Plenty of good tips in this one. I like to cleanse my house about once a month, and there were some good bits of advice in this book. I appreciate the opportunity to review it.

Energy clearing is an important part of the spiritual existence. This book will take you on a journey of clearing the bad and negative energy from your life and giving you a clearer prospective. The book is written with the beginner in mind but can be read and used by those who have a working knowledge of clearing energies already.

The book is very informative and gives multiples ways of clearing your energy and getting back on a clear path in your spiritual being. There are many way from journaling to burning sage and more.

This book takes you step-by-step and month to month on preparation, tools, and practice. The author uses her experience as a tarot reader to explain how to manifest change using personal energy. I have to say I did know that must on the topic and this book is so easy to follow. It was great.

I am relatively new to crystals and energy cleaning. This is a perfect book for someone that is new to clearning or just want a little guidance on how to do things, why to them them, etc. The book is full of information and I will be using what I read in the future. This book has only made me want to learn more about this subject matter. Thanks to NetGalley the author and the publisher for the ARC of this book in return for my honest review.

I found this book to be informative and interesting. Although I felt a little lacking in some of the basic groundwork- that is, some of the concepts discussed were beyond my introductory knowledge - the book was useful and inspiring. A worthwhile read for sure.

Split into two parts, Moore, provides readers with a comprehension guide to understanding the nature of energy and creating your our toolkit for how to maintain your own healthy energy.

I really enjoyed her reflection notes. It gives you something to think about to be able to work on your energy cleansing goals.

Easy to understand and clear steps to energy clearing. The step by step instructions are laid out concisely and the information is comprehensive. I liked how the book went into common terms and worked its way into how to actually clear your energy. Without the background knowledge, it would be harder to follow the steps outlined in later chapters. Great book for a beginner!

Going in, the only energy clearing I was aware of was related to using sage in your home. This book gave me many more ideas and techniques to use in the future.

The blessings section was really beautiful and gives the reader a lovely practice I am devoted to regularly include in my daily life. The instruction and blessings are well defined and described beautifully to benefit every practice.

This book came along just when I really needed it. I was really down. We all have negative and positive energy. As the author states, it is all from the Divine. When we feel really down, there are different ways to clear energy. Looking at everything that holds us down is one step to bringing it back in focus and to get your blessings back. There is a section on keeping a journal and I highly recommend it. It worked for me. This book was a blessing in its self. I received this book from Net Galley for an honest review.

I really loved this book. Practical and accessible information for those wanting to proactively make life changes with the use of personal energy and cognitive behaviour. This book also acts as a wonderful guide to energy practioners who want to give their clients solid homework. This book also reinforces the practice of "good energy hygiene" for everyone and their homes and work places.

I received this book for free from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. As an introvert and empath who is into all things spiritual, I very much enjoyed this book. The author's tone was friendly and down to earth, but she also takes these concepts and her work seriously and I admire and respect that. The book does a wonderful job at showing why energy work is important to learn and practice. I do wish more attention had been given to the cord cutting section, but overall, this was an amazing read. The blessings section was particularly beautiful and expounds on a practice I already regularly include in my life. Will recommend and will read again!

This book is so good! In my personal experience, books on this subject or similar are very dry, almost textbook. Barbara Moore, however, is so inviting and down-to-earth in her writing style. I felt as if we were sitting across from each other at the local coffee shop; her sharing her extensive knowledge in her humble and wonderful way, and me furiously taking notes. I learned so very much and loved every bit of it. How grateful I am to have been given the chance to read this book. I am even more grateful that the author took a chance and put her words to paper.

Great guide to Energy Healing. The information includes not only energy clearing (which is the primary focus), but also touches upon containment and cultivation. The author gives a good number of techniques, all of which are easily accessible. Importantly, she advises that each practitioner use those ideas that speak to them individually. These are simple to perform as well as to incorporate easily into everyday life. Recommended.

I have been interested in Energy Clearing for awhile now I had just started to use sage and it seemed to give me some calmness. After reading this I am more educated and have a few notes taken from it to help me clear out the negative energy! If you are interested or just starting out with it this is a great book to read!
