Vince is one of those men that have the power to make yoy forget things, "crap. She’d forgotten she was on the phone with her mom. Dragging her gaze from the lean hunk of temptation, she cleared her throat. “Uh… yeah.” Vince doesn't have to worry about his woman being bashful, "oh? Care to tell me what entrée you’d like me to prepare?” She unzipped his jeans , then pushed them down to his ankles." I loved this book, Vince was so easy to love.

Quick(ish) Review

It was ok. It’s a Hallmark movie with sex - Emma and Vince are very nice, and pretty oblivious. This story and their main conflict is dependent on their desire to be selfless. The inevitable misunderstandings, which are crystal clear to the reader, were predictable and on the whole, very sweet.

Unfortunately, it had a tendency to be repetitive and I wasn’t drawn to either character. Just about the whole town, with one obvious exception, feels like it’s carved out of cream cheese. There is a “triangle” in the mildest sense of the word, and it is very, very clear who is going to end up with the girl, which I did appreciate. The ultimate obstacle is resolved in a very easy manner.

I might have liked this more if I had read any of the earlier books, because those characters do make appearances and there seems to be more of a payoff at the end for longtime fans than I could really appreciate as a first time reader.

This is a very laidback, easy category romance and if that’s your cuppa, you may enjoy this more than I did.

Emma has given herself a deadline to get the Dr and her childhood crush to ask her out. To speed things up her friend suggests getting a fake boyfriend.
Former Army Ranger Vince is in town to help his brother recuperate after being injured during a mission. And somehow lands up pretending to fake date his brothers next door neighbor, Emma.
There is nothing fake about the chemistry between them and soon the fake dates start feeling very real. But when the Dr finally asks Emma out, who will she choose ?
This whole series has been awesome and this is a wonderful addition to it. There was laughter, romance, emotions, family, sibling bond, friends and so much more in this book. I love the Men at ease ranch and right now Vince is at the top. I can’t wait to see who’s going to fall next and also the author gives us a book for Dom.

Army Ranger with Benefits was everything I’ve come to expect from Donna Michaels since reading the very first book in the Men of At-Ease Ranch series. A story jam-packed with loyalty, emotion, fun and romance, I can’t recommend this book and the whole damn series highly enough.

Vince and Emma are wonderful characters and entertain readers from start to finish; with easy dialogue, delightful support cast and an overall plot that’s amazing, there’s nothing not to love about this story.

So if you’re looking for some feel good stories, with crazy, fun-filled moments and a touch of deep and troubled, then definitely check out these fabulous stories but do yourself a favour and start at the beginning with In a Ranger’s Arms, as every book in this series is well worth the five star reviews.

I love reading the Men of Ease Ranch series! Although not necessary to read the previous books in this series, it does help with background on characters and secondary characters. Vince is a sweet man, he cares for his brother and is willing to help out his brother's neighbor, Emma., by fake dating her. I loved how both Vince and Emma talk about falling for each other. Donna does a great job in each chapter describing their feelings for each other...as a reader it's frustrating and one wants to "yell" at the characters but Donna does a good job of not dragging it out too much. Very well written, this book was hard to put down when it was time to feed the family! I can't wait for the next book in this series!

Vince and Emma are perfect for each other and it only took a couple of weeks and a fake relationship to set them on their path to HEA. Vince is trying to help Emma land the man of her dreams by making him jealousy but sometimes the heart does not always knew what it wants or needs. Their funny , steamy adventure was a delight to read.

Another unforgettable romance in "The Men of at Ease Ranch" series. Reading Donna Michaels' books are like visiting with great friend. Her books always leave me feeling good with a smile on my face.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. .

**I received a copy of Army Ranger with Benefits from Net Galley in exchange for a voluntary and honest review**

Army Ranger with Benefits by Donna Michaels is book 4 in her The Men At-Ease Ranch series. I have read all but one in the series and highly recommended them to read but they can also be read as a standalone book also. This is Vince and Emma's story and I give the book at 4.8 stars.

Vince received the dreaded call that his brother, Dominic has been admitted the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. So even though Stone and Jovy's wedding is fast approaching for which he's the caterer for their reception. He heads to Atlanta and hopes that he'll be home in time for the wedding. But even though his brother is a active duty Army Ranger his injuries are serious enough to sideline him and make Dominic very grumpy. When Vince meets Dom's neighbor Emma who's not only gorgeous but willing to take on Vince at a moments notice. Then Dom volunteers his brother to help Emma make Dr.Stephan Greenwald make jealous but little does he know that they'll soon be interested in each other not Dr. Stephan. The doctor visit that Vince goes to is hilarious and ask brothers often do payback can be in the form of a girl that Dominic has been avoiding for quite awhile.

Emma Roberts has set a goal to see if Stephan will ask her out and her six months is almost up. When she meets Vince and they start dating they play dating suddenly she realizes that Stephan isn't who she wanted any longer. But when Vince starts to fall in love with her and then disappears its her heart that will break into tiny pieces. Will Emma stay in Columbus or will she find out if Vince loves her like she does?

Hopefully Leo will be the next book as the majority of Men At Ease have now found their soul mates just like Vince and Emma did and I can't wait for the next book.

Vince meets his brother's next door neighbor Emma and ends up helping her to try to get the attention of her crush. He is a former Army Ranger and she's a nurse who has been burned by love one too many times.

They are immediately attracted to each other, but have their own issues to work through and a fake relationship they are trying to keep up. There's a lot of humor and great scenes as they get to know each other better, and Vince's brother Dom is hilarious.

