Until now Ball Peen Hammer was my favorite Lauren Rowe book, but I think Misadventures of a College Girl might be my new favorite by her. Perfectly written in Lauren Rowe's signature way, it is a MUST-read for fans of rom-com new adult books. Misadventures of a College Girl will make you laugh out loud, have you googling Winnie the Pooh, listening to Dave Matthews Band and "Defying Gravity" from Wicked, turning up the AC because the chemistry between Zooey and Tyler was explosive, and having the best time.

I LOVE ZOOEY AND TYLER SO, SO MUCH!! Zooey is your bright-eyed freshman theater major looking to lose her V card and Tyler is your junior big man on campus football star. They met at a party and Zooey knew that Tyler is the perfect guy to do the deed. His reputation for giving his sexual partner orgasms precedes him, he's sexy AF, and, most importantly to Zooey, he's not looking for a relationship. And with that Tyler and Zooey comes together and we get the funniest, steamiest, dirtiest, most swoon-y new adult romance I've read so far this year.

Zooey is the best! She's sassy and one of those "cup is half" full kind of happy people that I just love reading about because they make me smile. I love how she embraces her sexual nature and takes to Tyler's "miseducation" (haha) like a sponge.

Tyler is just plain swoon. At first glance he seems like a douche, and then you get to know him and like DAMN! I want my own Tyler Caldwell! He's just fuckin' perfect. The last 20% just freaking killed me because Tyler was the absolute BEST book boyfriend ever.

Zooey and Tyler together was pure, dirty fun. They both cracked me up with their banter and their running jokes, but when they're not rocking each other's world they have this beautiful friendship too. I love that we got to see them not only in college, but also out of college and the epilogue was just the cherry on top. I absolutely love everything in this book. I wish it was longer because I wasn't ready to leave my babies.

Lauren Rowe hit it out the park with Misadventures of a College Girl. There are a bunch of "Misadventures" books written by other authors and if you're looking to pick one up but not sure which one to start with I HIGHLY recommend Misadventures of a College Girl. It is Lauren Rowe at her best and you will get to meet Zooey and Tyler who are two of the most fun new adult characters you will ever meet.

I have thoroughly enjoyed every story in the Misadventures series to date, and Misadventures of a College Girl is no exception. Lauren Rowe has penned a fun, light-hearted and steamy romance that everyone is going to love.

Dear Lord, please have mercy of this bookworm because Lauren Rowe has done it again! She delivered the most intense and heart-warming Sports Romance I have the pleasure to read. It was a sinful and thrilling experience. Misadventures of a College Girl is a must read with capital letters. This time Lauren gifted us a stunning story where two young souls will discover a deep feeling in college time. They will give a new meaning (and a new fate) to Romeo and Juliet’s love story.

I was captivated by the first pages of this masterpiece. This book made me feel a lot. I laughed and cried. It’s been a long time since I read a good sports romance like this. The plot is unique and well developed. The pace is fast and when you least expect it, you've finished the book. I was deeply immersed in the story. There is not cliché. This is not the typical story where the good girl fell for the douchebag of college. This is something more deep and intimate.

Who can resist a cocky football player who has the looks of Loki? (Brownie points for the reference of my antihero crush) Tyler Caldwell will break the stereotype of a football player. He is cocky and sexy as hell but he has a big and genuine heart. If perfect boys exits, they all be like Tyler Caldwell.

On the other hand we have a sassy and innocent heroine: Zooey. She is the good and pure girl who thanks to her efforts has managed to enter the university to fulfil her dreams. She is young and wants to experience everything that life has to offer to her. And she will do it. Tyler will make sure of it.

The attraction between Zooey and Tyler will strong and heavy. Just the thought of them together cause me goosebumps over my skin. Their fate is written in the stars. I will never see with the same eyes Romeo and Juliet’s love story because it will always remind me of Zooey and Tyler. Lauren Rowe is the only writer who could turn a douchebag into a Charming Prince. Her elegant and addictive writing is poetic and pure just as her wonderful characters.

