I wish I knew about this book before I got into debt!

Now that I've gotten that confession out of the way, I cannot recommend this book enough. I learned about it from a podcast and immediately set out to read this book, and thankfully NetGalley had it!

This book has revamped my thinking and my life, especially work. I now record every transaction and think about the life energy involved. I'm not perfect and my finances aren't anywhere near where I want them to be, but with the continued help of this book, I know they will be and I will be happier and debt free.

I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to improve their finances and lives. I will continue to use this book.

Interesting and useful title that I think patrons interested in finances and personal responsibility will enjoy. I have already purchased for the library.

"your Money or Your Life" will give you different approach to how you value your time, your income, and your life. It is a budgeting book, but it comes from a stance of questioning what your time is worth and how what you spend is a reflection of hours of labor, not just $$. I read this back in the '90s and it was good to revisit it now at a point in life where my income is much more comfortable, but to remind myself that there is more to life than money and possessions.
