all together. This has been a really great series and I really enjoyed reading about Andreas and Darren (I'm just a bit sad for it to end).

This final installment in a fantastic series is sweet and romantic through and through. From the time Andreas gets the chutzpah to ask Darren to marry him—proving that he does have a romantic bone in his body!—to the point where the two lovers decide to take matters into their own hands, wrestling control of the wedding day away from Darren’s mom, it’s all wonderful.

That being said, I wouldn’t have minded a quick shoot-’em-up to disrupt the plans, but the authors decided to give us this gift as a sweet dessert with a cherry on top—little Emily as a flower girl.

Once Andreas stumbles through the proposal and Darren informs his mom of the upcoming wedding, everything steamrolls, sometimes so quickly the guys have trouble keeping up. And these two homebodies, who’d much rather just snuggle up together on a sofa when they get rare downtime, are forced into social activity—everything from a meet-the-parents (Andreas’s mother and father) to an engagement party with a “family” breakfast thrown in-between. And after just one meeting with Andreas’s socially conscious, totally obnoxious mother, Darren is ready to run for the hills. And Andreas is happy to head there with him! Needless to say, neither man is interested in more parties—rehearsal dinner, reception—oh, no way!

What happens, and how they work it all out and manage to stay together is the fun of this story so I’m not listing more details here. Suffice it to say, if you’ve read the rest of the series, this should not be missed. And if you haven’t? By all means, start now. These stories are outstanding.