Misadventures of a College Girl is a mind-blowing read you must not miss. I urge you to read it. You won’t be disappointed. Lauren never disappoints her readers. Believe it or not but she is a goodness-gifted writer. She is able to take you deep into the story from the first pages. Caution: this book is amazingly extraordinary. Be prepared for an insta-panty-melting. Tyler will ruin you in a sweet and devilish way. This book deserves more than five stars. I highly recommend you this book. Tyler was such a surprise to who you think he will be.
He is smart, loyal, determined and such a good support team to Zooey.
They are both each other’s cheerleaders!
Loved how even with everything going on with learning from each other as well as themselves, they both learn that their future will have sacrifices that they will have to overcome!

Holy hotness ! Is all I can say without saying to much ! These misadventure books that Lauren is bringing out right now are must reads !

This one ! A definite, I adored this story of the Thespian and the Jock ! And oh my there was some cleverly crafted and well thought out moments !

With all that is Lauren, comes the beautifully flowing story, the wit and sarcasm we are used to finding and the clever banter all rolled up into one novel ! That again left me wanting more from this sweet and gorgeously hot college tale !

Tyler is definitely a firm favourite from the men of Lauren Rowe, and the sassiness that is unleashed in Zooey is instantaneously infectious !

Loved it all !!

Funny, sexy, romance with a sweet ending.

5 Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner Stars!!!

You know that moment when you start a book and you get that tingly feeling because you just KNOW this ride you're about to embark on is going to have all the feels? Well, that's what happened to me when I started this newest book by Ms. Rowe.

I've read all of Ms. Rowe's books before this one and I thought to myself how can she get any funnier, sexier or engaging. I'm here to tell you, this book meets all those requirements plus some. Zooey is the type of girl you just can't help but love. She's sweet, smart, talented and somewhat naive which is just the type of girl to give Tyler Caldwell a run for his money! You see, Tyler is one of the stars on their college football team and when he sees something or better yet, someone he wants he'll stop at nothing to get it or her.

Zooey's first encounter with Tyler is quite the event seeing as it's her first ever college party and there's so much going on around her. Nevertheless, when she gets a look at Tyler, she figures he'll fit the bill perfectly for what she's got planned for the evening...

"If Jake in the other room is my future husband, then this guy blazing his way through the kitchen is the stripper I'd screw as my last hurrah during my bachelorette party in Vegas. Winner, winner, chicken dinner.

Once these two meet the fun really begins. We see sides of both of them that I never really expected to see but I've not laughed so hard or been swooned like this in a long time. Tyler wants more, but he can't let romance get in his way of his game because he's headed to the NFL one day. So he comes up with a plan that forces them to spend time together on a temporary basis. But you know what starts out one way will definitely end a different way.

As these two spend more and more time together and get to know each other to a depth neither ever have, feelings develop and the sexual tension shoots off the charts. But better than what I know is going to be hotter than hot sexy times between Tyler and Zooey, is the amount of fun they have. She challenges him unlike any girl ever has. There's an especially cute scene involving Winnie the Pooh that had me rolling.

As their relationship progresses and it's revealed exactly how innocent Zooey is, our Hero goes into total swoon mode because he's going to school her on so many things....

"It's gonna be a huge turn-on for me to know I'm your first for anything and everything we do, and I don't want anyone else f*****g that up for me."

I fell so in love with Tyler Caldwell the more and more I read. I knew in my soul that these two needed to be together. It's really like they're each other's other half. They just needed to realize it. Once Zooey commits to taking their friendship to the next level, even on a temporary basis, she experiences things she never thought possible....

Oh, crap. Oh, jeez. Holy hell. His fingers are doing magical things to me. I mean, oh my God - really, really magical things!"

I was alternately laughing and fanning myself by this point. I could literally feel the zinging in my body thanks to the way Ms. Rowe writes her books. She brings her readers front and center and that's just fine by me!!! As our H/h's relationship grows beyond what either of them expected or honestly wanted, I loved how open they were with each other. Their level of communication is so refreshing. It can also lead to hurt, but, sometimes you're willing to take that hurt to get the greatness you're destined for....

"Greatness like yours is rare in this world. A precious gift. 'His eyes are on fire.' It's not arrogance to think you can change the world, Zooey. When you have greatness inside you, it's your duty to believe that."

