Really great addition to the series I have not found a book in this series I did not enjoy and this was no exception, I was pulled right into the story and did not want to put it down. This is Knox and Maggie's books he is a shifter who while out in the woods sniffs out a drug lab and is captured when he manages to escape he stumbles across Maggie who is camping. But the drugs are doing a number on him will he trust her to look after him?

WOW, loved it !!!!
This was Knox and Maggie's book. I am a sucker for an injured shifter and a gorgeous heroine who braves all to save him (although technically it takes a while for Maggie to find out about the paranormal world as Knox just is a HOT, nude dude when she first see's him ;0) )
Anyway, loved the plot, the heat between Knox and Maggie. The twists and turns, yup had me hooked !!!!.
Well done Rebecca - this one made me want to howl at the moon in joy !!!
Many thanks for the opportunity x
Later peeps xx

I haven’t read any other book in this series but didn’t feel “out of the loop” with this (too short) novella. I only say “too short” because I enjoyed this author’s writing. The plotting was good and the characters interesting. I’ll definitely look to read more by Ms York. Enjoyable.
My thanks to NetGalley for providing me with an arc in exchange for my honest review.

What an intense novella! Knox finds himself right in the thick of things when he stumbles upon a drug lab in the woods, only to escape and find safety in the arms of a beautiful camper, Maggie. Their romance is instantly hot and steamy (for a variety of reasons) but the danger is never far away!

Filled with fast-paced action and sizzling love scenes, this romance takes the reader on a wild ride to a smashing HEA. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

This was well written and i liked the chracters. The only thing hat i didn't like was that i didn't previously notice the word "novella" in the description and i was sad by the length.

I have read other books in this series and his one fit well.

HOLLOW MOON by Rebecca York. This is part of the Decorah Security Series. Having read only one previous book in the series, I found I had no trouble following along, despite this being book #17. Ms. York fills the book with love and sex and danger and suspense too. I enjoyed this paranormal tale and found it easy to read and follow. I liked the characters, even if Knox came across arrogant in the beginning. Maggie is sweet and independent and really just trying to live her life when trouble comes along. I would have liked to have known a bit more about Maggie and her family life (although maybe that is in a previous book) as well as Knox's previous life. It is touched upon, I just would have liked a bit more. Honestly, paranormal is not always my favorite genre, although I found I enjoyed this werewolf tale and look forward to checking out more in this series. (received ARC from NetGalley for honest review)

Hollow Moon by Rebecca York

Fast paced and completely gripping, this book my Ms York will be added to my ‘keep’ list.

Anyone familiar with Ms York’s work will know what to expect; romance twisted through adventure, intrigue and risks. This book will not let you down.

Other readers, unfamiliar with her work… welcome. You will lose yourself in the well written words, finding yourself compelled to keep turning the page until you smile and sigh at the end. I always find myself online immediately after reading Ms York’s novels, looking for more of the same.

The blurb to this story in accurate and I refuse to discuss it, in case I give anything away. However, I will admit to falling a little in love with the characters.

I have no doubt this book would interest many readers, and recommend it to all those who think the blurb sounds interesting. Go on! You won’t be sorry.

A fast paced paranormal suspense novella with a little romance thrown in. This was an enjoyable, quick read.

This is a new author for me. I thought the story was quirky and fun but I also think I would have enjoyed it more if I had read other books in the series. I felt a bit like an outsider but that experience didn't take away from the fact that I enjoyed the story and found it interesting enough to WANT to read the other books. I'm looking forward to getting caught up.

Knox Marshall, private investigator and wolf-shifter, was caught unaware, and captured by a group of men involved in the production of an experimental, unproven drug. His captors decide to use him as a guinea pig for the drug, and he escapes, but is injured and disoriented. His wandering leads him to a campsite, where nurse Maggie Leland finds him and treats his wound. With the drug still in his system, Knox is having hallucinations, along with increased sexual desire. Passion is instantaneous between Knox and Maggie, but what will happen when it appears that she has some ties to the drug manufacturers?

