The magic of this book lays equally in the illustrations and the way it shows how to handle emotions during and after an argument.

Sweet story. Two siblings find it difficult to get along, resulting in Bobby's solo bike ride adventure. Along the way, he encounters life in a bustling town, other bicycle riders, and interesting terrain. In the end, the siblings repair things and harmony at home is restored. Fabulous, engaging illustrations with dozens of animals characters in fun and humorous scenarios. Children will enjoy the simple story line and artwork. Five stars.

This is chain of consciences in picture book form. Bobby and William get in a fight. Over what? Who knows. So Bobby sets off on his bike to escape what was said. It’s an interesting read as an adult. Some kids may like it, and be able to fill in the blanks, but I think I am too old for that. I really like the illustrations. They are more mature than you see in children’s picture books.

I wanted to love this because I like the idea of friends who say something they don't mean out of frustration and anger, vent their frustration through physical exercise (or other outlet), and reunite to apologize and make amends. If that's the story this was supposed to be, it didn't come through. The illustrations do a great job of showing scenery, but they don't support in any meaningful way the story of dealing with emotions and friendship. The font is also so small that it doesn't make for an enjoyable read with a child.

Darn, I did not know that this wasn't available in Kindle format or I wouldn't have clicked on this Read Now title. Please remove it from my shelf. Thank you.