The closer I got to the end of the story, and the more I read of these two people that truly are meant to be together, I laughed and cried, pumped my fist and fanned myself. I literally could not put this book down. Ms. Rowe is an author that writes with so much passion about her characters I can't help but become invested in them. Misadventures of a College Girl is another shining example of her talent and artistry with the written word and I can't wait to see what she has next for us!

I absolutely loved this book. It contained all of my favorite troupes, college, football, kind of enemies-to-lovers with a side of friends-to-lovers. Honestly, it was just everything I look for in a NA romance.

Zooey and Tyler were both fantastic MCs. I wasn't sure how much I was going to like Zooey because of how unceremoniously she wanted to lose her virginity. Normally I'm not a fan of h's who just pick a guy at a party and are willing to give up on such an important part of yourself, but the whole scenario played out really well. She realized she needed to respect herself and the situation. Throughout the whole book she was very level headed, even when most people would have given up. She was written in a very relatable and realistic way.

Tyler..oh man. Tyler is my new book boyfriend. Generally in this troupe, the football player is a complete alpha jerk. Tyler was almost the exact opposite. He was definitely alpha, but he was so sweet and caring and he treated Zooey with nothing but respect.

I loved the slight turn of events that caused the angst in this book. It wasn't at all what I was expecting.

Overall, I highly recommend this book if you love NA college sports romance. I've only read a few of Lauren Rowe's book, but this one combined with the others have convinced me to read the others.

Misadventures of a College Girl by Lauren Rowe happens to be book#9 in the Misadventure series and wow what a sizzling and exciting read!!! Lauren Rowe has written yet another fantastic story and this is Tyler & Zooey’s story. The chemistry between Zooey and Tyler was sizzling and hot right from the very beginning. I really don't want to give any spoilers because I want you to read and experience this story and find out how awesome this story is, just like I did. I want you to fall in love with Tyler and Zooey just as I did…The journey that I went on with Zooey and Tyler, OMG was so amazing, so epic and just amazingly beautiful that you do not want to miss one single moment. What I can tell you is this story delivers on the powerful love story, it delivers on a hero with a heart that you want to keep forever and a heroine who is so beautiful and such a sweet girl that has such an adorable innocence about her. This is a story that I found myself laughing, sighing, at times getting angry and panting along in passion with these characters. I went thru the highs and the lows right along with Tyler and Zooey and enjoyed every moment. Lauren Rowe has a way of creating these authentic, believable, relatable, awesome, phenomable characters that I am addicted and never want to come out of her books.

Had the privilege of reading and ARC copy. LOVE Lauren!!! She makes it so hard to read her books, because that's all I want to do. I can't put them down. Tyler and Zooey meet at a college party and neither of them want a relationship, but you can't stop what your heart wants. No matter how much you say you have other dreams, there is always plenty of room in your life for love!!! Awesome story about how no matter how many things life throws at you, you can make a relationship work. Never give up!!!

After reading this book, the definition most definitely needs to be updated.

From now on, whenever I hear the word, swoon, I will think only of Tyler Caldwell. Why you ask? BECAUSE HE WAS EVERYTHING!!

From page one this book melted my heart. I laughed at the awkwardness that is Zooey Cartwright and was taken in by Tyler and his addicting personality. Though the deck was stacked against them, these two managed to pull it off, and MAN was the results steamy.

Like seriously steamy...

Hotness aside, their love story was one for the ages. With their obvious chemistry and witty banter, it made for an awesome book.

If you are a fan of the author, or even if you're not, you must experience the extreme amazingness (this is a real word) of Tyler and Zooey. Your lady (or man) bits will thank me for it!

This book has all the right elements. Virgin heroine, panty melting hero, big dreams and aspirations and a deadline.
What kept me reading was mostly what could possibly happen when the deadline arrived.
For me, everything before it and after it was trivia. It wasn't something we haven't read before.
Lauren's writing style is her trademark and it is highly visible in the book.
I enjoyed this book and the writing was very good.

