i think i requested for a review copy of this back in 2017? or was it 2018? i'm not entirely sure.

this book was a little weird, but addresses some important problems and points to note when it comes to sex. i also enjoyed learning more about life in italy and its culture.

This was quite the interesting read, and definitely not something I'd typically pick up. The characters were immature and frustrating, but it was still very fast paced and relevant to teenagers today.

So here's the deal. This is a really heavy kinda book. It deals with a lot of really tough issues that I feel like really need to be addressed to teens. So I'm grateful this book exists, because as a teenager, I feel like a lot of the themes really resonate with me and my friends. The main characters all go through things real people I know and talk to are going through. So I just really appreciate this book and have a whole lot of respect for both the author and main character.

It was also a pretty enjoyable book which is also really nice.

This novel felt like a chore to read. Maybe something was lost in the translation, but it seemed to drag on.
That being said, I can see this novel being popular with younger readers, stumbling into this section of their lives