Though this book is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone. I am interested in reading some of the other books to get the stories of some of the supporting characters that appeared throughout the book.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for providing an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Ahh Vince! Be still my heart. When Vince gets the call that everyone dreads, his relief knowing that his brother is alive and in the hospital at Ft Benning, requiring him to make the trip back to Georgia. This a few weeks before Stone's wedding. Vince is the cook at the ranch and the man knows his way around the kitchen among other places. Vince hops a flight from Texas to Georgia and arrives in time to hear his brother Dom's Dr giving him the what for. Since Vince will be there to help, Dom can go home and as long as he sticks to his PT routine, takes his meds and behaves himself he should make a complete recovery.
Emma lives next door to Dom and looks after the place while Dom is deployed. She works at the base hospital and is nuturing a long time crush on a guy she went to high school with who is now a Dr and while there's a little flirting, he hasn't asked her out. It's been 4 months. She's giving herself a deadline and the deadline is closing in fast. After listening to some pin headed advice from her co-worker and friend Macy, Macy tells her she needs a fake boyfriend to make Stephan take notice and he'd ask her out. (Ridiculous) Coming home from work and seeing a strange car in Dom's driveway and knowing Dom was deployed Emma decides to investigate the house and runs headlong into Vince.
Since Dom won't take his pain meds and is being a real pain in the read, Dom's idea is to blackmail his brother... as a response to Emma's blackmail threat. Vince has to fake date Emma to lure Stephan in and Emma agrees not to call the flip flop wearing Dom loving girl that drives him to distraction.
What starts out as an easy friendship and some serious chemistry this book is a total slow burn. Stephan is forgotten at several points. Dom is angry with Vince, he knows Emma's been hurt before and Vince assures him they're on the same page. Vince has been closed off since he lost his high school sweetheart years ago. Never getting involved, no risk, no vulnerability, no chance of loss.
Emma turns his world upside down and makes him feel things he hasn't felt in years. Things heat up between these two and the time is drawing close for Vince to return to Texas. He needs to be there for the wedding, and honestly pulls one of the biggest dick moves in recent memory. I'm going to add Stephan the a@@hat to that one too. Emma gets blindsided and she may as well have bent over.
Her mother and her obnoxious phone calls didn't help. I digress.
Read this book. You'll love it. I really wanted that poor dumb bastard to grovel but love is blind and Emma is Emma. I loved Emma. Peach pie is my favorite. Great story and another great addition to At Ease Ranch.

Army Ranger With Benefits, takes us away from the At Ease Ranch. It made it feel like it wasn't part of the series. However it did not take away from my love of this book.

Despite the fluffy title, ARMY RANGER WITH BENEFITS is a seriously romantic and feel-good read you shouldn't miss!

How do I love thee…let me count the ways:

1. Vince is utterly gorgeous and easy-going. He's maybe the first hero I've read who didn't have to be growly and bad-tempered to maintain his sexiness. He's so sweet and thoughtful, and (gasp!) he seems to be always smiling. Love the way he's supportive of his brother Dom and rallies around him when he (Dom) needed him, even when said brother is being a grouchy bear.

2. Emma is just the right touch of funny and quirky and confused woman who's torn between two guys, even as she's haunted by her past. Totally love her, especially the scene where she's drunk. Couldn't believe the words that came out of her mouth, and yet, she's truly adorable there.

3. Vince and Emma are hot together, and they have this easy chemistry between them that it's not hard to imagine them falling for each other even as they fake their way through a relationship. They have got to be my favorite couple of 2018! I know it's early in the year, but I don't see them being dethroned any time soon. LOL

4. Fake dating is one of my favorite tropes, so I went into this with high expectations and I'm happy to report the author exceeded every one of them.

5. Seriously, I love this author's voice. She makes reading this book effortless, totally sweeping me away and immersing me into the story. She imbues it with a magical vibe and creates such unforgettable and lovely characters that I couldn't get enough of them even after I reached the end.

6. Also love the secondary characters--Emma's super supportive mom, and funny, extrovert best friend Macy. I also love that Stephan is a regular good guy who now had to suffer from missed opportunities. There's a lesson there somewhere, I think.

I will definitely be looking forward to Leo's story and of course, I want to know what's up with Dom and his doctor. *wink* I envision a great story there, one of the enemies-to-lovers kind and another of my favorite tropes. And I would be sorely disappointed if the next book didn't include cameos of Vince and Emma. Just sayin'.

This is the fourth book in the series, and I enjoyed as I did with all of them. We finally got Vince's book and let me tell you that you fall in love with him. He is the sweetest man, god I love him. We meet Emma who is Vince's brothers neighbor and she is also very sweet, I totally liked her and was happy that Vince got her as a love interest, they were perfect together. So when Vince meet Emma he is instantly attracted but he was not planning to anything about that, however his brother Dom asks him to pretend to date Emma so that she can get the man she has had a crush on for years, but things change my friends and that is all I can give you, but please read it was great like always..Can't wait for Leo's next!!!

LOVED this book! I've enjoyed each book in this series, but this might be the best one yet. Emma is infatuated with a co-worker, and has been for ten years. When her neighbor is injured and his brother, Vince, comes to help take care of him, she and he decide to fake date to make the co-worker jealous. But sometimes the best laid plans go astray....even when they work.

This novel is sexy, fun, and funny, and I loved the characters and their banter...delightful. While I've enjoyed all of the author's books, this is my favorite thus far. Fans of the genre will love this book. The author is on my must read authors' list.