I enjoyed this very short read, which is full of steamy passion and non-stop action. If you enjoy a touch of the paranormal in your romantic suspense, I recommend HOLLOW MOON, which is guaranteed to set your pulse racing and your temperature soaring.

Hollow Moon is another great read by Rebecca York. The characters are strong, compelling and draw readers into their story and the suspense keeps readers glued to the pages as Knox finds himself getting caught in a situation and struggling with a new relationship in one fell swoop. The story is full of danger and thrills and emotional turbulence that keeps readers glued to the pages.

I love Rebecca York’s romantic suspense books but I really miss her Moon series full of Marshall werewolves so when the Marshalls get involved in Decorah Security investigations, I just have to read them and I am happy to say that Hollow Moon is one such book that I really enjoyed. There was one problem though, I wish it had been longer because I wasn’t ready to leave the Decorah Security world behind, but I live with anticipation of the next one.

I love the Marshall men and have been a fan since the first book featuring Ross Marshall. Hollow Moon has cousin Knox Marshall as a still a little green P. I. with Decorah Security who is captured by bad guys dealing with dangerous new drugs. Knox's survival instincts and his wolf save him in an escape, but he's been affected by the drugs and is taken care of by a woman camping nearby named Maggie who is a nurse. The story is fast-paced and full of action and some spice between Knox and Maggie. I enjoyed the story, but I wish it was a little longer in length the original stories in the series.

what happens to a fairly new P.I. when he walks into bad guys making drugs. What happens to a nurse who is camping out? Find out if they get together and get away and if so, is it in one piece? A fast and fun paced book, that is part of a series yet stand alone. Ive read Rebecca York before and she will continue to be a must read for me.

Another quick good novella by Ms. York in her Decorah Security series. Got to love them werewolves. Knox is an interesting character and Maggie is as well. It was a little hurried plot wise but it didn't take away from the story. Nice job.

Knox was a wolf shifter and knew he was being followed. Then he was told to turn around with his hands in the air. Knox had smelled something wrong in the woods where he had went to spend some wolf time. He should have called for backup as he was the new member of Decorah Security and was a P I but instead went off on his own and now had been caught. His cousin Cole got him involved in the agency that believed in using shifters talents and Knox liked that. He was brought to a shack and put in a tin shed and the sick smell of drugs was in the air. Then his captors had put some drugs in a gas form and Knox had thought they were poison but started to hallucinate. He returned to wolf form and when one of his captors opened the door he took off toward the woods they did manage to shot him in his thigh but it went straight through. He was lying on the ground when a women came up to him. Hse was camping and her name was Maggie and she helped Knox and took care of his wound. He still had problems with hallucinating and ended up getting her off because he said they needed sex magic. Then Knox came to and was ashamed but Maggie told him not to be they they had sex but then his captors were coming one was Maggie’s brother Campbell. Maggie covered for Knox as he took off out the back of the tent and Campbell took her with him at gunpoint.
I enjoyed this novella but I would have really liked if it had been a full length book. Things happened so quickly and in this case they did feel very rushed yet I did enjoy the novella. I loved Knox and Maggie together. I also loved that the company used shapeshifters talents. I loved the characters and the ins and outs of this novella and I recommend.

The Decorah series has quick reads with werewolves, telepathics, mystery and romance. Each book stands alone but the characters will return. Here we have Knox, new to the team and very eager. He stumbles upon something he only planned to photograph but ends up as a test subject. He has an instant connection with his rescuer and realizes she could be more. If you enjoy the paranormal, quick reads and a bit of romance these are perfect for you. My copy came through Netgalley.

3 1/2 stars out of 4
Hollow Moon is a novella story so the details are cut short and the story moves fast. The author has a lot of cover in a short amount of time that might leave some reader scratching their heads as the story ends.
Its a basic human\Werewolf stumbles on drug lab gets caught and is now the test subject for he new designer drug.
Nothing really new to keep readers captivated.
Thank you to Netgalley doe the advance copy for my honest review.