LOVE LOVE LOVED this book!! Tyler and Zooey were amazing! It was everything I love in a book. It was funny, romantic, well written, sexy, and it sucked me in from page one. Loved how Lauren added in music, she picked the perfect songs for the perfect moments and I will always think of this book when I hear them. My emotions were all over the place and I could truly feel what the characters were going through. The fact that their love for each other was so strong and that they both were so selfless while they pushed each other to reach their dreams made me fall so hard for these two. And those acts were some of the moments that made me swoon the hardest. Amazing job Lauren Rowe! This book was a huge touchdown!!!

5 True Halo Stars!

Misadventures of a College Girl is already a favorite this year! What blew me away is how a storyline that isn't necessarily unique, felt absolutely brand new in this story.
Again, BLOWN AWAY!

Tyler Caldwell was the best surprise. Seriously, he took my breathe away again and again. While he's so obviously handsome and cocky, this football star had so much depth and emotional intelligence. Every word he spoke had me falling for him even more. I just ADORED him!

Zooey Cartwright is the heroine you dream you'll have the pleasure of reading in a romance novel. She was gorgeous, sassy, wickedly talented and such a funny character. I loved her POV, it flowed beautifully with so much realistic aspects to her situation and with so much endearing honestly.

I have no doubt, many reviews will mention the belly-laugh inducing hilarity, the ultra steamy scenes that are quintessential in Ms. Rowe's writing. I'd have to agree with all those. But the aspect that I have to give her credit for, is her amazing ability at establishing the most real connections between her characters.

Lauren Rowe is an extraordinarily talented author. Which is why I know I'm always guaranteed one heck of an experience every time I pick up one of her books.

All the love for Tyler and Zooey. Their love story is one not to be missed!

Is there anything Lauren Rowe can't do to make me fall hopelessly in love with the characters she writes? At this point in our author/ reader relationship I would have to say no.
There's just something about the way she writes that has me clamouring for the next story, even before I finish the current book.
Zooey and Tyler are such a refreshing couple. As college students they shouldn't have such a deep, soulful connection.
The timing is wrong, the setting is wrong. You don't find your soulmate at the very first college party you attend! Except in this instance, of course you do!
This book is a high point in the misadventures series. Can't wait for the next one.
I love the way both characters try to fight their destiny, both attempting to not let falling in love overcome individual ambition.
This might be the crux of why I wholeheartedly believed in these two. Both are achievers, both understand and support the others drive to succeed.

FIVE Sizzling panty dropping HOT Star Read!!! I was given an early copy of Misadventures of a College Girl from the publisher via Netgalley for a honest review! One of my highly anticipated books of 2018 & from the Misadventures series!! What a book to kick off wave two in this series.

This arc was simply amazing from page one to the very last page!! It has all of LR’s flare and so much more!! I laughed endlessly, I cried tears of sadness and joy! This book is PACKED with what every reader wants in a book!! Gahhhhhh! I can’t even tell you how much I freaking LOVE this book!! Mesmerizing, euphoric, Panty Dropping HOT 🔥 & purely GENIUS!!! Lauren Rowe is truly a gift from the book gods themselves! She’s the goddess and the muse!! NO one this side of the sun tells a story as articulate and captivating as LR!! Legit f’n AMAZEBALLS! Still haven’t come down from this book high I’ve been on since finishing up this book days ago. LR is like a needle to my vein! The sun to my shine! My favorite author of ALL times!!

This book! I laughed, I swooned and I completely consumed this book. Zooey and Tyler were adorable. Who doesn’t love an opposite attract meet-cute!? I can’t gush too much. I don’t want to give anything away!! But these two are just freakin’ amazing!!

Oh Mylanta! Lauren Rowe has written another fantastic book. Tyler & Zooey are awesome! Tyler thinks that he is God's Gift to Women. Zooey doesn't put up with his crap at all & stands her ground with him. It is fun to see them interacting with each other through out their daily college life. Lauren paints such a wonderful picture with her stories that you fell like you are right there in the book with all of the characters. I love how both characters grow through out the book & mature. They each have amazing goals in life & hold onto to them. I have a new favorite Lauren Rowe book...until she writes another book.

A great, fun and steamy read. I absolutely loved Tyler and his sexy and charming personality. Zooey is funny and naive it’s fabulous to watch her evolve in this story. Banter and chemistry is off the charts. Highly recommend this book.
