Verdict Patrick (A Kiss in the Morning Mist) ensures that the story remains more humorous than suspenseful with Ryleigh’s perpetual clumsiness, but readers will find both Teague and Ryleigh endearing, with their kind natures. This is the third book in the series and while I think they would be better read in order I enjoyed this book without reading the first two. This was a really interesting read it held my attention all the way through it had good characters and was well written you feel like you have been taken back in time. I can't wait to check out the first two books

I received an arc from Netgalley. I would categorize this book as a nice refreshing western romance. It was real, raw at times, and heartstopping.
Teague is the strong and respectful lawman and Ryleigh has a refreshing personality with a twist of awkwardness but she was definitely the sunlight Teague needed.
Through tradgedy these two were brought together even though they were from different backgrounds. Love this book. 4.5 stars
