This is a well-done book, with a lot of heart and pain put into it, with the actual case history, step=-by-step progression of athlete Kayla Harrison's association, involvement, grooming and abuse by her coach's son (and team member) Daniel (full-name not given) from the age of 8 to 16, and it's impact and her recovery from it, in her own words as well as those of the 2 psychiatrists who have helped lay out the technical / theoretical concepts that go along with each stage of Child Sexual Abuse, Awareness and Survival.

All the best to Ms. Harrison and the good work of fellow survivors and field workers.
